Mr. Yasir is the person that worked on my issue. He is very Lethargic. Slow. Didn't pay attention and was on his phone arguing with some one over an unpaid loan during "work hours" in front of the customer.
Ms. Arshiya was on her phone chatting away her own business with a few customers. When asked if she would attend as Yasir was on the phone with his own business, she denied even though no one was at her counter. (She was listening to songs)
Anyway just giving examples of how badly this place runs.
Vodafone, please train your staff to put the service ahead of all their personal businesses and be polite with the customers.
I visit the store in fazertown for my old sim arshiya checked & told me my sim is expire. I lost hope but wen I went to kammanhalli outlet they gave my sim in 5 minutes so guys please take care of this.this shud not happen vit others thts y I'm posting this
I vist this store in a very bad situation but suddenly when I entered the store there non of them wearing mask the watch man asked me to wear mask I said him I don't have it he allowed me to go in the there was lady who was talking like a fool to us I have never seen this kind of behavior in this store and they are talking like fool to us very bad behavior
Pathetic place. The staff is very unprofessional. Took my phone out of my sight without my consent. Untrained and uninformed staff who cannot resolve my issue even after discussing with the store manager.
They don't deserve the Stars at all and they said that they are happy to help, but actually they are not. The employee who over there, they try to manipulate u, they'll not give u all details and they're not professional at all, So please guys go to better option, Vodafone store they only know how to grab the money from customers
Too slow. Still having an issue which isn't sorted out from the past 3 months. I don't know what these people are upto. It's obvious to be in loss if they continue the same service.
Worst experience at the store. I went for network issue the store agent changed the settings my phone, then I asked if the issue continues, then that store agent says to PORT OUT to another carrier. Shameful service. I'm a Vodafone customer for more than 15 years and this is the service I'm getting. Very Disappointed and feeling like changing the carrier now.
The customer service representatives, one elderly person He gives all wrong information and his main intention avoid people from converting post paid to pre paid. That Fraud customer service representatives tell me come tomorrow to futher contiune my process. He nvr collects the documents tells a odd reason and avoids getting the work done. Later Went and asked for the clarification of what he is trying AND ACTS LIKE HE NEVER MET ME. WHAT A FRAUD customer service representative.
Most useless branch manager and branch people they just want to keep on fooling the customers by giving false and incomplete information and wasting their time
Please don't belive on the good reviews because it's posted by the Vodafone people, Not a good network for data usage and not a responsible staff to solve customers data issues and most of all they think customers as their slave the number which they gave is out of order
Fast and responsible Staff. Good customer service when compared to Vodafone stores at other location. Manager is very nice and takes swift actions against the issues.
Pathetic service. Taken a token 20 minutes back. Not even 1 token has been called since then. The person at the cashier says they will do it na, without even lifting his head to see that there is only one customer care executive and that too without any customer. Such a casual attitude. No value for anybody's time. Vodafone should take care of this.
