Very big auditorium. Good for big events and ceremonies. Good parking facilities. A bit old fashioned but good place to conduct events without the concern of space.

Best place in the city parking is a huge problem for cars once you go up to the stage while you want to come down to dining hall need some direction signs because it confuses a lot of people
