The wrest service.
I booked things from mobay to Bangalore.
I showed my company ID bu he is not given metirals.
He asked rubber seal.
Before the are not specified any ware.

THIRD RATED THIRD CLASS SERVICE
DONT KNOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS AND RESPECT ELDERS
SOON U WILL GET IT WHAT U DESERVE

The VRL Gandhinagar C Office is one of the Boarding Point designated by the VRL.
The Office ambiance is very pathetic due to the following issues: -
1) Don't have enough Chairs
2) No Rest Room Facility
3) Not Clean and looks like Godown
4) Staffs are not Approachable
5) VRL normally don't board passengers directly rather they pick them in different vehicles and you are required to change minimum one or two vehicles to board ultimate Vehicles, which waste of valuable time and very difficult during rainy time. I boarded one vehicle near Basavanagudi and then I had to get down and board one more bus to reach VRL Office! I had been simply waiting from 8.15 till 10pm.
6) No Right place to Board during Night especially for Kids, Elders and Women!
7) No Hygiene and sorrounded with urine smell all around & feel hard to stay
8) Bus Quality is Very poor and AC was not Working properly. Waste of Money
This is my repeated Bad experience with VRL!

Taking more time then other transport for the delievry from ahamdeabad to bangalore taking 6 days

Third class service, for no matter extra charges after paying all the the charges for the parcel service very bad experience asking extra charges without no shame on the faces of all employes

They charge hamali for carrying your luggage for you.but I had to pick up the boxes on my own to get it to my car.not sure why do they charge

Very poor service, We need pay hamil etc charges and we need search our parcel and we need to carry from their warehouse

VRL very fine and good best at his service but due to Karnataka highway roads hampering buses need to make smooth new road

Should have proper seating arrangement for travellers. Rest we can't expect world class treatment.
