The stop over inbetween the journey as per drivers choice. Especially ladies find it very difficult to go to washrooms dirty.

I traveled from Mangalore -> Bengaluru by booking Non AC sleeper bus.good travelling service actually.but in the middle of traveling bus was stopped and didn't get started. They arranged another bus.but it was AC semi sleeper bus.and i got the seat at the last which is not Recliner type seat. I just hated it. So please check out bus completely before traveling

VRL Provides good service n they are one of the best travell agencies around India. Its hassel free booking make journy easy.it provides seater n sleeper fecility to traveller accourding to his needs.

A very affordable service but is completely unorganized.
They don't give home delivery so had to visit their godown to collect the parcel. Upon reaching first you need to pay 10 rupee and take the recipe.
They just pile up every parcel that has reached their godown and you need to just search and find your parcel and take it. If you can't find then they will help you search it if they are free.
Since you can search the parcel yourself and take it home I just wonder how safe is it to send parcels via VRL. I mean some one can easily take others parcel and leave without any one stopping them.
By the way it had rained the previous night and many parcels were soaked in water.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUT DID NOT GET REFUND FOR CHANGEOVER FROM VOLVO AC SEMI-SLEEPER TO A NON-AC SLEEPER BUS. NOT GOOD FOR LONG TERM CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Vrl office which is the main one in Coimbatore in kodailbail from which you have services to many parts of India like Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Trivandrum and many more. They also accept parcels too

Smack down in the middle of town. Good for couriering personal packages to stupid relatives like uncles aunties who keep asking for chips and agarbhatti.

It was just okay. I traveled from Pune to Mangalore. Seats were clean but the blanket wasn't. TV unit was not working not even a single one. The restaurant they where they halted for dinner was very bad.

VRL you may be best travels but you cannot handle customers especially only I talk About Mangalore branch only.
