It's common point where the departure happens. But congestion during peak hours. Parking is not at all. Better to have public transport

This is both a bus stop as well as a parcel booking office

It has a small shop where u can buy juice, chips, chocolates and snacks of that sort

It has restrooms too

It's not recommended it's nothing but the goods carrier bus holding at the top of bus taking time at all VRL ports to load the goods on the bus which makes the journey time longer

Bus was overloaded from Vijayapura to Mumbai journey, it took more than 1 hr at Toll inspection because of all this negligence by VRL travels.

This time bus was neat and clean. They had even collected the covid19 negative report before boarding the bus. But unfortunately no temperature checks and hand sanitization were done.

Trustworthy travels in North Karnataka, Maintaining cleanliness, social distance by keeping isle seat or anyone seat empty to next seat booked empty for all the buses in COVID situation without thinking profitability. Hat's off the Proprietor Vijay Sankeshwara and sons; God bless you

They sanitized bus before starting from pick-up point and they have done thermal screening. They have provided sanitizer before boarding the bus. Totally I am feeling secured while traveling. Thank you VRL.

One among the best bus service in Karnataka and across neighbour states. It's been 10 years, I am using VRL bus services, never faced single problem. I suggest people to travel in VRL.

The pickup point wasn't great and lack of seating arrangements with crowded area and busy traffics and road congestion near school.

Travelled Volvo multiaxle sleeper coach from Hospet to Mumbai.do not keep up the time. Was supposed to reach Vashi by 7.20 AM but reached 2 hours late!
And tickers are pricey on Redbus.com.

The only good travel service in Bijapur. Has a good stop which is clean and has few chairs to sit down. The refreshments stall is decent as well, the coffee that it offers is actually very good!

There is no parking in the VRL area and the manager can't talk properly and he don't responsibly working ability and manager tell that us that park in car over the road and we are not responsible for everything your damages on the car

Bus is neat & clean, in time pick up, response is fast, and overall good experience with travelling in VRL.

I always travel in AC sleeper from bangalore to Hyderabad and I never had such worse experience in bus. This time I was travelling to Bijapur from bangalore. The pick van picked us up 30 minutes late, our pick up time was 7: 45. We had started from home at 6- 6: 30 to reach pick up point kormangala by 7: 45. After reaching the main bus we checked where they are going to stop for dinner and toilet. They told they will not stop for dinner and will stop for toilet at 1: 30. When we told we have started around at 6 from home how can you not stop for dinner and toilet the conductor told what to do this is VIP bus. As if we were travelling in AC sleeper for the first time. After knowing there is no dinner break we thought of buying some snacks and water bottle but conductor was too rude and was not allowing us and was telling he will leave us and go. The AC inside was too high and you don't have any option to close or reduce it so we suffered from cold and hunger whole night. I didn't find the bedsheets and blankets are clean either. Worst experience ever in an AC sleeper bus.

The staff must be taught how to talk and how to serve there customer the staff is very rude and doesn't have manners

A reliable service. I have frequently used it travelling between Pune to Bijapur. Most convenient option available.

Need to improve their time management, spot selection for food halts and driving skill.horrible

Many times bus is cancelled and passengers are put into difficulty. AC into non AC and lower berth seats are offered upper birth. VRL was known for replacing the similar bus within short time. Of late it is not done. In multii Axil Volvo sleeper there is a TV screen. I suggest that it be replaced by a small carrier. Appreciate passenger friendly approach.
