Good seating arrangement for passengers. Toilets could have been cleaner. Overall good service.

At Every rest point they are checking how many are there, is any one got missed, and star's the bus it's a good experience to me

I hated prior congested buses but now finally new buses have been added they are too good too clean! Loved them! Windows at lower and upper births as well! Very comfortable!

Central VRL bus stand. Busy location. Overall good to board bus, except mosquito bites near seating area. Far better compared to other travels in terms of facilities at this location.

Not good, bag keeping was broken, blankets are not washed and cleaned properly, very old interior

I am a very frequent traveler of VRL travels. I really appreciate the hardwork and effort put in by the founder owner to set up this large conglomerate.
VRL has established good connectivity in Karnataka and states around. I am a true admirer of one such company like this.

However, as per my recent travels I came across drivers and executives who are very rude and misbehaved.
If not you cannot help the old age and senior citizens at least don't be rude and dont shout at them. The drivers give us a feel like they are taking us for free. We pay to travel by your roadlines, not to take the rubbish attitude of the drivers. Request the company to look into hiring good people who can keep up the company name not spoil it.

Welcome change for halt among the midst of natural surroundings for a quick snacks and freshly prepared meals.

Bus no KA25D 4504 this bus driver told I will wait you can take food parcel. After taking parcel there is no Bus. I called him he said bus already moved and going to majestic.

I was shocked, The driver said I will wait but he moved without informing us.

This is the worst travel experience I ever had.

Don't trust this VRL and don't waste your time and don't travel.

Every drop point they check how many are there, is get back all are came, and start the bus it's a good experience to me

Good service and clean but VRL refreshments rates are too costly were you guys stop for the dinner the rates are not affordable its tooo costly

The place is congested. Be aware of transgenders stealing money. Neither VRL management nor Sate Government Police will take any action. Avoid visiting this place to save your pocket.

They do not give even water in the bus and are not ready to stop for travelers to buy it themselves
