Firebolt smartwatch service center showing in website but they are not supporting Firebolt, BOAT, some many brands they r not clear about their services. Simply rejected multi brand service request customers. They are diverting to go other service center blindly.

It takes our product and then won't even answers the call.

They promises that your product will be delivered to you within 2 to 4 working days and won't deliver it even after 2 weeks

Excellent Service, special mention to the lady who handles the customers and listens patiently to them and guides them through the entire process. She definitely deserves a hike and a promotion.
Replaced Jabra 7 Elite active product within 15 mins. The resolving time of your problem on an average is 10-15 minutes which is splendid. Would rate them 10 on a scale of 5.

I went here for my boat earphones replacement. Very nice service. The receptionist was very nice and I got the replacement item delivered to my home within 10 days.

This place is very difficult to find, from hotel Nalapaka look for BOI Bank. There is a small door near the ATM. If you go in you can see their board close to steps. I went here to claim my boat earphone warranty. The receptionist lady is the most soft spoken person I have seen in my life. She took care of all documentation by herself and replaced with a new one in matter of minutes.

I went for giving boat product for warrenty. The lady was very kind. Recieved boat products after exchanging within 3 days.

The place is a little hard to find. It is on the backside of bank of baroda building, entry is on left side of BoB ATM. If you are going for BOAT accessories replacement, the exchange process is very smooth. Don't forget to carry your bill/warranty ecopy. Recommended

They had given one year warranty to the product.but stopped giving service for the same they have changed with lesser version

I went here for my boat neckband bluetooth warranty purpose. I'm Very delightful with his Services within 15 minutes my issue resolved and i got new bluetooth in exchange of my defective one.

From past 1 year my projector i didn’t maintain properly
Suddenly my projector got shutdown later it was not turning ON, I called this guy after taking to repair shop he called me to tell what was the exact problem (I was thinking that my projector has major issue) He told that sir only general service is required and the device will be ready. Now it’s almost 1 month it’s running with no issues, Thanks Yogesh.

I have an Optoma XGA projector which accumulated alot of dust and oil during the past 3 years. This is a small enterprise, but I liked the way he handles the product. I took a Brookstone pocket projector that I bought from the US. He handled it so well, and got it fixed to the T. So much value for money.
