The most customer unfriendly company running a scam online. Ordered three dresses online, returned one and exchanged one for another size. Both were accepted and return was picked up after lot of follow up with no return of the money after two months. Only response is a ticket number and a call centre which cannot resolve any issue. The exchange never happened but amount was deducted and dress in transit for multiple weeks. In this age of online shopping this brand and company seems determined to cause customer hassle, cheat and waste time just on follow up.so disappointed and yet to get my money back.
