The places is very well maintained. Lots of place for the Doggo s to play around.staff was very friendly they do have cafe that serves tasty food which you can enjoy while the doggo s have fun.
I’ve visited Wagville with my dog a couple of times now having made an hour long booking of the private park, and each time we have had a fantastic time. The private park has a lot of activities for the dog to learn new tricks and stay engaged. After that, we headed over to the cafe where I treated my dog with an ice-cream and buttermilk suitable for dogs. They have a menu for hoomans too!:) All in all, a great time for everyone.
I usually don get satisfied easily when it comes to my pets matter, but Wag-Ville was a very different story. Swimming pool was clean big enough, good food, good people, lot of space to run freely. I will be visiting often now!
Decent place, definitely not the kind you'd be worried about leaving your pet in which makes it one of the best commercial pet boarding services in town. However I would have appreciated more transparency.
Place wasn’t great, i thought there are separate areas for your dogs seeing the reviews, but only 1 area was free but was dirty and no place to sit. There was one area in the beginning which had place to sit which you can seen in their pic, but a couple with a dog occupied and denied us entry. So it was leash time expecting unleash time. Our pet was just sitting with us at cafe, nothing else. Not a big area to walk around and you cannot pet other dogs unlike other dog cafe. Small pool, stinking restroom, horse and turtles are there, if there is no play time for our pet, just to sit, eat and come back, i would not prefer this place. If you want to spend time chit chatting, not a playtime for your pet, you can visit.
Very budget friendly and good pet resort. Here they have swimming pool for dogs where u can enjoy it with ur pets if u book the pool exclusively for 1 hr. There are also parks for ur pets to play around. If you want to enjoy with ur pet exclusively u can book a park for ir pet. There is also a cafe from where u cn buy ur and ur pet's food. Overall we loved the place can spend 2-3 hrs easily
My friend’s dog died and they inform after he died. The negligence and arrogance of the team here is not acceptable.
Rocky was a 2 year old Rottweiler Puppy who was left to suffer in this hot weather. He died of heatstroke which the team of Wagville absolutely denies. The reports were shown to our doctor and confirmed it was heatstroke.
The staff is not trained for any emergencies. Rocky collapsed and was lethargic from the time he was put in the cage (maybe 6pm). The staff only noticed at 10.22pm when he was unresponsive and took action around 10.46pm while clearly from the CCTV footage it shows they were only trying to think what to do. Rocky was admitted to the hospital at around 11pm and died around 4am. The team of Wagville never cared to inform the owners in this time frame. They only tried to reach out after 4 when he was no more.
Wagville’s owner’s wife reached out with absolutely no compassion or sorry. She spoke so casually making it sound like she didn’t care. She sighed disgustingly “Oh God” in the middle of the conversation with the owner who was so broken to hear the news. (We have a recording of this conversation)
The facility especially during summer time is not habitable for humans or dogs. They don’t let the owners see this part of the place but we made them. It is absolutely pathetic, the dogs were panting. The heat inside the room was unbearable for us, I can only imagine the state the dogs were in.
Advice to the team of Wagville - if you are not passionate enough or have no love for animals please DO NOT run a service as such.
After using the pool, my pet ended up with ticks and fungal infection. We used the 3: 30 slot. My pet of course enjoyed.
My pet is purely indoor. We don't take it walk outside even for the fear of ticks. But alas, one hour in the pool and the park area, she ended up with ticks.
You can give us countless justifications, but sadly we've gone thru the brunt of your carelessness.
Have some screening or monitoring systems in place. We planned to be your regular. Not anymore.
Good place, good ambience for pet no doubt in it. I noticed the owner or whoever replies to customer reviews, when u get good reviews u address them with name and say thank you, but for bad reviews you address them with hello that's it.u need to treat all the customer in a same polite manner.
We didn't use them for boarding (which seems clean), but we took our dog for some off-leash time. The place was great for that. They have 5-6 fenced 'plots' which can accommodate one or more dogs. Given our pet doesn't get along well with other dogs, we chose to stay in a separate enclosure. They also have one large enclosure for agility training (chargeable on hourly basis). They have a small cafe - great momos, plus doggy menu also decent. Overall, a good option for half a day out.

This is a lovely place to house your dog when you need to. It's expensive, but the services they offer are really good. I've seen videos of them housing them in canals and they send daily video updates on your dogs, but I wish we got to see the accommodation. Overall, really great place for your dog.
Wag ville was extremely helpful when I wanted to board my dog for the first time as I was really scared to leave my pet. The trust wag ville offered me was so promising and undoubtedly they nailed their job by taking care of my pet. I' would surely board my pet again here.thanku so much wag - ville ️
We visited the place, and the outdoors facility with the dog parks was well maintained. They gave us a separate dog park for ourselves and our doggy for a couple of hours. Leo was happy to sniff around. They only charged for the food including for the doggy which was good and quite reasonably priced. The cafe was also neat and clean. Leo gulped up the food and seemed to like it. Subhadra and the staff were friendly and approachable. Overall, a very good experience and reasonably priced. The approach road, however, was very bad to this place.
Is dog training available? How much will it cost? N how many sessions will be there? My 6month old male puppy keeps biting family members he draws blood n it's pains too much it started from 2 to 3 months n he barks excessively too, hes waking up at 5 not eating his food properly from 3 days so please can anyone reply?
I’m just going to be putting out my experience with wagville. Because I’m not the one who will sit and be quiet about things. A week ago I spoke to 2 different representatives from wagville and spoke about the dates. I specifically mentioned what dates I would be leaving my dog and my mother reconfirmed with the one of the representative by calling him and having a great conversation for about an hour. Based on this I did not reach out to any other pet boarding centre because I completely depended on Wagville. They suggested that I leave my dog for a trial day boarding because I would be leaving him for over 10-11 days. But considering the time hunch, trial was not possible and I personally felt trial was of no use because Muffin has already visited wagville once and we have left him to other dog boarding centres quite a few times. He would be fine. I also tried to reach out to them one day prior just to inform them about the timings I would be leaving my dog, but no one responded. So I dropped in a WhatsApp message for informing. And now when we have a flight in then evening, and I’m almost ready to drop my dog, she/he sends me a message that they are completely packed and they cannot take my dog. How is this professional? I have been in contact with them for a week. Even my mother is in contact with them. And that time they told they are completely free and we can drop Muffin (my dog) and there would be no issues. We are in such a huge problem right now because we haven’t spoken to any other dog boarding centres and we just relied on wagville. The situation at home is so bad now. All thanks to WAGVILLE. Without leaving my dog itself I had a bad experience with them, I’m sure how good of an experience it would be if I would actually leave my dog.
Best place to leave the dog in a peaceful mind if you are going out of town. They took care of my dog named whiskey like a child. They took every step to make my baby feel calm and happy. Really thanks for that team. #wag-ville

The perfect place for dog boarding. I boarded my 2 Indies for 2 days. They have great space for the dogs to play around, staff is really nice and polite. Although I noticed rashes but that is common is what I was told. I used the spray they recommended and have seen improvement. Pricing depends on the number of days you board dogs for.
Wonderful place with huge space, horses, and dogs. Extremely hospitable owners and prashanth welcomed us and toured the facility, balancing other customers as well. Milo, sir hamilton, Simone, and Jerome, the dogs and the horses, are unforgettable. So are the wonderful ponies.
My daughter has started horse riding classes and that's going great too
The trampoline is such a smart addition that kept the younger ones fully engaged.
We guzzled cool drinks as it was a hot day. We liked the watermelon juice, lemon soda s, cold teas, rices. A fabulous space they have going there!

Have been boarding my dogs here for the last one year. They love going there and seem very happy when we pick them up. They get a lot of outdoor time here, so they seem to enjoy it. Regular updates as well as healrh updates are given. They are very particular about their procedures, and are very attentive to health checks. In fact, they insisted we do heart check for my oldest dog as they felt something was wrong, and it turns out he has a heart issue.on medication now and doing fine. Very grateful.
We visited last Sunday and had a wonderful time here. You can spend your day with your pet here, swimming with them and playing with them in the lot of open area that they have. I have not seen any boarding place that allows this, it was very nice since we are always looking for a huge open space to let our dog loose and play with him. We ordered food from the cafe which was decent and they had a doggy menu as well, our baby enjoyed the doggy icecream.overall a wonderful place to spend some time with your dog and we would be visiting frequently from now.
This is reply to questions raised by agency i was never telling any inaccurate information neither i was blaming any person.i was just cautioning each one of you about.charges, is it worth charges, upkeep and behavour towards customer.the last one is very evident from the rude manner in which reply has come.so rest all points can be debatable I decided to send my pet to this place inspite of huge daily charges thinking that the pet will be taken care.but inspite this the care given was very poor.a healthy dog on retrn had wound injuries and infection which i am ready to attach with photo.as a service provider u cannot be rude to customer.my fault was i asked for discount, but way its protaryed as if i hav done some crime.it is very much evident from the reply that how rude one can be.once in a while i think customers should visit this place to see how pets are kept inside those closed places.i was Never given an opportunity to check my pet and boy was in hurry to get the dog inside the car As a individual i may please be permitted to put up experince with your agency.but instead of blaming me on asking for discount repeatedly (as told by u) i think u should introspect on weak points and if possible correct it.so if a customer tells u some point for improvement.it should not be taken a negative remark and please respond by better services.as per i am concerned.ur rates as very high for keeping a pet in a closed compartment.kindly revisit and if possible reduce it.becoz everybody who own a dog may not be filthy rich.there may be people who out of passion own a dog. 850 rs is too high a charge.i dont think any place in bengaluru charge so much.considering services provided.again please its a request please use appropriate words towards customers.sorry if i hav bothered each one of you.
Never boarded our dog Pablo but he loves the pool every time we go back. The staff are very helpful and communicate effectively. Definitely going back there again soon!

We had visited this wonderful place today with our pet and family. Had an amazing experience. Our dog had lot of socialising and enjoyed in the pool too. The people there are very friendly and you get decent food at the cafe. Best place for a day outing with your pet.

Clearly, the responses to this and other negative reviews here are testimony to the arrogance of the individuals running this place. I had only 1 conversation with a staff member at Wag-Ville, which barely lasted a couple of minutes, where I got the impression that I was not getting a fair price and so I went elsewhere. My conversation with the owner was after I had made other boarding arrangements for my pet, so no, I was not trying to arm-twist anyone, just trying to understand why the pricing was so different just weeks after my friend boarded her dog there. I refused to share the name of the friend for reasons of privacy and before speaking with the owner I asked my friend to re-check her bill and confirm the amount with me. If they really wanted to investigate, they should start by offering to check their own records instead of asking for customer details. During my conversation with the owner, I got the impression (and her response to my review proves I was right) that she thought I was there to get a pricing discount.which was not my intention. Hence I cut the call short, as most times she was not even allowing me to complete my sentences and speaking over my voice instead. My reference to an ex-employee was only to say that I had been introduced to the place through him a few years ago, and that I had been there before and liked the place. That part of the conversation has been conveniently twisted here to make it seem like I was pushing an unfair bargain. Also, I don't appreciate or believe your threats to post the recordings of our conversation, as you are legally obligated to inform/request a customer before recording a conversation with them. If you have recorded the conversation without my approval you are already in breach of my privacy and I can take legal action against you. And, yes it is illegal if you try to use it to defame an individual. You get your facts straight
Really Amazing experience I had. Unlike other centers they don't give you pre defined package or lock you in time period with charging a bomb. They have their own way of doing things. For first time owners, those who are planning to buy a new pet. I would recommend highly.
They made me understand the psychi of the breed. They cover pretty much all of it in one session. Literally one of the best consulting I had in recent times.
Also, unlike others who put their charges first then plan and then get the details of your pet.wag-ville stands distinctively apart and ahead of them. It's a true service as per me.
We were on the look out for a kennel to take care of my friend's pet dog, due to unavoidable issues, her family was facing. We zeroed in on Wag-Ville. After more than a month of living with his new family, her pet refused to leave Wag-Ville, and follow her when she went to fetch him, finally. It wasn't that he didn't know her.he did. He was prancing, and dancing and doing all the things he did when he sees her; he was just telling her in his own way: lets settle down in this lovely new place together. Ill tell you all about it!
This place is simply superb for pets and to enjoy quality time with them. Owners can give special attention to their pets, swimming, grooming n horse riding classes makes this place a super cool place
An amazing place to keep your beloved pets! My dog was here for over a month loved every minute of it! The staff looking after the pets are responsible and caring! They also send you regular pictures and videos! I would definitely recommend this dog boarding facility to everyone:)
During Covid-19 treatment, they lifted our god/Dog From Tumkur and took care.they are professionals and very good people.they will leave dog freely and they do not keep in cage.hats-off.no words

I was looking to board a friend s dog as the family members were hospitalized, happy to have come across wag ville then. Kishan was extremely helpful, offered to talk to the concerned person (which I hadn't expected) as I was unable to converse with them.language barrier: ( I was given updates regularly. My husband and I are first-time pawrents and we were struggling to manage our hyper-active little Shifu (she is a Labrador retriever – now one year old). She used to get excited around other people and dogs and jump on them (and sometimes scare them off). She had separation anxiety- she used to create some big mess if we left her alone and if we happen to leave her with someone else, she would bark without a break.
Things started to change when we started taking our little Shifu to Wag-Ville (which is now her second home and our favorite hangout place).
1. Training – Subhadra has helped us transform our hyperactive girl to an obedient little lady. She walks properly on a leash (she used to be a puller), she responds to our commands and most importantly she knows to behave around other humans and dogs. 2. Boarding – Spacious and clean. Shifu and her friends get to run around and play. The staff is very friendly and take really good care of the dogs. 3. Socializing - not just with other dogs, but also horses, rabbits, ducks. 4. Pool – Probably the best thing we did for Shifu was to introduce her to swimming. She absolutely loves her pool time. 5. Café – For us to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and some tasty snacks. We recommend all the services provided by Wag-Ville to every dog parent. Subhadra, Kishan and Preethi are committed to providing the best experience for you and your dog.
Excellent boarding and care. The hands on nature of Kishan and Shuba is much appreciated. The added Cafe is pretty useful and breakfast in the quiet environs is not something you get too often

Very spacious and clean place for pet boarding. This place is little far way from hennur but it is worth it. The owners Kishan and Subhadhra are super cool and very knowledgeable about pets. The staff is very friendly with pets and enjoy what they do. I boarded my dog Max here for 8 days and he had great time and probably didn't miss me much:)
It has been an absolute delight for me to use the Wag Ville facilities and I feel proud that this belongs to my ex colleague and friend Shubhadra! Shubhadra and the entire Wag Ville team has given me full confidence to travel in peace knowing my bull mastiff will be cared for and in safe and knowledgeable hands. It is a no fuss environment that takes care of your pets and at the same time provides a right balance of care, exercise and socialising for pets. Provides a good platform for the much needed out door exercise that apartments at times fail to provide and has a good environment for dog socialisation, pool, grooming centre etc. I wish this team more success milestones and a big thank you for taking care of Coco each time she is around.
The serenity of the place will seep into your bones, giving you a sense of peace and belonging. Watching the horses, dogs and rabbits just roam about might seem boring but it's actually quite mesmerizing. The people who work here are extremely courteous and patient with your pet and while they work on the grooming or whatever it is you want for your furry friend, you can enjoy a cup of hot chocolate. Though the cafe is a tad bit expensive, it's worth it as the proceedings are given back to the boarding center in order to keep the place up and running. It's definitely worth a visit even if you don't have a pet. The resident stray dogs are kind and loving.
Loved the place! They take care of your buds very well. It's a very spacious place where the dogs can play around and basically do all the doggie stuff they love!
The place is simply amazing! Had to board my 3 year old cocker spaniel for a month and I'm definitely more than happy with my decision to board him at wag ville. My pooch had an epileptic episode while we were away and the team at wag ville attended to him immediately and gave him all the necessary care and treatment required. Every person who's at this facility care for the little bundles of joy with love and passion. It's a beautiful place for the puppers to chill out and plenty of room for them to run around. They also offer care to doggos with special needs. Wouldn't think twice if I had to board prince at wag ville again.
The best place for the kids to have a party and enjoy with the dogs. Our dogs will enjoy and b taken care of so well that they will feel like home. Hope schools take our children to these kinds of places for a one day picnic as its a place where kids wud love to b.

Our Maggie had got body full of matte, we took her to wag-ville. Preeti, who did the grooming job, was so patient and did an amazing job to get rid of the mattes completely.
Our Maggie hates scissors and trimmers, we were worried that will she even allow anybody to touch her coat. Preeti did an amazing job, made our Maggie get used to the looks and sound of the scissors and trimmer and got rid off all the matte and also given a great look to the facial hair.
The environment is so good and clean. It's a huge property, they also have boarding and dog training.
A Beautiful Place to visit for all the types of people. A place where Humans gets interacted with the Pet animals like Dogs, Horses etc which makes us feel happy to be part of it. Venue is clean and with lot of fresh air, pleasant nature. I strongly recommend to the elders to show the place to the kids and spend some time with the animals.

I had been there with my pet and it's the most amazing place in Bangalore for pets! They have everything under one roof.boarding, grooming, SPA, and and amazing park and pool too! The best is the treats at their cafe for your fur babies!
Please don't leave your pets at pet boardings. My pet suffered a lot.
Would like to share my experience only w.r. T pet boarding.
We opted for quarantine facility for 3 nights and 2days, because we found the room good with fans and closed, as we didn't want our pet to mix up with other pets and humans (as she is a bit scary dog).
This is what we saw when we reached the facility to receive her back. Main Gate was not locked and we could hear her screams, so we rushed to the room, were we saw she was put in a cage and the room was open, none of the staff was seen or came in that time. We had to call for the staff, and when asked why she was in the cage, they told "They couldn't bear her barking, if the door is locked, so inorder to keep the dog open, they have kept her in small cage", where she could barely stand.
We informed the same to the owner, and surprisingly we were told the staff was sleeping in the room along with my dog, and my pet was mostly in the office during the day. We could make out why she was locked in the cage now, as the staff was using the room booked for her. Her collar was not even removed for 3 consecutive nights, it was seen as partially chewed up (due to her irritation)
She was made to sleep in her pee pad which was put inside the cage, along with the water bottle, when we saw her. We were heartbroken and would never want another pet to suffer.
Things to be improved: 1) Security is a major concern, what if someone would have stolen the small breed dogs. 2) Monitoring should be in place, other wise the staff, would take incidents lightly and you won't be able to provide any proof.
I had been to Wag-ville with my pet while I was in Bangalore and it's the most amazing place that I have ever seen. An amazing SPA with a nice pool n park and clean and spacious boarding space and the best part is the cafe is pet friendly too! I was amazed at this awesome place!
We took our 1 year old Belle for her 1st birthday on Feb. 23rd 2019. She just loved it so did we. The place is spacious with other animals like horses. Loved to see Belle jump in the pool for the first time. She also had made friends there with Pablo & Milo.
Lovely green and leafy place. Very serene and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The dogs who were being boarded looked healthy. The big play Ground and annexed swimming pool were really awesome for my 2 boys. Will surely be back.
It's an amazing place to visit, if u hv a dog. They take very good care. There are horses too, for training. If you are traveling etc, u can keep your pet and be totally free of any worry.
Started with mediocre price initial days, but too costly around 900 per day for dog boarding now. Yet no proper covered shelter for dogs and are left in hot sun. Earlier used to recommend this place for other dog lovers, but from now on am not going to pet for greediness of Wag ville owners
Our dog Roli is rather elderly but had a very good and comfortable stay here. Owners of younger dogs will love the dogpool where they can splash in - it’s maintained better than many human swimming pools I have seen!
