The bento cakes are small delicious cakes for the family that want to treat themselves to a healthy celebration. Also they do send magic candles and some wonderful extra birthday gifts that you can order such as caps, banners etc! Lovely

I ordered Cake Fudge Sundae. It contains brownie and icecream. Brownie was too hard like a wood. When I called restaurant complaining it, they asked me to warm it. That means, next time when we buy a icecream item, first we should warm it, then we should eat it.
One of the worst baker in Bangalore, Warm oven was spoiled my surprise party, I ordered cake from Warm oven through swiggy, but When i received my order, It was fully spoiled cake, this is not expected from you guys. Very disappointed from your service.
My brother ordered a birthday cake from them for me. I received one sweet note from chef Amit so this extra star is for him. Well last year as well I got cake ordered from them but that was not tasty. But this time, the cake was delicious. The packaging also improved. And quality as well. Never trust and plan any party, they will just spoil it. Most irresponsible bakers and store keepers. Order was supposed to be delivered between 11-11: 59pm but got a message at 11: 53 saying delivery is not possible. I personally went there to pick up the order. The place's incharge was not available, didnt take my call and place doesn't have a single kannada speaking person.
The place is not hygiene at all, the kitchen was stinking and nobody in the kitchen was wearing a mask.
Never ever order from warm oven. They are the worst. They don't even deserve a single star.
Beaware! Tons of color in kids cakes. Every kid had green teeth and tongue in the bday party. Even if it's edible color, why to use it indiscriminately?
Ordered a 'custom' cake with warm oven. It's at double the cost of standard market options such as Just Bake, Amma's, and Sweet Chariot.
Firstly the ordering experience is online and agents reach you on WhatsApp to finalize your order. They do a pretty decent job and tell you that your custom match to a picture will be 70% not more
So at approximately 1500 INR per kilogram my expectation for the cake was above the standard bakers.
Final delivery: First the shape was pretty sad and lot of printing was used rather than creating shapes. (You will notice from pictures) So a pretty square shape of Minecraft cake was termed as custom and if you see the detail of custom it was pretty average at best
Quality of the pastry: Very dry and uneven, the syrup right at the bottom, heavy on cream which was again average at best.
Overall: I would rate any of the other bakers on the market way better than this one, don't get influenced by the high quality pictures and promises, nothing but fluff (and I wish the actual cake had some)
Their quality and taste has gone to dogs, their DBC and BF cake jars have turned out to be horribly worst. What they were 4-6 months back was totally different. Yesterday had to throw away both the jars for their stinking stale smell and poor taste
Ordered red velvet cake and chocolate truffle cake. First of all, I found the cakes to be very expensive. 250 gm cakes were as expensive as half kg cakes from other places. Even after that, the cakes were ordinary. Chocolate truffle cake was good. Didn't like the red velvet cake at all. The presentation of cakes was also not upto the mark
