Worst Service Ever. Yesterday I went to the shop and gave order for an half kg cake, and I told him like I'll pick that by tomorrow evening. But when I am calling the shop now they didn't responded properly and they refused to speak me in English which I can understand. He told like "there is no shop takeaway you need only home delivery eligible" but yesterday when I was giving order they didn't mentioned it. Now today when I was calling for asking whether the cake is ready or not, He was telling like
"No orders accepted yesterday and no cake was prepared if you need order from online"
The one thing he told when I asked him to speak in English is like he knows only Hindi Bengali. That is not my problem but if he can't able to speak in English he should give the phone to anybody else. But at first he spoken with me in English but after sometime he started doing like this.

I was totally disappointed with this kind of service.

Ferrero rocher bomb cake was ordered but cake was shipped without bomb shell for which I had paid 1399/- just for half kg cake.very terrible

Ordered Bento cake from zomato it was horribly hard and smelled bad

I ordered 3 kgs of sponge cake for kids birthday to be celebrated in school directly from their website. They only delivered 1 kg cake. There was no one to attend to my phone calls in their customer care number and a long waiting period for their so-called "Cake Runner" automated whatsapp care. Also, the sponge cake displayed in their website didn't match with the cake they delivered. The so-called sponge cake didn't look spongy at all and was overcooked from the top and sunken in the middle. This was the first time I ordered a cake from Warm Oven and needless to say, it is my last. I am writing this post @4pm and when I track my order, it says "Prepared". The kids daycare (where the cake was supposed to be delivered) will be closed soon. My biggest mistake was I paid upfront. Please think before ruining your birthdays by ordering from WarmOven.

Very worst experience with warm oven cake and desserts. Entire cake spoiled dat too everyone waiting for the birthday cake.kindly plz nobody order from this cake shop. Toooooooo Worst

Pathetic cake.they don’t know anything.simple delivering cake, no design no shape.see 600₹ cake even 5 year kid cab make better design

I have ordered vanilla cake from WarmOven through Zomato. And it's awful, No taste at all, Creamed with artificial colour which tastes it bitter and moreover it harms health as well. Actually its not a cool cake but a sponge cake, they are selling it by presenting as if it is a cool cake in their catalogue in Zomato and cheating the customers. With this experience, I will never recommend this bakery to anyone.

Taste was ok for the price, but cake delivered in damaged form. It was ok for us because we just wanted to eat the cake but this type of experience can ruin someone's special day

It is situated at 2nd floor and is a cloud bakery, so people mostly order via apps like zomato or swiggy but you can also go and order directly.

From what I saw, it looked like they purchase cake base and just decorate it here.

I ordered a heart shaped cake from here on my special day, but the shape is weird. If you cannot make the shape then don't commit it and don't give this option. It's really disappointing. And also the wish written on cake also bad.
Please don't spoil someone's special day like this.
