Terrible experience. I went there to buy a product which was not available so I was checking out the new products that were there.even though I dint needed any assistance this lady just stuck behind me like a ghost.there were so many other customers who were just checking out products by themselves but she just dint look at them I dint understand this behaviour very bad and horrible experience.

Worst experience… even though they have many hands sitting on the chair, they don’t have basic sense of staring one more counter, after complaining and shouting one lousy person says he is busy with other work and only station is active with 10 people in the que. Worst service ever.took me 25 mins to make a bill.

I preferred picckup service and that was very poor there was one boy who takes 5-7 minutes to search the medicine in application and he was unable to found after that one senior from wellness found that

Inshort for 2 medicines i spent 25-30 minutes

Please make it day shift of wellness and remove the eating stuff from store we work for night so we will be hunger and stress so for refreshments we need

I hate wellness forever how health is wealth forever us eating is another way of wealth

Waited for 20 mins for service. The employee just left without Billing, Pathetic service.
If you wait in the line to buy diapers they will attend you by the time your kid graduates!

Firstly the behaviour of the staff is like we are asking them free medicines secondly they dont understand local language

Very bad experience I visit ua RPD circle store to purchase mask but no one ill attend me i ask to ua shop persons but they people are not responding me m standing hear in 20 minutes but not response

Deal with customers in regional language. Belagavi is in karnataka you guys should initiate the conversation in kannada. After that you can ask the customer for the language with which they are comfortable, directly starting with marathi or hindi is not considerable

Absolutely worst service either medicines are not available and they promise to get the medicines but they won't followup nor they get the medicines out of stock this requiring improvement please improve ur service

Worst possible service, the staff think they are doing a favor to us by servicing us, if their system is down, there is no way you can buy medication, even if it's emergency, the staff just say, can't help it, they know the prices, atleast take the payment and bill later, NO WAY! Bought London Dairy ice cream from this outlet, which is a premium brand and pretty expensive, the ice cream was not hard and looked like it had melted and then hardened, when I bought it to the notice of the staff they arrogantly said you should not have opened it! Worst possible staff and experience at this store

Please DONOT provide ur mobile number at wellness forever stores. If u do, u will start receiving random watsapp messages from random numbers. These people are selling our private information to fraudsters just to make 10-20 rs. Beware!

This branch has good collection of all stuff but there is no coordination among staff almost all staff are lazy for their work, i visited today and executive named priyanka was too lazy to take my order and trying to escape from the work, they actually don't bother customers, if the staff is updated then this is the best store in belgaum at present

I found some duplicate products of khadi shampoo. So please before you buy anything products from this shop make sure that product is original. And one more thing if you guys can observe in the below picture with orange circle that is in any product they have there own website but in this case it as a gmail. Com and the logo of khadi is also different.

Staff don't have ability to handle the customer and don't have manners to talk with customer please keep some qualified staff

This is to let the management know FYI. As due to this pandamic the public timmings are 6-10 am but the outlet does not have enough staff in this time (only 3) and there are many customers waiting to get their stuff, some go back without it after waiting unnecessary.
Today I was there waiting for 45 min.just to get the medican I requested last week in the log book but did not get any call so went there. Staff is not propperly trainned to speak or Handel the amount of crowed in a timely manner.

No social distancing at all. People are wearing chin mask. The people who work at Wellness are least bothered.

Callous attitude of the staff and store manager, especially the college road store near Pavan Hotel Belgaum. They ask the customer to wait for 10 minutes, it turns to more than 30 minutes to no avail.

Newly opened chemist shop on RPD cross double road. Speciality is that it's opened Day and Night. They serve 24 hours. It has another branch near club road.
