I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the level of service I received at Wellness Forever - BTM Stage 2, Bangalore. My recent visit to your store left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the way I was treated as a customer.

The most unacceptable aspect of this experience was the unreasonable delay in processing my order. Despite placing my order a day before, I was made to wait for an extended period when I went to collect it the next day. Waiting for over 30 minutes on multiple occasions just to inquire about my order is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional.

What added to my disappointment was the attitude of the customer service team. They seemed disinterested, and not a single member of your staff offered an apology for the inconvenience caused. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, I observed them engaging in casual conversations amongst themselves, which only added to my frustration.

As a customer, I firmly believe that I am entitled to be treated with respect, courtesy, and efficiency. Unfortunately, my experience with Wellness Forever - BTM Stage 2 has been nothing but a source of frustration and disappointment. I had previously visited several other Wellness Forever outlets and had pleasant experiences, which is why I chose to place my trust in your brand. However, this recent encounter has shattered my confidence in your company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

I understand that occasional delays can occur in any business, but the lack of transparency and the dismissive attitude displayed by the customer service team only compounded the issue.

Worst experience. My ordered product is not delivered and instead sent me the wrong product. When asked for replacement, they require 24-48hrs. When contacted customer care.only response is they will escalate the concern which never happened. Delivering the wrong product and still no action to replace with the correct product. Horrible.

Tricked me to buy 2 out of 3 quantity needed and asked to visit after 1 day. While visiting for the second time it was not restocked.
Moral: never buy if you can't get the entire quantity. They will fool you to buy part quantity, and if you do so, you'll have to search for other pharmacy to get the rest of the quantity.

This pharmacy is well stocked with range of medicines, supplements and other products. The staff is friendly and you get discount on every product.

I am a regular customer of this outlet. In fact once in 2 days. I normally visit the store. I stay 2 houses away. Yesterday owing to emergency I requested for home delivery at 7pm. The girl named Shivangi who answered my call was so arrogant, said no one to deliver. There is a way of conveying it. She said Tomorrow we will do it if possible. No staff. I visited the store in 10mins. 4 girls gossiping. 2 boys inside. 1 customer at counter. This is busy? Don't advertise about home delivery if you can't do it. Hopeless service to a regular customer? When I wanted BP tablets Tell that Shivangi she is dealing with medications not a grocery store to wait for stock and next day delivery. Ask her to tone down that arrogance. Save reputation of your Store. Get such arrogant girls off!
Deeply disappointed with attitude.

Pathetic experience of wellness btm where medicine was ordered at 11.15am and after continuous calls the calling executive Miss Priya is fooling us that it will reach in 30mins and 15mins and now it is told that it will take 1hr at 2.05pm, patients will die but wellness will keep on fooling us.

Worst pharmacy. At morning 6: 15 asked for Pediatric paracetamol they don’t have. Don’t even know why they are running this so called pharmacy. They don’t have general basic medicines or don’t know whether the staff don’t want to put efforts

Redefines term wellness. Customers get sick of waiting, the staff have absolutely no sense of service, serving customers. Home delivery is non existent. If you don't want to deliver home, don't claim that you have home delivery. People, just avoid this store

One of the worst customer experience. Please hire some professionals if this feedback is being received at the correct channel.
