Horrible hospital. Their heads Dr Prasad & Dr Ashalatha both are frauds & cheats.

I went for a hormonal consultation and test. First they got my name wrong and my title wrong. Without asking they put it as Mrs. They got my email id wrong (my name is my email address) so I didn't get the results. I called up after three days. They took an hour to send an email. I kept calling and asking and making sure the email id was correct. The mail never came. Finally they WhatsApp me my results. The result entry shows me a Mr, a male. It was a woman hormone specific test not even a generic blood test. I don't understand how a mistake of sex can me made there. So dissatisfied.
