I was contacted for IT Recruiter position in this company and they rejected me because of my location was KR Purm, even i told them ill be relocate,

The person who contacted me was asking will ur parents agree to relocate, who will take care of them.
There many people are ready to relocate to different states, countries this company is like this.
Never seen a company like this ever.

Interview process is very stubborn. They will waste your time to attend more interviews even after you were asked to share documents. Not clear on their hiring process. Company is not even meeting basic market standards in salaries range and will treat you like fresher even if you have 8+ years experience. Better far away by picking up their calls and look for better consultancies.

I would like to top rate WW for many reasons some of them are as follows
1) you are treated like family - Remember one needs to participate in order for the other to reciprocate
2) There is room to make mistakes and come up with innovative solution- You are allowed to do what is best for the company
3) Though there are policies and procedure - Every one is entitled for their opinion and it will be heard. Some have influenced change as well.

Company spend good amount of time and money in conducting interviews. If you are not eligible, how come it's a company fault.

These people just wasted my time.after clearing two technical rounds of interview, dey rejected me in d final round saying dat I dnt have much experience into product hiring, which i had mentioned them from starting of the interview process. If you didn't wanted a candidate who have experience into service based hiring den y you wasted my time by taking interviews dat too 3rounds as if it's an MNC and the process was so late.many times dey gave the schedule and den the panel will be busy.

This is not at all a professional gesture of a professional company

Very bad company.i am not interested to give any star.they have called me regarding and opportunity as IT recruiter.first round was the main round and I have completed.then they made a discussion round as well.after that they have told me like you are not selected and all.discussion round was like normal phone call. And why did you people wasted my time? If my current position is not applicable for your role then why did you people interviewed me? Bad behaviour of HR

Worst interview process.

It's an absolute waste of time. They will tell you it's a scheduled interview but first round of interview itself takes more than 3/4 hours. It's look like a walk-in
There is no clarity on questions, domain, clients details.
Finally, they will ask you leave or if shortlisted get back to you.

Best place to learn and work. I worked there for 3 years and trust me the management is really helpful to give you growth opportunity.

Not to discourage anybody just telling what I have personally experienced.
I have seen so many people mentioned they called for the interview and they didnot selected me, even I went through with all the process I went twice for completing 3 rounds of interview. So its not always a company, it about individual also, how patiently you can wait and give your 100%. Like us there are 10 more people who are attending interviews, so its not necessarily all 10 will get selected for the role.

So if anybody is not clearing the interview means may be they are not the best fit for the company.

I saw one more candidate has written, after taking written test they have kept the position on hold during corona, this pandemic situation is really unpredictable for each one of us. They are also depending on the client, if client is not hiring further then they are also helpless, so blaming any company will not give result rather than improving our own skills.
