At a convenient distance from majestic. Rooms were neat and tidy but corridors had smoking odor. Buffet could have had more better options. Some staff in the dining área were not sure what's on the buffet & were a bit rude.

Good experience. Hosted an event and Mr Ravindra took in charge of making it a good experience.

The restaurants in West Fort Hotel serve tasty food at reasonable rates. The staff members are caring and polite. Needs ti be a little more organized in the services.

We came here for lunch while returning from vacation. The ambience was great and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is on the main road near city railway station. Overall experience was very pleasant. Strongly recommend.

Last week I visited Bangalore and stayed in West Fort Hotel, Rajajinagar.
Stay was very comfortable, rooms very clean, spacious rooms, good ventilation, fresh air from windows, nice restaurant "Olive Tree", good breakfast with good options. Also the room service is quite good.
Entire hotel staff was very friendly and very much polite. They addressed everything.

I would also like to mention, "Mr. Bhagban Malik", who is one of staff at hotel, was very much friendly, warm & helpful. He addressed any issues I had very well. And was very much professional.

Overall it was good stay and I will prefer to stay there again whenever I am at Rajajinagar, Bangalore.
Note: Location of this hotel is also good as many tourist spots can be visited nearby it.

Worst room service, worser housekeeping service and highly unprofessional behaviour of staffs, even dharamshala's would be a better option I Guess!

Hospitality is very good, Food is wonderful, no wastage all the items served in hotel is very very good, people should visit and enjoy

Just called this dude who picked up and said the room costs 4000 lol. Actually the room is advertised at 975. Pandemic time and this dude is trying to have a laugh. No way sir. Keep your room to yourselves

Its a very good place to conduct any sort of functions like marriages, engagements, birthday parties, Causal Parties, get togethers, anniversary celebrations. Its has good halls for them, at the top and bottom. It also seems to be a hotel for stay, the rooms are also comfortable with ACs and TV and also WIFI. Been there a lot of times and it's doesn't seem to get boring.

The hotel is very well maintained. Parking space is also available. Restrooms are well maintained. Easy to locate as it is situated on the main road. Food is also good.

Nice place for having dinner. Though it's a bit costly, the quality is amazing. Pure vegetarian restaurant. Quantity is less. Clean and good service. Must visit

Good place to have some small functions like birthdays sathyanarayana pooja etc.

I just call this hotel and i inform can you transfer my to hr department one fellow who work in front desk. I don't know that fellow name talking very rudely he don't know how to speak over phone he should speak politely. Housekeeping job guys are outsiders. They are typically untrained.
The ambience from the hotel outside has to improve. The floor managers are possessive about guests movements
Food was not up-to the mark
Courtesy smile virtually non existent

Amantran hotel also is a good place for jain food reasonably priced excellent food good service friendly staff nice place

Rooms are good but the staff and services aren't good! They do not provide you any service if requested! They just accept the request but do not provide what we request for!

There is no enough washrooms. There is only one rest room, and the sitting is more. The Appearance is good. The Staff is rude to customers.

Hosted Birthday party last week in Westfort Hotel and it went very well beyond my expectation. Location, Food, Ambiance and Staff were outstanding. I would like specially Thank My Ravindra, Banquet manager who was very cordial, confident and assured us that everything will be taken care.

Had been to this hotel to celebrate an event at one of their banquet halls. The decor as well as food was very good. They serve only vegetarian options but was delicious. Staff is also friendly and helpful. We also had some of our guests stay at the hotel and they had a pleasant experience. Parking is limited but they provide valet services. Overall, a good place.

Needs lot of improvement in amenities. Basic things are missing in room. Dirty bed sheets, no hand towel are few of the examples

Its a nice hotel. The stay was pleasant. The staff was rude just one in particular.
She acted as if she owned the entire hotel, and any request I made was met with NO.
I run a business, I know what I am saying, but at times the rudimentary staff, spoil an impression of a great hotel, because they think there aren't any consequences.

One star is losing for let lose such a staff on the customers.

I won't name the lady who sits there in the morning with a tatoo. And isn't from B'lore.

Overall it was an average experience and service I would say, the service is very late, had to wait at average of 30 mins, the quantity and quality both lack the worth of price charged!

When we arrived after confirmed booking, Hotel denied booking as they have discontinued tie up with oyo from Jan 2019. It's been 7 months and these guys are still listed in OYO and other Apps. Whose fault is that? Receptionist attitude was bad and behaved as though its our mistake. They showed a face that we booked a cheap room and want to stay in a 4 star. Why shd a customer suffer for their internal issue with oyo, make my trip and Goibibo. Pls don't book any rooms here Beware its a trap. Fraud!
