Well setup and facilitated. There are many helpers persent to assist in case you have a big dog. Dr Shiva Prakash was polite and offered very good medical advice for our German shepherd. The consultation is on the expensive side. But all in all a good vet.
Review update, the pharmacy at the clinic is always well stocked and you'll get all your dogs medicines there.

An excellent pet care centre. Dr Shivaprakash is a totally committed doctor who is doing yomen service to the community.
He practically gave a second life to our 11 year old Dalmatian.

“Please don’t trust this doctor”. I write this with shattered heart as we lay our 9.8 years old pet dog to rest. It started in august 2022 with infection in his kidney, for which this doctor gave medicine. He never ever suggested that this infection might lead to kidney failure. He never ever suggested us to shift to renal diet which would have actually helped his kidney heal. We visited him even in the last week of January. All that he said was infection is still there n continue the medicine. By 2nd week of Feb my baby’s kidney failed. When we went to different hospitals it was too late and no treatment worked for him. We had no other option but to put him to rest. Our pet might be just any other patient to doctors like these but they don’t understand our pets are our family and mean the world to us. We trusted him since my pet was 40 days old. But this doctor cheated us. He failed so badly in treating our pet and took his precious life away.

Not good enough quality it is avarage quantity wise it is worst management is is not working for the satisfaction of the customer 1 but only making money day by day reducing quantity and quality

Your pet is in good hands here. I've been taking my pug Cookie for the last few years after bad experiences with other vets. Dr Shivprakash Nagarghatta is good and considerate.
