No doubt it is the worst. They don’t accept Aadhar card as a proof, may be RBI should remove/cancel Aadhar acceptance at all places. They don’t even have Knowledge of first name and last name, the printing differs on different cards and they expect all the ID proofs to have the same name… even passport services doesn’t bother about First Name & Last Name, but these people want all to be picture perfect. Please try to be helpful to customer, don’t show your attitude to them! People in the office don’t know what has to be done, they need others to assist on proofs issue which isn’t an issue at all. Never ever go to this place. Worst experience.
