WeWork

The front desk staff are poorly trained, and are frankly ill mannered and lack professionalism. The problem with places like WeWork is that employees are given ridiculous titles like community associate (instead of receptionist) and as a consequence don't realise that they are employees in a for-profit business where paying customers are a priority. They seem to be interested in projecting an international WeWork lifestyle (whatever that means to each of them) rather that providing customer service. I have cancelled my WeWork membership after interacting with the team at Cinnabar Hills, which is regrettable since I was enjoying working out of WeWork until I dealt with Cinnabar Hills.
