Bought a brand new Yamaha vehicle. Battery dies within 6 months. Customer service is pathetic as they disconnect your calls or do not bother to assist. Truly pathetic!

My bike (mt15) had an issue with the radiator fan not working. I have replaced the fan with a new one as the service center suggested. After 2 days only the new fan stopped working. Again I went to this service center and they told me that I would not get a warranty for the extra fog light and mobile holder with charger feature connected to the battery. Also, they told me that I had to claim the warranty on my own. Then I went to another yamaha showroom and they checked properly and informed me about the issue in the fan. But they did not have an issue with the bike modifications (fog light & mobile holder). Also, they claimed the warranty and replaced it with a new fan.

Here once service done, when we are asking for bill office will tell our printer is not working and also they said will recieve bill by email or what's app. But till now not received anything.

Worst service i had never seen befor, they only snatch money work is not worth for that, please I'm requesting u oll dont go for this showroom it's better to repair outside local mestri

I have bought Yamaha R15M motorcycle from the Yamaha showroom. The process was hassle-free and the showroom staff Mr. Ashok were helpful and were open to answering my queries anytime. I had previous vehicles where I had to haggle a lot with the showroom to get the vehicle numbers. Thankfully I did not have to go through that here. Overall I liked the experience.
Will update this review with my service center experience once my bike is done with its first service. Thank you

Worst service experience. As soon as i get my service done, I am finding a new problem in my bike. The quality of service is not upto mark.

Worst service ever. Didn’t fix the problem completely which were informed but charged full amount. Extremely unsatisfied. Basic services and washing was also not done properly. Will not recommend at all

My experience was disappointing in various aspects.

Staff members would ignore customers, leaving us to approach multiple individuals.

My bike was serviced last week and my mirror was broken, clutch and gear issue was not resolved.

I was forced to travel and check with service department in between my working hours.
They don’t value our time at all.

On two occasions, the service centre delayed to provide me with a bill.

The poor customer service, mishandling of my vehicle resulting in broken parts, high costs, complaints from other customers, and delays in providing the bill have all contributed to a negative impression of the service department.

I appreciate Supervisor’s effort in trying his best to resolve the issues when i raised the concerns. But issues are not supposed to happen in the first place.

I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to address the issues and strive for improvement. Customers deserve reliable and satisfactory service from a renowned brand like Yamaha.

Nice showroom and service center. I bought my bike from here and getting service done here as well. My experience here is good.

Before buying the vehicle (R15 V4.0) i was told that number pate is free, today when i received my number plate they told me addition 300 INR charge will be included for the case and the case has the advertisement for the Whitefield Yamaha Motors advertising as per my understanding this should be free. And about the vehicle engine extended warranty was not conveyed to me properly, later on when i received the warranty card it states either 5 Years or 70000 kms which is earlier that will be considered, from my point of view i see purchasing extended warranty it is a loss/ not worth of purchasing it. From Sales Executive prospective they are friendly and helpful.

Never buy anything from here. They are frauds. Buying time they told that seat cover is free of cost, but right now seat cover is not available, we will provide you 1st or 2nd servicing time. But they had taken 450/-
and did not provide me the invoice till the 5th service. Every time they told me that server is down we can not provide you the invoices. After complaining to Yamaha finally, I got my invoices. They took lots of extra charges in servicing time and did nothing. And one more thing, they took 10k for bike insurance for 1st and 3rd parties. After 1 year 1st, parties insurance is over.only 3rd parties insurance is left for 4 years. They took 198k for fz25. Pls ask invoice whenever you do your bike service. Pls Never buy anything from here.

After posting the review, they called me and told me to remove the review. They will refund the money (425/-). Again They called and told me that come for bike servicing, We will adjust the amount from there. I told them I don't want your service and Refund. I will share the review every where.please, share the review.

I was waiting for my fav model from 1 month. Manager Mr. Arvind was following up for the model and made arrangements to deliver well before the committed date. Concerns well heard. Very friendly and supportive staff. Quick actions from them as well. Executive Ashok was good in communicating the information to customer. Thanks to staff.

They have all parts you need for your yamaha bikes, service is good as always, it's main Yamaha branch so will find many bikes which are not available at other showrooms, package of the parts we purchase are poor, customer service need to be improved

Excellent service by Mr Pavan. Received the all new R15M in just 2 days of booking. Sales executives are very friendly and helpful. Vijay in PDI has delivered the bike in great condition. Would recommend this showroom for both sales and service. Overall an excellent job by the showroom.

It was bad experience with store and accounts team, it's hard get a bill from the store people's they have practiced with silly reasons like software issue and printer issue.

Please be aware of it while visiting.

This showroom is pretty good.they have most of the bikes offered by yamaha. But the people there should have more knowledge about the financial aspects.

Today I took delivery from Whitefield yamaha, it was good experience I got all information regarding bike and the executive s ashok and Pavan was so friendly and supportive.

It was a great experience throughout the process from booking till getting delivery of my fz25 moto gp edition. They helped installing mobile holder that I bought on the day of delivery. It was instant and proper installation also. Overall superb experience. Really happy with hassel free paperworks too.

Not a good experience. The service of my r15 was done there and they just replaced the spare parts and not repaired the bend of the footrest, tail lamp and even the slack of the chain. And they kept me waiting till 7: 30 for nothing. If you are an R15 user, please find another good center.

Manjunath and Puneet did an amazing job servicing my bike. I was unable to visit to give my bike. So they picked up, serviced and delivered. Furthermore while returning, they brought the parts along to patiently explain what had to be repaired/replaced and why. I was very happy with their efforts, quality of communication and assurance. Thank you.

I went for 5th free service at morning 8.30 (10th July) am but I got my bike at 12.45 only they serviced only for 25 min but waiting time was more thy changed engine oil, rear break pad and thy didn't fixed it properly some unwanted noise was coming again I have visited to fix it, didn't clean the air filter also and for cleaning fuel injection thy have charged but fuel injection was not cleaned after applying polish bike was sticky sticky, and clutch adjustment also not done, issue is diagnosed properly but repairing is not much as expected.

This showroom people.don't know how to repair the brakes I gaven to check they filled with the break oil.when riding it's leaking.waste of money go for mahadevapura for your bike service. Don't waste money on poor Whitefield yamaha showroom, bad experience (2021 April 20 I given service)

Had a good experience. Didn't face any issue as the sales person took care of everything (Robin and Aravind). Got the bike delivered on time.

But one thing still I didn't understand why helmet is not provided with the bike even after asking for it.even when a rule is there!

This Whitefield Yamaha Service is Worst Service Central in Bangalore. They are cheating like anything. They Charged for water service and paid service 450+Gst, But they are not cleaning properly. Service also worst. I never seen this type of. It is not worth for Single Star Also.

Robin was very supportive in providing the delivery of the vehicle in a span of 1 day and also guided me in about the process of the delivery of my new bike Yamaha FZ-S, also as promised by him the bike was delivered at the exact time, overall the process of taking the bike was very satisfactory.

Very unprofessional sales staff. He starts judging people based on your looks n clothes. Doesn't care to explain bike details. Just hands to some bike brochures n leaves you alone. That's the only reason I didn't buy Yamaha. Highly unprofessional.
