The experience was so good, located in very good place, highly recommended for family, food wise was good

And other customer supports were not so responsive and the hyginity is okay and the games are also good and the food is also good with good service totally loved the place and spent the good time with the family

Worst place all-around to book this place for vacation,
Rooms are very bad, you won't get water to take bath, and theres no one to hear your concerns

The worst homestay I have ever visited till now, nothing good except location. The hospitality is very bad. The food was the worst. In one day of staying they never provided food on time. I would never visit again and never suggest anyone to visit. Please don't select this place seeing old reviews we made the same mistake and lost our time and money also. If a negative rating is there I prefer a negative rating for this place. Please we are personally experienced in the homestay and don't choose this place. I doubt the ratings of how they got with this much poor maintenance.

Location is superb, staff service is fantastic, food was very very taste, credits to cook Shivu.
Dhananjaya (Dali anna) is very cooperative and he will make sure guests will get the good service.
But still they have to include many activities, as of now we have only three rope activities. Water stream was very good and cold. Overall we have spent very nice time there.

Nice place enjoyed a lot all staff members are very friendly and good service.very delicious n tasty food made by the chef shivu.

I would call it as jungle stay.

Worst experience ever had while camping food and accommodation ok but no activity as shown on website and promised while booking, good location but no proper place for any Indoor outdoor games, not at all any water games.

Amazing location, Staff were friendly, Dhananjaya looked after very well.he is cool as ice all time.place is kept very well.just a feedback to make the way uphill to resort is little too muddy and off-road kind, It helps if made nice.

What an amazing experience.the beauty of the valley is extraordinary. The game ‍️ activities are fun and a lot of beautiful places to visit nearby. I recommend if anybody planning to go sakleshpur.give a visit and experience the best homestay at coffee creek. The food is good and the staff is friendly.

The location of the homestay is admist the nature and it's very pleasant. Place is maintained well and the food was good. Had a great time.

Honest review of the stay!

First things first.

What is good?

1. Awesome location

2. Good Zipline and rope activity

What is bad?

1. Too crowded! The place has 8 dormitory (5 beds each) and 2 more with 12 person occupancy. So, in total 64 people can be accomodated in rooms. But, there were another 40+ tents pitched in

Almost 150 people were at the venue on 15th Oct! They should take booking only what they can manage! Literally looked like Majestic Bus stand!

2. Only 2-3 people for doing everything (except cook) for the entire 150 guests! The same guy comes for zipline and then to put campfire, then to clean the rooms, to treks and what not!

3.15th night was one of the worst I have experienced!

No power since 7.30pm till 11pm.

At least 20 bulbs melted due to overvoltage from generator (No KEB power to the resort, as per them there was a transformer blast)

At least 8 of our chargers blown away! Among them 3 superfast chargers!

No food provided till 10.30pm. And when it came, it looked like we are in some shelter during flood. People fighting for plates and food!

No caretaker to be seen until 11pm!

Nobody knew what was going on! Drunkards running around, shouting, knocking the chairs etc. Chaos everywhere! It was quite scary!

4. Only two camp fire places. And both are filled with alchohol bottles, drunkards. Multiple groups have to sit together if they need camp fire

5. Lesser said the better about the cleanliness! Dining area is not cleaned properly from ages. Rooms were ok but none of the common area was clean. Bottles, coffee cups thrown everywhere

Previous nights food, bottles were cleaned on next day evening at camp fire after multiple requests!

6. There is no designated place for drinking. You can see people drinking anywhere and everywhere!

7. Though there are games/activities, you will not be able to use it because, only 2 person have to support for that for all the groups and games

8. EXACTLY the same menu for both the days we stayed! Few items were good and few others were too salty!

9. Their food timings are very late. 9am breakfast, 2.30pm lunch and 9.30pm Dinner. Definitely not suitable for kids and elders

10. No hot water for bathing. Need to carry from kitchen to room (I could see new water heaters coming but at least it was not available for us)

Many teams did not even pay the balance and left the next day after seeing the chaos!

Only good thing was that owner was polite and took our feedback (at least looks like).

Please please do not take so much crowd that you cant deliver what you promise!

This review is for the homestay to improve. Hopefully they pay attention to the improvement points

Place is not maintained clean, stinking smell in places near tents, we were made to wait for 4 hrs without a place in resort to put up tent, bathrooms are not clean, flush was not working, cigarette packets stuck all over the place, they forgot backup power, for a large audience dinner was served at 10pm, tents were good, but those thinking tents location to be private, because of the rush the place was resembled a slum dwelling, people were loud, definitely place not for family with kids especially, they committed to more than 100 people but the place can hold not more than 30-40

Amazing place, good mountain view, well behaved staffs and great hospitality. Food was quiet ok ok rest everything is amazing

Service was on time & in the evening resort has got a nice mountain view to sit & rejuvenate.
Its a kind of adventure camping.
Especially in the hospitality Mr Yogesh does his job descently.

Well if you're are planning to visit this place better change your plans or stay at home. Worst ever place to visit. Very filthy and unhygienic. They will invite more people than they can accommodate. We stayed for 12 hours since there was no electricity, water, bulbs inside rooms, untidy bathrooms, leftover food is thrown everywhere. This is daylight robbery.

Service was impeccable, activities were fun.lots of rooms to accommodate many people and especially enjoyed malnad cuisine and the best part was the views. Very picturesque views around especially with the morning mist kicking in. Wonderful experience

The property is located in an amazing location surrounded by lush green mountains. Also the staff and hospitality was amazing food was excellent. I would visit again and again to have a relaxed weekend!

Coffee Creek is one if the best places I’ve visited. I visited this place with my family. The resort has breath taking views all around. By the time I reached this place it was late in the night, we had a good rest and as soon as i came out in the morning, I was astonished to see the wonderful view. The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful.
Food is excellent.
There are very few places which can offer such a view, service at such affordable price.
Kudos to the team for making our holiday a memorable one:)

It's a good place to visit with family. Homestay is very well maintained. Staff's were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

We had been there with our family, everyone loved it. It all starts with the view, 360 degrees filled with greenery. That view just takes our breath away. To top that, their food is absolutely amazing. It was super delicious, just like home cooked food type. Staff is very friendly and addressed our concern in a timely manner. Rooms were neat and most importantly the toilets were clean, so we were relieved about that as we had ladies in our group. The drive to the resort is mesmerizing. Adventure games were minimal, but the staff advised that they are adding new games soon. Overall a great experience after a long time. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

A note to everyone: I observed a person asking a group to move to the other side because the group was drinking and had music on. Well guys, we all go for a vacation to have fun, every resort or home stay or hotel will have people who booze, who play loud music, who dance, who laugh and talk loudly. We shouldn't stop that as its their choice. Even we had ladies and kids in our group, but we were having fun in our space. Lets not disappoint others nor spoil our vacation. Lets learn to enjoy in our space with our people.

Pathetic is the word I have. It was a market literally. Even after booking a week in advance, rooms were not cleaned on arrival and we were made to wait till it was cleaned. Worst part was food was not ready even at 2 in the afternoon and dinner was not ready till 9: 30 in the night. As a result there was a huge crowd and no place to sit and eat and had to even walk out since I got tired of waiting for food. This home stay is comfortable for probably a max of 50 people (considering the tents). But they had taken booking for at least 150 people. I am saying this so confidently because I could see at least 3 buses and 5 6 cars at the parking lot and the rush at the dine area. The dining area was so unclean, it was like dining at a low price hotel where plates were not cleaned, water is leaking and used tissues were thrown all over the place. There was so much crowd at the food counter, we had to wait for 10 mins to get the washed plates which was of course was not washed properly due to the time constraint. To add on, we spent the whole night without power. Basically they had very less man power to provide service. Then why was the greed to take so many bookings? We went there for a real good break as we were sick of wfh and staying indoor for a long time. But the stay here was even more disturbing and depressing. We planned for a 2 days stay and we checked out the next day itself. IT IS A REAL BIG NO FOR FAMILY MEMBERS and even a bigger no during long weekends which is when most of us think of travelling.

A very beautiful place with wonderful panoramic views. There were some nice rope activities inside the coffee estate. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Staff is very friendly. Food was tasty and rooms were very well maintained. Lot of places to visit nearby. Staff helped with suggestions on nearby places to visit. There is also a beautiful natural stream and waterfall nearby. Overall a great experience.
