I had ordered a pen to be gifted well ahead of the event. Due to a communication gap, I was not informed of the delivery date although the website mentioned the delivery date before the event. One day prior to the event I sent an email explaining the embarrassment that will be caused to me due to the delay in delivery of my order.
The team understood my situation and ensured that the gift was delivered overnight in time before the event.

I wanted this Mont Blanc pen star Walker ultra black but there was no personalisation option on the website so I got in touch with Milind from William penn. Trust me this was the best customer experience I have had in a while. Personally for me it's one of the good Indian company seen in my last 13-14 years experience with unique biz idea, established PAN INDIA.good management. Highly supportive teams and teammates. There may be small here & there drawbacks but manageable as nothing can be 100% perfect in this world.

Changing my post from 1 star to 5 star based on the excellent customer service given by them. There was a concern in the beginning and there was no possible option to contact the store via phone /emails as I tried. But ultimately the merchant contacted me and made all necessary arrangements to enhance my experience with them and solved my query. I am delighted and highly grateful. Customer service extremely well defined.

Absolutely inefficient services! I ordered a pen that was available on their website and after getting emails about its delay I sent an enquiry. They then inform me that this product is not available and I have to choose a different product. I do that and tell that this is a gift so I need it on time! Then on another enquiry they tell me that my pincode is not serviceable! Could you not tell me that while I was placing the order? So very unprofessional! Please don't place orders on their website if you need anything on time!

Ink are generally out of stock. Price is not best in the market. Pens are available at 15% discount from other authorized sellers.

This is how international brands are screwed up in India! I ordered Mont Blanc refill from William Penn online and the one they deliver was imported in June 2016. Today's date is 28th Feb 2019! Anyhow I did not bother about it and started using the refill for my Meisterstuck. Ostensibly it feels that this refill is second-hand as the "feel" of new refill is absent. It writes as if it has been written with for a prolonged time. There is noticeable feel of writing when a refill is new and when it has been used for an extensive time. It cannot be denied. Well, thank you William Penn for messing up - you guys seem to be good at it. Highly disappointed and it should be reported further in social media.

Best place to get "gentlemen accessories"
Can buy with 100% confidence. Got a defective zippo and they replaced it even after a week of using it. This is my 3rd purchase with william penn and will surely visit again
