This store is located inside Gopalan arcade mall, Mysore road. I visited this place to change my Titan watch strap and battery. I got the perfect strap for my watch and the battery as well. The staff behaviour is extremely good. Very polite and customer friendly. He advised me to keep the bill for claiming the battery warranty. Earlier whenever I changed the battery I never knew that battery also comes under warranty and no one informed about the same. May be the battery is not originally from Titan. Also they are good at servicing your watch if there is any issues. Overall I am satisfied with my visit to this place.

I recently purchased watch to my niece. Staff was cooperative. I liked the attitude of manager. May be he is accountant too. Good keep it up
