XIPHIAS is the worst place to go for a migration service, they “only only only only” focus on money. If you want your dream of migration to come true, please donot choose this team.

We waited for almost 3+ years with no results, understood we were in a pandemic situation and all that but even post everything was normal it was “zero progress”. This company is running in loss currently and they give so many irrelevant/ lame and stupid reasons as an excuse.

And in our case they kept changing multiple processing officers every 2 months once without proper case study nor handover and we had to explain our status from the scratch (which is not our responsibility as we are already paying them the service charges upfront), also i heard the people working there are quitting very often (not sure of the reason). Please donot let them fool yourself with your own money and time, pls think it through and do a complete analysis for a better immigration team, you will find plenty of them for sure.the reviews which are given (5 stars) I highly doubt it’s some paid reviews.

I would like to thanks Simran for guiding me throughout the process of PNP programme and really appreciate the effort and seriousness that she put in my case. She made the process hastle free and was prompt in her response for any kind of query. The document process seems little complicated at first but she made it easy as along. Worst ever, counselor will keep on changing and they will not provide any update on the status. They will be active only till we make the payment.

Hello All, I was extremely pleased with my experience using XIPHIAS IMMIGRATION I will highly recommend them to everyone. Their case managers and coordinators were marvelous.

Me and my friend started express entry process in 2015, they told within 6 months you will be able to go to Canada, after submitting the required documents they told the score may be less for express entry draw (they haven't told anything about the PNP or working visa how score can be improved), so we have decided to go for Quebec PR. They have informed how to fill the online forms and submit. During the time when window was opened, they told us to try, failed in initial 2 attempts as many people around the globe was trying to register. But with great difficulty I myself registered by the Grace of God. No help was from the side of the agency, they were trying to register for someone else only and not for us. We came about it later only. But due to some change of rules, the process was stopped. But no in depth details of the same was shared with us. Even we are not sure whether the refund of application fee is received back in their account or not. Later there was no contact for long, then one day some one contacted and they told new process can be started by the same amount which we have given as processing fee. So I told we can try for express entry. Then after a month someone else called, asking which process to do. In the subsequent months, the same continued, change of processing personnel and really confusing.

Really fed up. Now again mailing regarding processing fee and documents which already was paid in 2015.
Explaining to new new processing incharges every now and then has made my hope gone in vain.
Think twice or as Much as possible before you apply.

My Journey for PR application started pre covid, after a couple of IELTS attempts, one day before the last FSW draw until now since Dec 2020 my IELTS scores had come. I applied through this agency for Canada PR and I would recommend them. The price is reasonable (below 1 lakh)
Pros:
* You are represented by a registered consultant (very important)
* End to end handling
* Prompt communication
* Provided detailed instruction on what documents needs to be obtained
Cons
- Your registration login access (govt webpage) will not be provided even though legally you should get access to it
- they are aware of most of the generic application rejection pitfalls, but you still need to do your research to ensure your application is correct and wont be rejected

I applied for PNP as well and got that approved recently, my POC for the complete process Ms Arzoo was really helpful, listened to my queries and communicated on time.

All in all the experience for me was good and better than any agency in the market

I had an amazing experience with XIPHIAS and would recommend it to anyone applying for Canada PR.
I did my research and found a couple of consultants in Bangalore. But there were mixed reviews and a lot of people had been scammed. So I was skeptical about getting it done through a consultancy.
But I then came across XIPHIAS. It all started with a seminar that I attended in Bangalore. Xiphias founder, Varun, spoke about how one can get Canada Permanent Residency, detailing out all the steps involved in the process. He also spoke about how some consultancies have been scamming people. He explained that in order to find out if a consultancy is legit, we must check for their name on Canada gov. Website under the approved consultants list. I got the assurance I was looking for.
I then decided to try for PR and booked an appointment at Xiphias. I was connected to a consultant, Harish. He explained me the points system and said I could make it. Thrilled, I decided to give IELTS. I was provided all the material to prepare for the exam. Soon after I got my results and I’d got band 10! They immediately put my profile in the pool and explained me all the things I needed to do from getting WES report to the financial funds. I received ITA in December 2020. But due to covid there was a huge delay in the process. In January 2022 my file was re-opened. I completed medicals and biometrics and in July I received my COPR.
I was guided by Harish, Svetaleena, Wasifa and Akhil at every step of the process. They patiently answered my silly questions, too!: D It has been an amazing journey and XIPHIAS team is THE BEST.

They took Rs. 51,000 from me on Feb 23,2021. Since more than a year my file even though i am fully eligible has not moved since IRCC stopped doing FSW Outland draws. I asked them to refund my money since they have not provided any service to me in this entire period and i cannot wait for Xiphias/IRCC to conduct draws. I have to plan my life ahead without this. They come back to me saying its non refundable since as per their application form. As legally informed through assessment and retainer agreement "Clause 7 refund policy" also we have to compensate for our time, service and infrastructure".

First of all, your service is absolutely pathetic. The lady Ramya who took the payment from me told me that I will have to pay Rs. 51,000 initially and Rs. 24,000 later once I receive my ITR. Before getting my ITR they start spamming me with payment request of Rs. 24,000.

How is this even a service? Your Service is to lie/cheat to customers and demand money so that you can get your entire payment from me?

This company is an absolute scam. I am sure they even pay off their auditors so that this kind of money is hidden nicely in their books.

Second, you actually did not give any service to me. Your service you clearly failed to deliver. Basically all you did is take Rs. 51,000 from me and then send me some mails labelling it as a service. The justification these guys go to (LOL).

DONT GO THROUGH XIPHIAS. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. Most of the reviews here are probably from their employees because nobody who went through them can rate them as 4 star plus.
Scam organization, Scam Company.

If KPMG came for an audit here they would put them in jail. I don't even think they know the meaning of audit.
They are illiterates who don't even understand basic English.

I will definitely take legal action against these scamsters so that they do not cheat other customers in the future.
