It's a fraudulent company. From the above reviews I have seen that even the well educated ones are falling in their trap, since they present themselves as extremely professional. Don't know how they got popularity. They loot Indians dream of moving abroad. I personally felt, they sell a product which isn't even existing. Also, they make sure you sign everywhere to discourage you from going to consumer court. I lost around 46k+2k. Never fall the trap, they say 'we can market your resume for UK Job opportunities for sponsorship - it's a scam. Similar to mine, I know another individual who lost money in the same way. I assume they scammed many.
Please do not fall for the brand name. What the sales agent says would be very good to hear but unfortunately the people who are doing the actual work do not have the competency. They just read out mechanically from their database or knowledge library. They cant think with empathy. Eg. Even in Resume Help & Marketing, even after me reviewing and making corrections, they made gross blunders in a global site like Linkedin. They are also disorganized that the Manager will not have any idea what the Case Manager is doing! With repeated blunders I had to forcefully abort my UK dreams. I am now fighting to get a proper refund for my Canada PR as well because despite the blunders they made for the UK Visa, I trusted them to do the Canada PR properly. Here also they blundered and I'm now forced to withdraw due to such apathy. Their escalation desk is no different as they will protect their folks, so I have been fighting to get back a fair refund!
The response that I have got from 'Y axis Owner' is an agmark copybook response. Sir/Madam, When you say things like "we remain committed to providing you with the highest standard of service" or "dedicated customer relations specialists has been diligently trying to address the matter at hand" please give a thought to how and what was given as a solution. Please have empathy and understand the depth of the solution, whether it is fair. Please understand and know from your helpdesk the following: 1) What was the money paid and What were the deliverables agreed upon vs What were the deliverables that were completed 2) More importantly, Of the deliverables that were done, a) how was the quality of work done b) What and How many errors were committed c) What was the impact of the errors The escalation desk employee interacting with me has been repeating mechanically without understanding the issues that I have been explaining. This has been going on for many months now. One cannot wash the hands away saying that this is the maximum refund we can give as there is an administrative cost involved. Hence request you to kindly look at the concerns with some empathy as well. Please understand that for no fault of mine, I had to put my career dreams on hold! I have not given my hard-earned money to Y-Axis for such a result!

One of the very bad consultancy. Very money minded. They don't even care about applicants after a certain time. They allocate consultants based out of hyderabad and after few months they swap their consultants and they don't even follow up or update EOI.

Absolutely a hoax when it comes to Immigration services with Job opportunities from your home country. They extract money from you with a well drafted legal agreement and list of false promises which actually cannot be met (if one thinks logically, you will understand.which unfortunately I did realise after the investment being made). They have the capacity of doing only the routine n basic tasks like a passport renewal service or a visa stamping appointment fix. Hence, stay away from this self proclaimed, over-hyped firm. A junk and a total bad investment for me.
Hi people, my wife is a PhD and i approached y axis for assistance in applying for jobs. These people are fraudulent and haven't done any hard work fir the money we paid. I had asked several times before the payment about the authenticity and the job guarantee. I told them prior that if it's possible then only to give assistance. In spite of asking several times one of their associates dominic forced to do the payment citing that there will be benefits if it's done early. After the payment they haven't done a good work, neither cv nor covering letter was a professional one. They have just registered in all job sites and applied for random jobs which even an undergraduate can do. And after all these issues my wife posted a negative review and after few weeks their one of the associates gaddam suder raj called and said they'll extend the service for another 2 weeks for free and this time they'll apply for two countries instead of one. After talking for nearly an hour finally they said was about the review and to delete it. But my urged them to mail the matter and ask to delete the review through email. They said k but they haven't mailed anything. After few days they simply replied to my wifes review saying that hope your issue has been resolved. I have the proof for everything and believe me people, if they can fool highly educated ppl like us, then what will be the fate of others. Please beware of them. Trust me if you fall for them you surely are going to loose your hard earned money. They aren't honest and do not stick to their words. Everything is fake. The positive reviews posted here might be from their friends or relatives just to make sure they get more clients. Please beware don't entertain such people. Please donot go by the positive reviews. I think these reviews are by their agents. I had approached for assistance in applying jobs (Ireland). But haven't received a single positive response. They force to pay fees immediately and the services they offer is very poor. The covering letter they write for the CV is unprofessional. They create an indeed account and that's it. Keep on applying to random jobs which an UG student is capable of. Seriously donot invest your hard earned money. I have lost my money and beware of these fraudsters. Planning to fight legally against these PPL so that they donot trick others falling prey for them. I have asked them before the payment regarding the authenticity of jobs and their services. Please PPL stay away. I have lost my money as well as time, beware Seriously these guys replied to my post saying they have resolved my issue. Very funny they called me and said they are ready to extend the service for 2 weeks for free and they'll apply for 2 countries instead one (Ireland). They talked me for more than an hour and said they'll mail me and place my resume in market. In return they asked me to delete my review. But I said them to mail me and let me delete. But after the call they haven't mailed me nor they have contacted me. By this i completely agree these are very fraudulent and please be aware. Just don't believe them. Very very bad experience. I had to drop my plan just after transferring the money due to health condition, they initially asked for medical reports but no response even after many follow-ups thereafter.
If there had been 0 star i would have awarded that. The process is that they have salesmen who will promise you a lot of fake things which will build trust. Then you will be allotted a person who is supposedly called as a consultant. One talk and you will get to know that you have wasted your time and money. Consultant doesn't know a thing. In the contract too, they will mention that in case of money won't be refunded. So it's a checkmate. If you like wasting time and money, go with yaxis else don't spend a second or rupee for this firm.
They just do clerical jobs of filing for Australian pr visa, be careful they are not experts, they ruined my genuine case by not taking precautions while filing the visa, there fund return policy is a fraud. And for your information, they are not MARA approved agents and it is very important that you file your visa with the help of a MARA agent.

Y-axis is probably the worst agency there is. I have applied for Canada EE profile through them and it’s been almost 2years now no response on the draw or anything. They only have a popular name and a they portray a fake outward appearance of good agency, its all a facade. They are very incompetent and totally lack knowledge about immigration. My profile is been sitting there since 2years with no response on anything before applying they promised all sorts of efforts from them. I would like a refund on my payment, when I don’t receive what I have paid for what’s the use in paying these consultants. They make you write good reviews and nobody cares about your application sitting in express entry pool to approach the immigration or anything. Now that I have seen many people saying it’s a fake company I understand To say that I regret using y-axis for my canada immigration. Please don’t waste your Money, time and efforts using them. Kindly go else where as they will cost u a lot. Remember that a time spent 2years long can cost u future applications. Why take the risk with this incompetent organisation.

This is my genuine review after getting service from y axis for more than one year.on Initial stage of the service they will help u understand the process and will provide Good IELTS coaching. Upto this stage service was good. Things got changed after we proceeded with next stage. They increased the payment to more than 1 lakh for a single person. That means for services like wes, IELTS they have charged around 50k. I have done WES alone because the agent dont know anything about the course AME. Still I had to pay transcript charges. Does this make sense? For those who wonder how the review is 4.8. That is because each student in IELTS have to give 5 star during the class time. And we have to give screenshot of review to the tutor confirming that review is 5 star only. Now I have dropped our service in middle because we lost trust with y axis.
Dont trust y-axis. They will lie to you in the phone about the services they provide and then change the story after payment is done. 2-3 services that they promised on the phone was a lie. The person who they put me across with post payment told me none of the previous mentioned services would be provided. Their staff isnt knowledgable about what is actually happening at the countries they say they will help with you visa. They will say the country is issueing the visa while the country's website would say - visa application is closed.
I have interacted with samuel from yaxis very helpful and he will guide you through the entire process. In fact the entire team of yaxis both from bangalore and hyderabad is very helpful in the process.
Why should I pay 2000 rupees just to know my CRS Score? When the Canadian Government is giving Me the service to calculate my CRS Score free of cost. Why should I waste my 2000 rupees?
One of the worst experience I ever had with any consultancy. They initially informed that they process job application for Europe and after waiting for more than 2 months they informed that application needs to be closed as they donot have resources. Now that the application is closed they are not even refunding the amount paid to them. After multiple emails they said maximum they can refund 80% of the amount. Talk about customer experience, it's daylight loot. Why should customer pay for companies incompetency to acquire resources. You cannot give negative stars and tats the only reason, I had to select 1 star.
They will initially promise BIG things, then let you down on every aspect with poor quality service. Had to keep changing consultants because for any query response is always "I will check and get back to you" and have to keep reminding and following up constantly. Not to mention that reaching them is a huge pain. It takes a day to reach them and till they read, understand your query and do their homework it takes another additional day and usually your query is addressed only after 3-4 days. Some agents (2 which we changed) lacked confidence in providing information, they weren't sure themselves (about things like how long to maintain funds, details about proof of funds, time from receiving COPR and travel) and any cross question confuses them and they take days to respond. Plus initially they will say fancy things like "helping prepare resume and resume marketing" and charge extra for those "services" but what they mean is they will create an account for you in job bank and that's it. We have an ITA but just getting answers and clarifications from these ppl itself is frustrating. Though initially they tell you that agents will keep checking your profile and follow closely if you've got ITA but they are usually clueless about what's happening in regards to your express entry profile. Overpriced and poor service, wouldn't recommend
Who ever reading be very careful with them. They are nothing but a scam. When you visit here they will fill you with high hopes but nothing comes true. I applied for Canada PR it's been a year and my money well WASTED.before paying anything just ask them to show their contact which has to be signed by you after payment. Just ask the contact in prior and go through contact clearly (if they provide) then decide. And if you are applying for Canada just go to Canada immigration offical website and calculate your CRS score for free in Canada's govt website. And people of YAxis please stop playing with people's dreams and life.

I had really bad experience with Y axis with a representative named Miss Maria Sowmiya Melvin Raj. She never attends the call nor reply to your texts properly. Later she handed over to another representative who was impolite, rude and even hung up the call by herself after shouting at me. They don’t have a proper way of handling customer, very unprofessional and they do take customer for granted. I would never recommend this agency to anyone as their way of handling things are beyond pathetic.
Y Axis staff were good responsive till date to me, the way they helped me and solved my questions was excellent especially Mr. Ali Asghar immigration consultant taken care of my process very well and helped me a lot throughout till applying for Skill Assessment stage, he guided me throughout. I had a very bad experience. I did not see the intensity in their consulting. I did not even receive a single shortlist for UK. Responses were poor and not on time till it was escalated. Better stay away from their overseas immigration services.

I would never recommend the Y-axis to anyone, it's the worst and not worth the money. I had registered in March or April for JSV Germany. I got German coaching and it was good I must say. Guys, they have prepared a resume at its highest worst, employers will just reject you by looking at the resume. Interesting part is, they will not help you in your job search. Today I am holding an offer letter from one of the German employers and asked Y-axis to help me to understand the process with work permit and documents required, for that Y-axis want me to pay money apart from 55k that I paid for JSV and they did nothing in JSV apart from creating worst resume and good German classes. Just wondering if 55k is really to create the profile creation and classes alone? Especially @Mala sharma, the way you talk gives confidence to your customers but the quality of work is zero. I personally felt very unfair. Never expected this kind of service from one of the top consultancy. Please give assistance in such a way that customers should be satisfied and feel worth paying.sorry for being harsh. Maybe I would not recommend it to others after having a disappointing experience with Y-axis.
Beware of taking services and signing up with y-Axis, this is the most con organisation for immigration. Don't ever ever waste a single penny on these guys ever, instead sign up with Abhinav or other reliable vendors. Please read below before signing up with them
I signed up with Y-Axis during 2018, they dragged for about an year to file application and after my repeated follow-ups, they said my EOI for Australia was filed in 2019, and the funny thing is the representatives keep changing often and they don't have hand-off of the documents, the new representative requested my documents saying its not available and my question to them was how did you guys even file EOI without documents in first place, and they don't have answer. And when i started confronting them they want to drop my application after wasting 3 yrs of my time, money and effort. Each time they just faked their promises and commitment.
In the meanwhile i filed parallel application with Abhinav after recommendation from another person who went through same experience in Y-Axis and i got the PR for Canada already.
Y-Axis is super fraud and most unreliable organisation, be wary about their services. I will share the snapshots of their emails soon. I am determined to expose them and their services
I don't know if others also had the same experience with this consultancy but, I have worst experience with it. You can connect to the customer care easily but, they will not connect the call to the concerned person or expert to discuss regarding the VISA process or any kind of assistance related to VISA. They always ignore because I called them more than 10 times but, I never got reply from the concerned person or the expert to speak about country specific VISA. I don't know if there is some kind of negligence or ignorance towards the customers but, I lost my time trying to reach them. My sincere suggestion is if you have an very important work related to VISA please look at other consultancy as well.
Applied for studies.toooooooo expensive in which we have to select colleges and universities and tell them, sop we have to write, payment we have to do as in for application through our own cc, apply bhi we have to do and then I guess they only do Visa processing. Their consultation itself is 50k where in they say they ll do every thing but we are doing things and not them. Thank u for the automated response which is exactly why I m not there in your database.

Worst experience with the staff. They were forcing me to make payment despite of me telling that I want to start mid October this year due to other commitments. Rajendran is the worst person ever spoken to who try to bully with his words. He keeps calling and messaging to start the process, if you delay he just eats your head. Y-axis is one of the Best consultancy that i found. Ayesha Unnisa is the consultant from Y-axis for my job seeker visa process, The response is good and on time. The way she approaches is also good. Over all i can rate 5 out of 5.
This is the worst agency I have come across. Firstly, it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone, nobody picks up the call of their CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER. Secondly, they are rude, unprofessional to the core especially for queries about student visas. I HIGHLY recommend not to even approach them, forget about paying money. I was one of the lucky ones who played it safe, did not spend any money and as such I prevented myself from them scamming me out of money! My only regret is that I had tried this service 3 or 4 years back. Admittedly, I was not that much qualified that time but still spent some money. That time, customer service admittedly was okay, but now, it has gone down the drain and they treat their customers really very badly.
EDIT: And apparently, they have now resorted to lies and deceit claiming I am not their customer. You get email out of review do you not? I had been trying to login for sometime without any success and your representatives brushing that off easily during calls. You can get my customer details through that. PLEASE STOP LYING and instead, improve your service. One basic look into your own records will show how many times I tried contacting you through phone or chat and how many times I tried to reset my password for y axis account without success. A big scam. Never trust these guys, all the reviews are fake. They have zero competence and abilities. My Canadian PR was delayed by year and half and finally had to do it myself. These people are well known and well established from many years. They are not all polite. They easily get irritated if you ask extra questions and pose off as we don't know anything and make us feel uncomfortable.
Highly unprofessional staff, I tried reaching them many times, either they cut the call or put on hold for hours, I called up for enquiring spouse open work permit, I understood that there is no one has any knowledge on these permits, I would request them not to fool customers, highly disappointed with y - axis.not recommended to any. Hi all, I would like to share my experience with Yaxis. It happened to me 4 years back when I was in final year of my college. I was curious and immature in analysing my own profile these people have utilised that. I called Yaxis to check whether I could get a job in overseas they assigned an associate named Dheeraj who explained me the process and that time I told him I am a fresher with no knowledge on any process he said ‘ it’s absolutely fine’ Countries have openings for freshers he said I was so foolish and I believed him then he said they are going to run a report based on my profile, I said ‘fine’ and asked him how does it work. He said this report will tell us which country suits you I was very happy and proactive in asking when to start the assessment then he came up saying the assessment fee which was around 7000 rs (I am not sure with the figure) I was shocked and couldn’t ask my parents also then I arranged it somehow and paid them. Then I got a report saying you are ‘not eligible’ for any countries. I called him he didn’t pick up the call then I emailed him to call me I got a call after 2 days I asked him why? He said gain 2 years experience and come back to us will help you. It was ridiculous why can’t they say this first instead telling cooked up stories and cheating people. Now I got a decent job but still I can’t take this. Whenever I see the banners of Yaxis this incident comes in my mind. So please be more cautious when dealing with these people.
