I have been coming to chandan motors Yamaha since three year. The service is very good and the staff is supportive completely. Even though it was a closing time but when I requested to support me they were happy to support and resolved the issue at the same time.
So thank you chandan motors yamaha for supporting like a friend.

Had a very good experience at Chandan Motors. I had left my R3 for a service and the mechanic Sharath handled it very well also listened with patience to all my issues.

The service and handling of vehicle was done in a professional way.

Also, Vasu who manages the service centre also is very professional and knows how to handle customers.

Overall it's a very good experience.

Not so happy with the service and the repair work undergone! Though the staffs are polite but the workmanship is not good or not as expected! A simple mirror tightening was not done correctly after pointing out the issue! Hope they improve!

Recently I had given the bike for first service, whatever issues pointed out were taken care. My point as per the instructions they should have asked to take test ride and take our feedback, they just gave the bike and washed their hands! Even the seat wasn’t properly locked! It was scary as it would slipped away from its position luckily I noticed and fixed it!

They are professional and understand my requirements. They don't push for unnecessary part replacement. I have been regularly getting my bike serviced at their place and never got any unpleasant experience with my bike. Cost of service is reasonable and similar to cost all over India tq chandan motors service team for good service

Bike servicing is too worst especially in washing and polish. As well as in billing also we need to take care before paying they will add which are not replaced spares.even 1 star is also not satisfied in rating.suggesting do not prefer especially for service

The customer service guys are really good and supportive explains and tells you want ever you wanted to know and the extra also if you don't ask that

All models of scooters and bikes are available for test drive. Staff are very patient and cooperative in showing and explaining all features of each bike.

Delay in service delivery. Never checks on the issues. Had given service for bike 2 times hoping they would do better but of no use.

I went for servicing multiple times. Vehicle service is not bad but every time they will add some extra cost for labour/service. Material charges are ok. General service charge 500+ again each and every work they will put service charge.

Service advisor Mr. Raghavendra suggests & explains clearly what things needed to be done and staffs are very supportive, reminds each servicing dates, ensures not be missed and vehicle servicing done and perfectly to my satisfaction. Thankyou team. Good luck

Place was well maintained, the vehical availability was properly explained by the staff. But customer attention was a quite a bit low, I agree cause it was afternoon time during lunch hours, but still customer should always be attended be he is interested or not

I have recently bought Aerox, The showroom is very customer friendly and they respond to the client demands to the fullest. Happy to be in Yamaha family.

Very poor service and also tried to cheat me of booking fees for cancelling,
They had agreed to deliver my bike within 30 days and didn't deliver even after the agreed time.

Worst experience. Need to wait more than 45 mins to buy spare part to my bike. Later informed we dont have stock. Need to come back witout buying spare part. Very very disappointed. I never recommend anyone to visit such showroom for buying any parts or for bike service. My rating is zero.

Been here to get spare part for the FZ1.0. This store has ready availability of parts and has never disappointed me till now.

Don't bother coming here for test drives especially R15 they will not have any bikes or if any, give for test drive.

They jack up invoice bill by mentioning non-existing one fault or other in the job work. For not great service, I ended up paying more than 2200 for my well-maintained scooter. So be wary of any mention of changing parts.

One of the best service center for Yamaha. This is also managed my MSP moto and you have all professionals who can assist you the right way and make your bike ready to race again.

Went there to buy a number plate of Fazer 150 for my Honda CBR250R. Just after knowing that i want that clamp for my Honda the sales person was denying to sale the parts to me when i told him that i will talk with higher authorities then he was telling that stock is not available. The person was rude and aggresive although one technician was kind enough to check my requirement with R15 V3 s number plate clamp but it didnt worked.
Giving 3 star because of that helpful technician otherwise they dont even deserve a single star rating.

Service is good. They know their job
Use genuine parts and work quality of work is reflected in performance

Cons:
Charges high labor cost. But you will get good service. Left to your personal preference

Have to be careful with staff while deciding job sheets. Or else you will be unnecessarily be made to service things that are not required.

Overall: Bit costly, but does the job property. So if money is not a big issue, then perfect place to go.
