Rooms are good looking and on affordable prices best thing about the rooms are it comes with inner latch as a solo traveler felt very safe services are not that appreciatable

If I could get option to give minus rating I ever had worst experience in my life like yashaswi comforts. Dear owner kindly look into your staff he doesn't have manners to behave with customers and taking full amount at the time of admission with high price, after complaining 3 to 4 times about the lights are not working properly at mid night 12 AM thier staff saying like shift your room. Our mobile charger burnt because of their electrical issue. Im feeling like they don't have proper maintenance. I suggest you to never book room over here waste of money

Decent hotel. Ok for a quick stay. Not great service or ambience in rooms. Overall, decent place to rest at night if that is your only objective for using the hotel.

Cheating.lady staff in reception is very arrogant.we already booked in #Oyo for 1369 at the time of check in they are asking for additional money.and the skinny lady staff is behaving rude.worst experience in India.plzz beware of these frauds.

Who all are looking for this hotel requesting to think multiple times before booking this one.
They are biggest cheater. They give room saying AC but it's a normal room which AC not working, TV not working on a single room also.

When asked about AC, they say yes it's not working. Super Cheater in Mysore.
Water bottle 25 for one which has Bill of 15 written.
No food, or any service.
If you book online, they will not accept
Their own number given online is not correct. They don't take ownership of any thing. Seems namesake hotel

Good one on the budget, but providing water bottles for extra cost, 500ml for 30 rupees is too high

This place was a saviour for us during our trip to kerala, we were exhausted it was 8 pm, we had been on the road since 5 in the morning and we just wanted a place to crash, that's when we found this place. A decent place to stay. Only drawback no room service (except water bottles). You can order food from swiggy/zomato.
Not much to say about this place. It's great for someone who's looking for a place to sleep.

Very bad room services. Rooms are smelly unclean. They only have 1 staff at night. They even charge extra money for water at second day. They committed to change bed sheets and blankets on second day. Bt wasted our 2 hrs.we waited outside bt still no change in the rooms. After that when we asked them why this happend. They simply said we only have on staff. No room services.

Payed full amount but room was dirty and they are not willing to clean room and bedsheets. Also when asked for another room they have a non AC room but we payed for AC room and charged for AC room complete scam please be safe guys don't go to this hotel.

This property belongs Sippy grand hotel and same management Rooms are very nice, neat and clean they are charging 1 room 999 and accept local id also.

Excellent hotel, especially continental breakfast they gave in their sister concern hotel Sepoy Grande just next to it.superb, location is great in city, near Mysore palace

Rooms are big. Location is good, But need to improve in service.

We stayed at the property on 25th and 26th December. Hotel manager Rajesh allowed us early check in. Rooms were clean though they were very small. Seems that there was some scarecity of support staff. Very good property if you you are looking for transit facility.

A budget hotel near to road with cleanliness maintained. But the hotel staff are bit lazy to get our order. For the same order i called them 3 times and it was 8: 30 PM and they cant manage to provide us even though they said its available.

If you are looking for "bang for a buck experience". Then this hotel is just perfect for you. The hotel was nice and the staff were quite helpful

Its an average place to stay in. Not great. Rooms are untidy and the room service is just average. If you are running short of rooms, pls stay here in emergency. But I would not recommend as I was forced to stay in a bottle neck situation. Rooms are large, but washrooms are not clean. AC doesnt work properly. Please do not order food from room service. It is lousy. Opened 3 years ago, they should have maintained their standard. Its not like 15 years ago where the service and cleanliness in question.
