Very well maintained bus, good helping staff in bus boarding office and very humble, polite and friendly driver. Everybody must try this travels once. It's very good
Most pathetic experience with this operator. Communication was extremely poor. Same operator gave a wrong location for pickup. Highly unprofessional customer care. If you want goof customer service I will not recommend
I had travelled from Bangalore to Karikal. The bus was late to Silkboard itself by 30 minutes and finally reached the destination by 1 hour late. Also I had booked the first lower single berth (seat no 3). There is only 75% seat is there. Remaining seat they had cut it for door opening (this is how the bus was designed). You cannot even turn one side to other side in this seat. For this kind of seat, they are charging very high rates. Really bad.

Dinner stops are very bad including the toilet are disaster. Bus cleanliness is good and well maintain. Company and drivers should keep in mind and take passengers to a hygienic restaurants so people can eat nice meal. Looking at dirty toilets and dirty restaurant my family started vomiting whole journey.
Last week me and my wife visited Goa for a week and we had approached the Pacific holidays world for this day and they have provided us carvela beach resort and it’s in South Goa. The resort itself has its own personal beach and it’s a nine golf holes property. The property is so much vast that to reach from reception to Room they use golf cart. Amazing experience.
Such a pathetic bus service. We booked bus from Bangalore to Tirunelveli. The timing was 7.55 pm and a person from the travels called us by 7.25 and said they are leaving in 5 mnts. We were very near to the boarding point and we said we will reach on time but he said no no we are leaving in minutes. As traffic was there we literally ran 2 kms in 10 mnts and reached the bus by 7.45 but still that guy spoke rude to us. It is not our problem that they can't get a decent boarding point, they were simply Calling us every few minutes and said they are leaving. The bus fare was 1000 for each people and still they threaten the customer saying they are leaving before the boarding time. Never had such a worst experience with any other travel. All the good reviews that you are reading are fake ones o guess. Of course new buses will have clean interiors but treating the passenger like this is worst to the core
Well maintained, super comfortable bus, punctual, well driven. Thankfully one of the few Sleeper buses along with Tranzking which is not driven rashly like the majority of the other buses. Good rest stop near Hosur.
Two things which I request the management to improve on is please spray some room freshener when the journey starts and please please reduce the cost. Even on a weekday the cost is very high.

PNR - YBMA877547. Bus from Chennai to Bangalore My seat L11 had bedbugs. How do I it were bedbugs? I got itching only on my hands, ears and cheeks as I was sleeping sideways. I had to cover my lower body with blanket.
Before this, I specially booked YBM only but looks like their fame has shot the roof. I gave them chances twice but they failed themselves.
Rash driving! I opted for this service seeing the ratings and amenities they provide. Unfortunately tv wasn't working, no led lights as well for reading and only one power socket worked out of 2. Snacks were also ok (frooti, sev & biscuits).
Most importantly the driver was driving with "Salmaan" gear (very rough driving). Also please note that the reviews you find else were are fake (redbus etc.)
And yes this was my experience. You can have diff experience as well.
