One of the worst Hospitals ever. They just loot people and there is no good service to patients at all. Nurses here are just Disturbing patients rather than taking care of them and patients here are treated as a experiment lab nurses don't even know how to treat them.

They are just looting people and purely into Commercial way.

My wife recently had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Deepak Suraparaju for a surgical procedure, and Dr Rohith Pai, Neurologist I can't express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care she received.

Dr. Deepak Suraparaju is an incredibly skilled general surgeon. From the initial consultation to the postoperative follow-up, their expertise and attention to detail were evident. They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, ensuring I understood the risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.

Visited yenepoya speciality hospital for my sister in law's delivery. Hospital is neat and clean. Staffs are good and friendly. Treatment is also good. Miss Lavanya from Bajaj finserv helped us to clear the bill in easy EMI facility.

Very clean and neatly maintained environment
However, the parking and the security staff always get into our nerves.
It is so hard to find a spot that each and everytime we have to fight with the security to a mere parking spot.
Why is that every parking has a board saying that the parking is reserved for doctors. Then where shall the patient family park their vehicles. Why cant the management give equal importance to the patient and the doctors?

Came today for an ultrasound recommended by Dr. Ashok pandit, At the radiology department we had to wait for 2hrs as the ultrasound Dr. Abdul Rasheed, was out for his Friday prayers. And bothered less to keep the patients waiting for 2hrs. After asking the radiology reception, they were not concerned to inform the doc and said that they cannot call the doctor. Such a poor coordination. And pathetic department I must say.

I had undergo ACL Reconstruction Surgery Dr. Deepak Rai was my surgeon and did an amazing job. I am recovering very fastly, Dr. Deepak is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He is humble, kind, and very encouraging. He has a great team of doctors at Yenepoya hospital, and he's available in Ortho kneed clinic also, but if anyone wants to visit take a prior appointment.
The staff at Yenepoya hospital also gave a wonderful service.

My father in law visited Yenepoya hospital Deralakatte today regarding some issue. And consulted Dr. Gurunandan U, It was the worst experience for him. This doctor not ready to see the pietent because we are asking Suraksha facilities for treatment. DR told for this treatment you have to pay some amount, that time we asked to doctor we can use Suraksha insurance for this, only for this he is talking very rudely.this is our 1st visit to this hospital and today last visit also because of this consultant beviour.

My 1st experience with Yenepoya was back in 2005 when I underwent a bone surgery post road accident in Bangalore. I was in my 20s and I was surprised by the love, care, support and compassion showed upon me by the hospital staff. This experience has made me a caring person in my life. Recently my mom underwent bilateral/ total knee replacement surgery. Both the cases surgery was performed by Dr. Deepak Rai. The surgeon with golden hands.
Surprisingly Hospital has changed for good in past 20 years and they have perfected their service. In my life time of 37 years I have visited numerous hospitals and none can match the standards maintained by Yenepoya.
Admission process is simple and straight forward. There are separate lifts for doctors, patients and visitors thus minimising the wait time and chances of infection. Each floor has 24/7 nursing and admin staff availability. Rooms are large with good ventilation and with a balcony. Almost all the rooms have view of the distant Arabian sea which calms the mind. With our 15 days stay here I have developed an attachment to the place. Housekeeping staff takes their job very seriously and put 200% effort in cleaning. They would clean the place twice a day. Clear all the garbage. Bedsheets are changed everyday. Whole corridor smells nice and kept spotless.
Nuse and caregivers are courteous and very helping. Canteen food is good but can be bettered. One has ample food options around the hospital.
I would suggest Yenapoya should tie up with many more insurance providers like New India Assurance so that corporate employees can avail cashless facilities. Billing and insurance section is very efficient. There are lots of options provided to repay the bills. Room rent is reasonable for the service provided. Doctors fee might vary depending on the procedure. This hospital is worth every penny we spend on our loved ones.

I admitted my Mother for the treatment of Oncology under Vajapayee scheme but it was my worst experience in this hospital. Meanwhile I lost my Mother due to Nurse negligence. The one who works in house keeping department also having a more attitude, they wont behave like a human along with patient. Doctor wont come on time nurse uff they are like anger always, No proper transport facility to the MIO hospital (For treatment). I wish they may improve their service to the people who are taking treatment under Government health scheme.

Very Bad experience, on web site OPD fee is 250 but I was charged 500 and Bill also not provided by staff person, told to go to doctor for bill.

The best hospital in Mangalore. I visit the hospital for pathology test since 2018 and i have been getting the best response. The excellent thing is their reply for blood test, they reply very fast as they committed and all reports are sent via email. Keep supporting the community

A Very Good Muti Speciality Hospital with all facilities & Excellent Doctors.
Though they're a touch more expensive than few other hospitals, the service is excellent. They have Health Insurance from almost all the Insurance Providers, Brokers & TPA which is completely cashless & hassle free.
On Duty Doctor & Nurse is available round the clock to look after patient. Room cleaning is done twice daily and there is canteen facility available which serves very hygienic food.

Treatment Is Good. Satisfied with The service of Doctors and Nurse.

Had been here for the first time. It was like a homely feel. All the staff's with smiling face. Every corner of the hospital wer neat and clean. Bed sheets wer changed every day. My dad got back his life back only because of you and it's only you!

We had some financial problems that's when we got to know about bajaj emi. I contacted Fuhad and he processed my loan easily. Nowadays many people are having financial problem and bajaj emi is one great option for them.i would recommend bajaj for them surely.

My concerns are regarding the ultrasound report for the basic body check. The ultrasound is faulty its happened to us twice. Today after ultrasound the report said gallbladder is distended (inflated), how can that be when the patient does not have a gallbladder. Second instance was when they said there were no kidney stones in my mother in laws stomach, actually there were stones. At this rate if the patient has some physical ailment we may never come to know as there is no report for ultrasound given, only a statement is provided.

I had been admitted here for almost a week and the bill was more than what i expected. We heard about the bajaj EMI facility and i
the bajaj executive fuhad. He help ed me in gettinv loan for us and approved our loan instantly.
The hospital too treated us very well. Thank you so much for treating us well.

Had arthroscopic shoulder surgery conducted by Dr. Jeevan Pereira on 20.12.21 at Yenepoya speciality hospital Kodiyalbail. Dr. Jeevan is professional & friendly and did a good job. Post surgery, 4 months have elapsed and I am feeling fine.

Overall good hospital, however had issues with their insurance section at the time of admission
which was amicably sorted out by Mr. Shaun (Admn dept). Hospital should take steps to educate the patients seeking admission & claims under insurance policy.

I would also like to narrate my experience while obtaining RTPCR certificate for travel which I took on 22nd April 22. There was no proper guidance nor any assistance rendered whilst completing the initial formalities. Hospital should look into this and streamline.

Over all had a good experience in the hospital.be it in the way we have been treated and facilities, everything was good. Thanks to the entire staff who taken care and the special thanks to doctors, insurance dept and billing dept for the support they extended the during period.

The best hospital I have ever come across.
I recently had thyroidectomy surgery here. My surgery went really well. I stayed here for 5 days and received the best medical care I can ever expect. The nurses/sisters are also very caring. No matter how many times you call nurses, they come to your help with smile even when they are loaded with work. The hospital was full and I could feel how loaded they were with work. Still they managed to help me each and every time I reached out to them.
My room and bathroom was cleaned every morning and evening. Sheets were changed everyday. Every morning and evening someone from management would come to your room to ask for feedback about cleanliness and service. I had nothing to complain about. Every 5 hours my BP was checked and again they would ask if there was any complain or feedback about the service. I have never come across such caring hospital till date.
I had comfortable and successful surgery. Thanks to the doctors and nurses.

Profession managed hospital, in heart of the city, this hospital doesn't have free treatment section for poor people

Very poor management to test RT pcr. There is no queue management, poor facility. They will make sure you get tested positive with their social distancing skills.

The hospital is clean, the employees are friendly and the doctors who work there are profesional

This hospital is not recommended for middle class people and poor people. Recommended only for rich people. My wife gave a birth in this hospital.we stayed only one night and normal delivery. The bill was 45 thousand.if you have a visitor they have restrictions and security also not friendly. I asked more hot water because I have some allergic problem, but staff is laughing and when I ask more water. I am asking because I am paying.very disappointed

The worst hospital i have ever seen in my life, Who took my grandmother away. Requesting yenepoya specialty hospital not to play with human life. Nurses are very careless. They are very Rude. These people don't respect patients people. Nurses didn't give a bit of water when the ICU patient asked, this is stupid. When my mother asked to give water to patient when asked, Nurses argued saying we know when to give, there is no need to tell us. This is the way they treat people. Nearly for 3 hours none of the nurses came to treat an ICU Patient, later grandma passes away. Very very careless.very bad.

Staff misbehavior - Yenepoya hospital Deralakatte

One of my friend had visited Yenepoya hospital Deralakatte regarding some issue. It was the worst experience for him. For a simple test they have taken many days and asked patient to visit several times to collect the report. Staff were very arrogant and had a negative attitude. Not keeping patients well informed.
Very much disappointed with the service of the hospital.
But the Doctors are good in behaviour and very kind to the patients.

My father was admitted in this hospital as he was covid positive. The staff here looked after my dad very nicely. They are very friendly. He was discharged after a week. Still remembers them everyday. The food was also tasty and cost friendly.

Came for health check up in yenapoya hospital mangalore. All staffs supported me very well mainly health check up section. Tmt technician Ramachandra co. Operates verywell. He encourages to aware of health. Staff support was excellent reception staff was excelent

Cheaters and scammers, it's very sad at a time of covid this hospital is greedy and is simply charging unnecessary charges like covid test 1300 (800 +500 rs as service charge). I got ECG done, they charge me 210 along with that duty doctor 140 rs who says my report is normal. I clearly told the nurse I don't require a duty doctor as I was supposed to visit my physician. And causilty charge 100 rs. Fraud please be careful of this hospital very bad experience.

I am COVID patient admitted at present in 104. All staffs are good but reciptionist named Varsha have no patience to talk to patient In good manners please throw her out.

I had a very good experience with the Yenepoya Hospital Laboratory. They could provide me a PCR test result in less than 24h so I could take my flight back home. Mr. Chaun, who was personally in charge of my test results, did an excellent job taking care of everything and thanks to him I could travel to France.

I was surprised to see, for covid patients, the billing counter is the same lobby.
One exclusive counter has to be outside.the reception staff were not in PPE suit.

Have been taking service from Dr Shameem Hafeez, gynecologist for my wife. Even though doctors service is really good the waiting time is way too much.
Hospital cleanliness is really good, hygiene is well maintained.
The only flaw I would say is that the doctor is not available on calls, sometimes we panic since we need a lot of information during pregnancy.
Apart from this everything else is super good.
