OWNERS are money minded and they cook limited food, they will tell you thousands of reasons while giving the advance back (6k bokka). Pg room rent is varies from person to person It's based on your innocence.

Worst pg ever seen. Money minded owner's (greedy). It is maintained by family. Limited & worst food. Unhygienic rooms & bathrooms. They look for labours (room cleaners) who work for free. Telugu valla paruvu thisthunnav ga ra owner.

COVID rental for single sharing is near 12k. Now the rents were reached 22k to 25k for such small rooms.

Pros. Power backup, RO, GYM.

Cons. Maintenance family. Cooks keep on changing, house keeper not quiet of aware on hygiene moping the whole floors with a bucket of water have to inform everytime if not at room then it's not clean with clean water. Kitchen in basement really worst can see rats. Food is currently prepare by maintenance family not a cook. Vegetable are very poor quality. Ex purchase potato used it for they whole month, we can clear they started plantation. I stopped having food for last 3months and spend money outside.

Very poor service. The behaviour of the wife of the owner is really very bad. They ll give you thousand excuses while returning the advance payment. Food is really worst. Please find some other pg in this area.
