YLG Salon / YLG Bellandur

Services are okay, but lady Purnima will keep on suggesting services which is very irritating. During entire process she kept on talking about the flaws I have (which might not be actual flaws) and kept on sugggesting their services. She said look at your hair how dry it is take our spa/haircut then said look how much dandruff you have buy our shampoo and then said your skin is getting so dry come for facial someday. Also kept on forcing to buy their shampoo. You can suggest for the services but should not speak negatively about others and force clients to use your services this is something you guys need to learn.

The vibe of the place is good. I had my hair cut and a facial done. Angel for the facial was spectacular, and dilbhadur for the haircut was phenomenal. Both of them did a pretty good job.

Horrible horrible service and costs double. Scam place. Don't go there. They also don't have a lot of options for threading. I've never seen anybody say no to do threading for neck, but they tried pushing me towards waxing when I'm allergic to it.

The services were good. I felt that the area was a little cramped and congested. Overall it was an OK experience.

Prashanth services are good and taken time to explain about hair products.

Moved to a new area and one of biggest issue is finding a good parlour. Parlour is like a everyone's safe place. And YLG Bellandur felt like my safe space. The people are really humble and suggest you good products and don't really force to buy it. #Top secret# Their painless waxing is actually painless and super efficient!

Prices have increased like crazy. They have stopped doing upper lips and forehead using thread, it's only wax which is 150+ taxes. All facial prices have increased. Basic hair spa which includes hair wash, a minute massage and 2 drops of serum, literally. Baisc wax combo is never available, so you to go for higher one. Asked the staff, they say nothing in their hand, whatever management tells them to do. Suggest you to try Bellissimo, just opposite to YLG. Half the price and great service. Value for money

I got my hair straightened by Devraj at the Bellandur branch. Very professional behaviour and good technique. He also explained all the things I need to after for maintenance very nicely. Would recommend to folks looking for similar services.

I visited this salon recently. Great salon. I got done Hair cut and global highlights by Sunita. She really did a good job on my hair.

I availed the service recently after reading good reviews of YLG. My services include hair color, root touch up, waxing, manicure pedicure.waxing manicure and pedicure was ok. But hair color is not even visible. Asked them repeatedly not to shorten the hair length as I had long hair. The hair expert cut it to half.
For service like manicure and pedicure they wrote something on their catalogue and there was hand written amount beside that for ad on.
Finally I paid 14k for the services I didn't like.
Now comes the most annoying part. They were forcing me to buy some beauty products but I denied. Then they gave me a colour protection shampoo saying it is complementary.
I was so upset that I haven't checked the bill there. Upon returning when I checked the bill, I saw they have charged the shampoo in the bill.
Horrible experience. They have asked me to have a membership card but I denied as I never want to visit YLG again

Got my hair colored today by Sunita.excellent work.very patient and understanding.result came out to be exactly how i wanted it to be.

The service is good, got haircut from dipin, he has 3 years of experience but his service was good, rest actual haircut will come out after hair wash but the styling looks good.

I visited Ylg Bellandur yesterday and had the worst experience of my lifetime. I would never recommend anyone to visit this branch rather try Ylg Koramangala and indranagar.
The girl doing my hair spa had no clue what she was doing.due to lack of skilled professional and customer rush they are just assigning anyone for any service based on availability rather than skills on top of increased charges. I wasted my money, highly disappointed.

It's a good place. The staff is polite and quite good at what they do. Pricing is on the higher side, but sometimes you can get deals if you buy large voucher valid for a year. I bought a big voucher at good discount and gifted to my wife. She uses it regularly.

I am a YLG customer more than 5 years now. Have been using YLG services quite regularly - have a membership card. I mostly use to go to the YLG at Old Airport Road (Behind Leela Palace) as that was close to where I was living and every visit was a very pleasant experience - they value customer satisfaction to the greatest. Recently I shifted to Bellandur and therefore chose to do some services from YLG Bellandur. The quality of services are no where comparable. I would give 5 star rating to Old Airport Road YLG and 1 star rating to YLG Bellandur.
Not sure why is there so much difference in the quality of services within the same brand. I would have assumed that all YLG staff go through same level of training and have to ensure the same level of service - which was definitely not the case. I availed a root touch-up and waxing service. Waxing was okay. However, root touch up was poor - greys were not covered properly as the staff hurried up initially, did not even care to dry up the hair properly after the shampoo - overall very lousy!
Overall I hope YLG Bellandur can improve the services so that I need not commute that far to Old Airport Road to get my services done.

She has washed my hair very nicely accompanied with a head massage. Hair cut was really good. She has also suggested for a liss control cream for dry hair.

Ylg Bellandur is an amazing place to get ur hair related services done. They take good care of you and ur hair. Professional services are provided. I would like to make a special mention about Sagar who is an amazing guy and knows about his work very well and takes care of you properly. Must recommended.

Tenzin chodon was really great. I had a hair cut and hair spa at ylg and I liked the overall results. My hair was dry and frizzy. After the spa it felt really smooth and great. Will be coming back for another session for sure. Book an appointment with Tenzin, great to talk to and very helpful with the issues

Tenzin chodon was amazing. Before the hair cut my hair was damaged but after a lovely hair cut it was all beautiful and stylish. I was also advised a product which will control my frizzines.
