Yo hotel Sarjapur

Worst experience took all the amount initially for 3 days later on inform me that i have paid for 2 days i have book room for my guest receptionist have told my guest i have not paid for 3 day i look good from outside but not a very good inside my guest has to face so many issue mosquito inside room and no water in room

Worst stay ever! The receptionist should be thrown out. Very ill behaviour, does not even have manner to speak.managment should take serious action if they are concerned about the brand image. Not safe for families.
When I asked receptionist the contact number of the "owner" he said "owner has said not to share the number and can complaint where i want" you guys need to get a life.and FYI the complaint is lodged where it needs to be.

Worst worst worst. They'll treat you like beggars. Extreme Scammers.
Unresponsive. You'll get threats.
Wannabe Gunda sitting at lobby.
Stay away. There are other good hotels in the neighborhood. Don't go here.
Dear owner. There exists something called police department in this town. Will see to it that an FIR is registered.

It's located in Sarjapur. Area is very near to office but it's not a good and safe area to stay.
On other point, hotel shows good image in gallery but room are not even worth rating 2 star. Kind size bed is that 4 pillar type bed. Even bathroom is ok ok and very very small room. It's about standard room. I paid 1500 for the same, but not at all worth it.

WORST HOTEL RECEPTIONIST!

1. The receptionist doesn't have any manners at all. Moreover, he conveniently ignores if you ask for any service.

2. Never Stay in Room 109. The cunning receptionist gave us this worst room which has a transparent glass wall. I wasn't able to sleep with all traffic noises and sunlight coming through the glass. The sunlight also heated up the room as a Greenhouse and the air conditioning was also not working.

NOT RECOMMENDED!

I used MakeMytrip to book this hotel for 2 days.
But just after one night of stay, I decided to checkout from here and book another hotel.
Reasons:
1. The room was not hygienic enough for the price they charged. The beds were spring beds and very old. On the entry to the hotel itself, 2-3 stray dogs are always present.

2. The toilet also was just ok. The water was coming through the shower with no force.

3. They mentioned, breakfast is included. They went to the next roadside shop and bought us the breakfast. The food was packed with newspaper and they gave some paper plate to eat from.

4. Wifi was not working. I complained for 10 times at least and they didnt bother to fix. Once I complained to the customer care, they fixed it.

5. The TV was not working.

I wouldn't have complained if they charged the per night rate below 1000 at least. They charged over 1700 per night.

PS: all the five star reviews are definitely paid or from friends of the management. (See the reference to one Dev person in all positive reviews) Scammers.

The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful specially Dev has impeccable manners.

Dev is a good manager, he manages team very diligently without any hesitation. I am very much satisfied bcz of his behavior. Thank you yo hotel all team member to treat me in a effective way.

Had a good and comfortable stay with pleasant and clean rooms. All hygienic facilities in place. Overall wonderful hospitality and value for money. Cheers to the fantastic team.

My experience is awesome. Specially dev behaviour and way of talking is very good and all staff are doing well.

Very hygienic hotel, rooms are soo beautiful with drawing, gud Service and staffs also very friendly. I hope to visit again.
