High quality cameras installed, best customer service by Mr. Vasuki Sharma. He gave right solution and suggested cost efficient CCTV camera without compromising the quality. Definitely recommend

Inspite of several requests for visiting my Apartment for fixing CCTV Cameras, the vendor is not showing any interest and is not customer centric.

V had worst experience with Mr Vasuki. He took our DVR and hard disk saying mother board is defective. Even after a month he never bothered either to give feed back nor attends the phone. Ultimaly when I was to contact police he turned up returning without attending. Pl think twice before u ask him for service

Horribly poor customer service:/
Sharing my call history details also, the person doesn't pick the calls neither calls back nor messages back.
I had requested for Cam-installation in January and that was delayed till March 2021, later the installing person didn't know the password nor gave any demo, the actual Demo was delayed another month almost, the monitor went corrupt in Sept 2021 itself.gave for replacing no clue till now as to when I shall get it fixed.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU GIVE THEM, They don't care once money is settled
Also see the following points,
1) had asked for a separate fixing stand for the monitor, he obliged and got it done, said it would charge extra 1000 or so, since he is previously known to me, I have requested to waive off that as concession from whole bill, he had said ok, but when I called and asked for monitor-issues, he says I must pay, doesn't value his own words
2) poor quality product, otherwise something that's installed in March can it become non-functional by September 2021
