Worst experience ever!
I attended the interview for graphic designer position and they conducted 2 rounds of interview.
The first round is a normal discussion and the second is technical test round
In the first round only I told my expectation and they agreed for that and for the second round they assigned some tests, I completed my test for what they've assigned, after a technical test my profile was shortlisted, they requested for some documents for verification and lastly they said like we are not able to reach the expectations. If they said this during the first round, I would not be trying to join the company any way, moreover I mentioned that I had another offer, and they agreed for that, after they agreed only I attended the technical round.
And finally they are not at all discussed.
Totally waste of time!
