It was great time being trained by Ranjith Sir, initially I didn't believe in myself to do so much but with much practical and professional approach I have reached the goals I never thought I would ever. All thanks to Ranjith Sir and YYODHA! Nonetheless Sir's constant motivation drove me and others like me to reach our goals!

When I was obese 3 months ago, I could do only 2 push ups and 0 pull ups. Now, push-ups non stop 30, and pull-ups non stop 15 with out any support, lost 20kgs.

Yodha is THE BEST place and program that I’ve been trained in. Ranjith sir is amazing. His understanding of each students fitness goals and how to get there have been really good!

I didn't give fitness so much importance in my ordinary life until I met Ranjith Sir and Yyodha. Since then working out has been so much fun. Such well versed and a trainer with the right knowledge. Highly recommend.

Love the training program. Tailor made based on one's fitness levels. Looks simple when you get started & a day later is when you realise the complexity behind simple workouts when your muscles scream from soreness ;) effective & progressive. I’ve trained with Yyodha from 2016, this was the only place where I understood what fitness really is. The modern and traditional ways of working out are blended together and it’s one of the best ways to have a fun workout. It’s never the same kind of monotonous workouts we’ve to go through, but a scientific and practical approach of fitness is what helps us. Yyodha is where I learnt it! I had a wonderful experience with them although I was there with then for 2 months but I liked some of the interesting workout they introduce, how they use the surroundings to make workout interesting, how they help people to push beyond their limits️

They teach you simple n effective workout depending on your requirement or needs.and ofcourse they keep increasing the proficiency level as you go along the trainings. This guy makes everything look easier! And makes you believe you can do it. So when you have got all the confidence and a good instructor, isn't it just a piece of cake? And I must say he definitely has good practical knowledge as he has invested himself into body and mind conditioning for almost a decade now! So yes, I would definitely recommend!

I’ve been training with Ranjith for over 3 and a half years now. His knowledge of both conventional and non conventional workout techniques helps me work on my posture and maintain my body weight goals even with my erratic work and sleep schedule. I love that he incorporates his knowledge of yoga and Ayurveda into suggesting exercises and diet. I would most certainly recommend training with him no matter what your goals are.

It's the best ever class that I have attended till now. We were very much free to discuss all our doubts, even though it was an online class he guided and monitored each and everyone of us perfectly. YYODHA - Ranjith is just great.
Always upbeat and knows how to push you without being a drill instructor.
More importantly he is good and recognizing small muscle groups and areas where you need improvement and then finding ways to address them. It is about mobility and making sure you feel great, not just looking good.
