I kept my products at this place.without clearing our bill they shut the shop and ran away

It's fake and scam I went to the shop and they said that shop is closed and only online order that too with advance payment is acceptable. I request ed them to give the things there it self they said no and where very rude. May be I cought their lies and scam

Firstly your phone numbers are always out of network or switched off. I live in nagarbhavi same area where your shop address is. Your board is still there. And thirdly on your web site there is no option of cash on delivery. Forth how will I know what quality of item is in the packing. If you are still in business then you must be having an address. Get your website updated and share the new address.

Products are good, staff does not show interest in selling the product. They make faces as they are giving it for free.

I had bought dates, bubble gum cashew and some more. It was so delicious, I would suggest everyone to try varieties healthy snacks from zafran!

Thank you for the astringent chocolate. Zafran. & I just overwhelmed by the chocolatier in the shop who just help us to select as per our taste.so just visit the shop & enjoy the delicious varieties. Look, there's no metaphysics on earth like chocolate!

1/2) They are a fraud company, Mr. Swamy and Mrs Geeta Askaran both never pick calls. They will give you bank cheques that only bounce when given for realisation. Extremely unethical and unexpected from them. Be very careful if you're doing business with them, rather don't.
2/2) I had personally come to your store twice to contact you since our calls were being avoided but i was been treated very harshly by your extremely rude staff, so please don't write a reply for the sake of it.
Frustration? You're playing with a common man's hard earned money in a already bad scenario of covid, you clearly don't understand anything.

Thought the quality is good, they showed one and delivered something. Had trust in them but they don't have ethics. Pathetic customer service. Do not pay until you see the delivered product is what you have ordered.

I purchased organic dried pineapple coin at zafran naturals. I loved it. Prices are okay. Visit during week days to avoid crowd.

Best quality pepper with affordable cost. Almonds prices are also less compared to other store in Bangalore. Dry fruit chocolate products are very tasty and i loved it.
