Zaitoon Restaurant, HAL Road

Restaurant easy to access and very well located. Fast service, really hearty and generous dishes! Everything is good, especially their BBQ chicken, mutton fried rice, and their strawberry mojoto. The servers are very polite, respectful and make interesting suggestions. I really recommend! We traveled with so many beautiful flavors.

We went there for lunch and had to wait 5-10 mins for a table. Ordered 3 chicken starters and 3 main course items. Alfram chicken and grilled chicken were nice. But the kubus served with them was not so great. Also, they brought in the main course quite late. We had ordered non veg mixed fried rice. Quantity wise it is perfect for one person. Waiter said chicken handi chicken would be spicy but we found it okay

They have one of the best Tandoori in Bangalore. The reason of providing low rating because we ordered mutton kadai worth of Rs. 430 has 4 bones and not even 1 piece of meat. When we shown to supervisor he claimed we might have ate before which is absolutely false allegations. When we had other items like Zaitoon special tandoori, Chicken Faham etc. We did enjoyed it. Food is great but I had this very poor experience. So don't spoil your money ordering Mutton Kadai. BIG NO

Worst food and service, its better to go to some small arabic restaurant than zaitoon.
All the seefood items had same taste with lot of spices.
The chicken handi was full of gravy.
The special falooda which they called was just 3 icecream put together.
Nothing special about this restaurant, I just cant understand how its able to get 4 star rating inspite of worst food.

We ordered Morrocon Spl chicken starter, Chicken Aftabi, pitta, Lime soda.
Morrocon Chicken was fantastic.
Chicken Aftabi dish was not at all spicy good in taste. Chicken fried rice was very good.lime soda was perfect.overall very nice. All starters are I think very good and those are must try

Loved the restaurant. Tried the dishes suggested by Mohammed Nayak who was very helpful. Do ask for him when you get here.

Should try their barbecue fish and barbecue chicken. It rocks. Price is very decent. A very good place for larger families. Sufficient parking available.

Good restaurant for both veg and non-veg food items. But I feel they should have a good exhaust for the smoke which comes from sizzlers.

They've got car parking facility. Tried chicken shawarma and chicken biriyani. Shawarma was average (Felt over fried chicken). Biriyani was yummy

Must try Zaitoon BBQ special. If you like authentic biriyani then try here. But most of them will not get along with this biriyani as we Indians got use to masala biriyani. Good ambience and friendly staffs.

Place takes a lot of time to serve.only their grilled chicken is something close to authentic.everything else is just ok.

Bad experience. Or I can say worst experience. Bad food.bbq platter had bad taste.not worth at all.malai tikka had soap smell.soup is all not upto mark.bad quality prawns. Never again would I think of ZAITOON INDIRANAGAR OR ZAITOON AMBUR. SAD! IF U EVER WANT TASTY FOOD DO NOT OPT.

Chilly Chicken here is really good, Chilly Prawns too was good. I would also recommend Zaitoon Special Tandoori Chicken.

Good food, we enjoyed. Good service. Decor can be better (can be discounted due to Covid loss recovery plans). Hygiene procedures followed at entrance.

My fav place for dine in / delivery food. Affordable pricing. I ordered my dinner via swiggy I availed rs80/- off.
I ordered Chicken tikka gravy (boneless chicken), kerala parotta, Biryani rice & ghee rice.
Everything was yum, the quantity was gud enuf for 3 adults.

Where do they get such small chickens?

I have been a regular customer of this restaurant since 5-6 years. The food was really great and I used to order online frequently as well.

But recently I have noticed the quality of their food has deteriorated completely. I mean the chicken items have the smallest and tiniest chicken in the world with meat as hard as a rock. The chicken is no longer juicy or fresh.
The food does not even justify the cost.

I am not going back ever. They suck.

Non-veg platter is very good.
However, vegetarian will not be let down.
Dal fry, steam rice, tandoori roti is amazing.

Nice place to eat with lots many options to eat from. Brownie is too good with smoke coming out of it. Mix tawa Platter is must try. Service is bit slow due to high volume of crowd. All in all must go for food lovers.

Mutton/Chicken Biryani - rice was more of a Ambur biryani type (-ve) while pieces were soft (+ve) 3/5.
Their spl dry chicken was okayish.

Great non veg food. Arabian dishes are just yummy. Biriyanis are not that great. Rest all items in the menu are good to excellent.

An amazing experience. Have been looking for a great place to dine in, from quite sometime and while looking for places, came across this. The food quality is just amazing, yess, a bit expensive but then it's all worth it. The staff is well spoken and humble, hence you can expect a great service as well. The ambiance may not be that good but then who cares when the food and the service is great. It is clean and well maintained. A must visit place. If you are confused as to where to go for a good quality food, and unable to decide, then you must visit zaitoon, aaankh bandh Karo aur jao, I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Very nice place for Arabian style food.
Tried Manchow Soup, Chicken Clear Soup. Both r great.
Tried Mutton Raan. Sad that whole raan was not served on the table, it was made pieces and served. But that's ok as taste was great.
Then Fried Chilli Chicken, Honey Chicken, Malai Chicken, Chicken Sheek, Fish Fingers, Fish Manchurian.all were great.
They have suggested Chicken Dajaj shots.great dish again.
Finished with some Kubus, Mixed fried rice. Great again.
Special mention to the people there. Their service was great. Alertness was awesome. When something fell down or so, cleaned promptly and quickly.
Overall great experience. Highly recommended and revisits are for sure.

Had decided on zaitoon to be a spot to meet up with an old friend today. Upon entering, found it to be completely empty even though the insides were aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Anyways, we ordered 2 chicken shawarmas and Mint Lime cooler and honestly, the shawarma was really great!

The waiter was very well mannered and I loved the place and had a great time catching up with my friend.

Just visited once here, not so good experience. They add sweet in almost everything they got in menu, even after asking them not to add it. Poor service (take too much time - even for water. Missed items from order)

Good place to eat lunch, but it is a bit costly. We can't afford going there everyday, but once in a while okay. Chicken tikka roll over here is damm amazing and tasty. Try this out.

The best shwarmas in town! Vivek in the shwarma section makes such good shwarmas. He is amazing! Made me the best special shwarmas I ever had.

It's really good restaurant.the menus they have are tooo good. And their Zaitoon special have to be tried at least once. Their atmosphere is too good. I often visit here. I just love this restaurant.

Awesome Arabic food. We went there as it was on our way to mg road from marathahalli, and damn hungry.
We love to binge on pita and hummus, seeing in in the menu, we ordered to give it a try, it was delicious.
Veg-Other curries and breads were above expectations.
Non-veg: we are veggies so don't know much, but I could see people ordering all kinds of chicken, and kids shouting they want more.
It's a fine-dine experience and so it was costly.
They have parking space.
After food mouth-freshner (mukhwas) is super tasty.

Good tasty food. Little bit costly. Good dining for family and friends. Must try Afghani chicken, mutton soup, kabsa, mint juice. Waiting in the weekend. Good hospitality and service. Space for parking. Visible to the main road.

Authentic Afghan and Moroccan cuisine. The Moroccan shamak meshwi is a must try, along with the other kebabs.

Egg Biryani was horrible. He took 40 mins to prepare biryani and no taste at ll. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

One of the best restaurants to have non veg food. Varieties of dishes available. A must place to try. Percent for any kind of crowd. Let it be family, friends or a date.

The grill chicken is not as nice as some of the other dishes. The alfaham chicken is highly recommended. Great hummus served alongside.

This place has always been my number 1 choice for dining out. They have maintained their quality standards for years too. Just wish they deliver to farther places and not have a Rs. 1000 - 2000 minimum delivery requirement.

The place is alright. Nothing special when it comes to the taste of the food. The BBQ chicken was disappointing. I'd rather go to savoury restaurant in Frazer town.

I had been to the restaurant, it is very shamefully to share this that they do not allow the delivery executive to use the rest room, which is unrealistic and unhuman. The guy at the counter out side the restaurant with french beard told the delivery executive that the owner of the restaurant does not allow the delivery executive to use the restrooms. It's not just having name or cooking good food or serving matters but to be human is the first thing that these people should learn. Hope after reading this you guys will change your mind set.

The food here was delicious. As the name suggests it's an Arabic and mughlai speciality dish restaurant. Though there was a waiting line here, but the wait was worth it.
We had Tandoori roti and Mughlai Chicken, it's was delicious and just amazing.

Its casual dinning and multicuisin restaurant. They have many varieties in their menu Arabian, bbq, Indian, Chinese, juices, Shakes etc.
Ambience is not great. Small place and nice sitting arrangement.
But it was crowded and so much noise.

Coming to food ordered crispy paneer, fish Manchurian, dragon prawn, chicken lahori, mushroom masala, masala kulcha, veg biriyani, tandoori roti and pista milkshake. Everything was delicious. All starters were very good. Usually veg biriyani won't be good at other places. But here veg biriyani was damn good. Worth having. Perfectly cooked with spice and taste. Must try.

Really bad experience with this place. Food taste is really not that impressive. Plus every dish here is about grills. I ordered for a arabic grilled sizzler, I cant imagine a sizzler with chicken with big big bones. Total waste of money.

The food is really great and economical. But there is extensive waiting for tables to clear. I would suggest them to increase the table capacity during peak office hours.

Amazing food. The flavors are so consistent and extremely delicious. The service is excellent. The ambience could be better, but hey I'm not complaining at all. After all, all's well that ends with a dinner that tastes well.
