Got INR changed to USD with a request for credit card payment.
The credit card machine didn't work even after trying 3 times. Hence, payed through bank account.
In the confusion, I didn't check the bill properly and later found out that I was charged 3k for credit card charges.
Also, I have NO WAY of contacting them, their phones are shut.
