I will not suggest this place to anyone, reception and support service is worst, please do not go, getting refund from them is nightmare.

Update: it's not worth it anymore. There are always some technical issues- water, water heating, random stuff, food quality has gone down the drain, and it's become so noisy and unkempt.
Compared to all the available pg accommodations, this one looks grand, feels super comfy and has really good food. A bit on the expensive side because of this. Be sure to check out quite a few rooms before you settle on One.

There is no security for your belongings if you are going to home. They are opening your room and taking out your belonging.
After claimed simply saying not responsible.

No one Can tell better than me staying more than 3 years previous management is nice everything is good.but now Worst food quality. Management they will not understand anything misbehaving with talents.i will suggest you all don't plan or visit here to waste you time if you want to come here to see pg you can visit zolo building.

They just want rent and rent with no proper receipt given. The food is pathetic and when feedback for food is given they become adamant and pay no heed to us and we get to hear that if you don't want to eat you can go and eat outside it is none of our concern. If any complaint is raised regarding house keeping or any technical issues then that it is delayed by 4- 5 days.
In short pathetic management

Poor handling from the management As they don’t compromise on their policies and has pretty much a lot of resolving issues when having to resolve issues from their end. Completely disappointed by the way they’ve handled things As they just dissolve things stating that someone else has the authority and that person has either gone to lunch or will be back in some time.

Great place with number of facilities. Very close to electronic city bus stop. Lot of shops are there nearby that makes this location best. The best part is the balcony on last floor with amazing view.

Stayed from April 2021. There are many problems here don't opt for this pg. I will be vacating. Because of the rude attitude of the support team. They are only concerned about money and nothing else. Earlier food was good now it's worst. You will get better pgs nearby at lesser cost and similar food. Please do verify if you want. From the people who stayed there.

My stay at Zenstays in Electronic City Phase 2 was comfortable enough, but it is not one of the best PG accommodations available, despite having all necessary amenities. Two negative things about the place, according to me, are food and room space. The food is not that good some days, and also they put little much food on your plate, and most gravy that they make is too watery and not worth your money. They take 8500 rent + 16-17k security deposit (negotiable), but the room size is too small for 2 sharing rooms, and more smaller in case of private rooms. Instead, one can easily rent an apartment for around 5-6k, and eat outside.

I lived here for 3 months.

The location is great but there are a lot of problems.i. Our building's (JUNO) lift didn't work for the entire 1 month. They didn't respond after complaining over and over again so then we started going to Esperanza's terrace to jump onto Juno's terrace.ii. Most of the time the biometric of JUNO's building used to be broken.iii. Food: In the last 2 months of our stay we hardly had food here for just 4 to 5 times because it was not edible for us.iv. Washing Machines were also one of the headaches, they don't maintain or clean it.v. One of the most important; security guards won't allow you to sit or roam around anywhere after 11 PM.

Location wise it's good. Cleaness not mentained. PARKING OF VEHICLE NOT MENTAINED THE DECIPLANE. GOOD SECURITY REQUIRED HERE.

I have stayed here for more than 2 years.when i started staying in the year 2020.the management used to be kind, polite and decent.they used to handle all the problems in quick manner.
Since this year 2022, the management has changed & zen stays have become a place where people can't survive in peace. If you pay the rent, they would come to room or keep calling that we have not paid even after sending them the proof. And the indecent way of speaking to tenants is the worst. No one will speak politely. Everytime they will speak rudely. They dont have any records of the payment that we do. The food has become worst too. If we are asking food they will throw on plates and if we ask for more they will see as if we are eating for free.
I hope they changed the management, otherwise I can say for sure that zen stays won't get the profits and trustable tenants, they will end up losing all its customers.

Writing this review after almost 2 years, had a great time here.
Maintenance is up to the mark and rooms are clean. Staff of pg is responsive and best place to stay in electronic city phase 2.

Bad food, at one point I had forgotten there was a mess here because the FOOD at times is not edible, room is small (I took a single room which was my biggest mistake as the rent is 12500).
VERY BAD INTERNET, if you play valorant dont expect a ping lower than 90, and mostly above 100
I still would have given 2 stars but while leaving the room they told me i had only paid 5000 deposit, when I clearly remember paying 15000 because that is what they take normally.
I ended up paying extra 7 k which is why the 1 star. The receptionist will act dumb so that he's not answerable.

Very very worst place to stay. I highly recommended not to choose this one, they make you fool.poor service. Bedbugs are there. After getting rent they showed their original face.

Rooms are okay.

Food is awfully bad. I am from Odisha, I didn't like the food AT ALL. Just my genuine opinion.

Location is very good. It's very much near to electronics city phase 2. Jut 1-2 minutes walk from the PG. You will have plenty of options for food and drink. You also have a reliance fresh store near to the PG which is near to the electronics city phase 2 bus stop as well.

It's very clean.

Zenstays is among the top PG in Electronic City. Comfortable and nice place to stay. Connectivity to the main highway. We'll maintained as compared to other PGs in the area. Rooms are pretty small though.

I am from TN and I am staying in private room this pg is good for freshers and all facilities are good.

Response towards tenants are worst. It'll make you to feel like staying for free. Since 1 star is minimum giving else 0.

Dear Zenstays team

as you aware your housekeeping team health is not good instead of given rest to person send your team for cleaning and you team doing vomit in our room.this is not good as huminity and in this pedantic situation.so request you pls given proper treatment and rest your team after that send for cleaning

Zenstays doesn't deserve a single star even. I am writing this after vacating. In almost every meal, you can see red chilli floating as if they don't want you to eat healthy. Chapathi are always undercooked.

My security deposit is not yet released. And I can't even contact any support person. They take rent in advance. And don't care afterwards.

My suggestion is to go for local people renting their properties.

Zenstays one of the cleanest pg in electronic phase II, it’s in the main area (near to Electronic City toll gate). I stayed there for almost an year. Although the rooms are compact the service is really good.

4. Good ambiance (especially the terraces)
5. Tv
6. Washing machine (common- terrace)
7. Enough space to try clothes and grass lawn
8. Parking is vast
9. So many chats and fast food centre nearby
10. Bus stop is near by
11. Well maintained
12. Security is really good (CCTV & biometric unlock)

Except for some breakfast dishes, food is good enough!

Comfortable place for a college going or a working professional who seeks for a clean and good place

Well.when you first enter it totally looks like a concrete jungle. The facilities provided by zenstays are good.you get plenty of options from single rooms to multi sharing rooms. We visited for boys pg in double sharing. They showed us the room but the one which we selected was a bit high priced and the rooms were also quite small. You can find much better pg in less money in same locality.

I've been staying here. It's a beautiful place to stay. Good environment, good maintenance and food. So according the expenses is also pretty much high.
