Fraudulent company which cheat many entrepreneurs and business across India. Worst service. We have a service agreement with Zepo. But in 5 months they have closed all services. Not given the COD amount. Not taking phone calls. Never respond to the emails. Simply taken the money and disappeared. Now they closed the Zepo and started new company call getgo logistics to cheat more people in different name. Never go with this company. We are taking legal action on them.

We have been with zepo since several years now. Zepo is a shining example of how a company that was once at the peak of its game can slip and how. There seems to be a constant churn of employees and unstability is the only constant in the company. The entire operations is run very unprofessionally. We had paid for 4 years in advance as part of the subscription recently and that was a huge mistake. The site is constantly down, the bugs keep on adding and the team is never available to sort out a single issues. The call centre is a joke as there is one young intern who is unable to sort out even the simplest of issues. For a company that supposedly provides website solutions, the most amusing part is that their own website is down several times in a month. Do not touch them with a barge pole. AVOID!

Pathetic Service and Unresponsive Customer Service

We paid a huge amount and signed up for the services of Zepo. Most of the business is Cash on Delivery. Zepo collects the money and refuses to remit the payments. Most of the times, no one answers the customer service number. After about 50 calls, they finally answer and come up with empty promises about remitting the amount by the end of the day. The "end of the day" becomes the next and the cycle continues. We were supposed to get our amount on Oct 6th 2019. It's 24th Oct, and still we haven't got a penny. Our business is suffering because of this arrogant and uncouth behavior of Zepo.

First of all they are not worth to give single star rating as well, right from the CEO his name is nitin not even answering the call and taking care of any issues, we have our cod remittance pending for an year, even still the amount not yet transferred, we made a complaint and soon gonna send legal notice, even after they have not solved our issues they need to face the consequences, you are not supposed to do rotation with our money.try to revert us back soon. Terrible experience with Zepo. Despite writing to them several times the Cash on delivery payments due to us and the security deposit has not been remitted - and its been months! They are cheats and we are planning legal action against them!

Pathetic service
We had taken Zepo premium shipping service paying an exorbitant fee. A significant part of our business is COD and their COD remittance is the worst. They say they will give money every week but last 6 months we have seen that they take more than 2 months to even remit the amount. Their support team is the most unresponsive, unsupportive team you can see. They do not pick up your calls or even respond to emails on status. Though they give some attractive shipping rates, their service is very bad and if your business has significant COD segment, I would sincerely recommend that you do not take Zepo.

Horrible service! I can't tell you how crazy these people drive us! They are so incompetent and their staff is off almost everyday. And not one person does the job properly! It's a big scam and they don't deliver anything you've asked for or that they've promised!

Worst courier, didnt remit my COD 50000 yet 2 months over, not working phone numbers, 1* also waste for this review dont use, no proper customer support.

Been using zepo for a while now, and no doubt the ease of using the software is brilliant, the dashboard the pickup tabs and everything related to the software is brilliant. But but but, what is not brilliant is their customer support. This is a main area they are lacking behind. They are tied up with various courier companies, but they dont give proper support when the courier services do not come for pickup and delay it by a day, two days and at times even three days. We arrange the pickups by 930/10 am in the morning, and also inform the respective courier company's person coming for pickup, in the first call they say yes they will be there, then by evening 4pm we ring them again and they say they have not received any pickups from zepo. We contact zepo couriers for this issue and they say pickup has been scheduled and cpuriec person will come, please wait. Then we wait till 8pm no courier person has turned up. We call ZEPO support again but guess what? They work only till 7pm.
This way the issue is forwarded the next day and same drama continues.
This has become a routine with zepo. They charge a bomb for registration, which is totally a new thing, and then they sit back and enjoy and their customers business gets affected to this as they do not solve the issues.
Really poor from Zepo.
As the name suggests,
Zepo = Zero.

White collar scammers. Made to pay many times over even for simple features.
They asume the customer to be ignorant and so they charge for things which shouldn't be charged.

They will bug you until you pay and the EXTREMELY POOR service once you pay for it.

They stopping picking up my calls.

Instead of paying for their services, hire a developer to build your website and you will thank me later.

Very limited customization features until you pay for it.

Ssl integration costs more than buying the certificate itself. This doesn't male sense on any level.

Terrible service & no response from the team.better to negotiate with the courier companies directly. They don't even pick your call or respond to your mails. Very poor service.

Third class and the most unprofessional company I have ever seen in my life.
Don't waste your life keeping hopes on this company.
