Just mad! I don’t know how reach to this people I have 4 to 5k cashback pending! What is wrong! Every single call giving a date day that I will receive by this day etc!
Don't believe in zest money. Because I have already paid my loan and they have promised me an amount of cash back rupees 7000 something. But this amount not credited to my account till now. So you don't trust in them as they said about beginning. Even now they don't forward a call to this amount or loan details.
I am very disappointed with the lack of customer support and the fact that I have not received the cashback rewards that I am owed. I would not recommend zest money to anyone looking for a loan.
Worst experience ever. Took a EMI with cash back policy. It’s been 10 months. Did not receive full cash back till date. They just keep delaying the process. All fake promises.
The biggest fraudsters in India. Chor hain Ye log. The most distrustful company I have ever come across. Please never take loan from them. Strict action should be taken. I think people everyone who’s been associated with zest money & have been defrauded with the services should come together & file a PIL against them.
Was using it till last year.perhaps their call center outsourced team are cheap thugs.started calling me and treatening me for some non payment which actually forgot to pay. I had to complaint to their Head office who said they have taken action however I know nothing will happen hence i paid full and uninstalled their app.they actually do not have work ethics.not recommended to use untill u are ok to get rude calls from their call center.
I have using zets money on last 1 year, zest money is froud money. Because zest money is the biggest fraud company ever. I have to call them 10 to 15 times a month for my cashback and still see their audacity to make false promises, all the time Exicutive say waiting again 15 days, I would mot recommend zest money to anybody. I am frustrated with the service of zest money, I am not the only one who is facing the same problem. The service left me extremely disappointed, so I wanted to share these issues with you. 1) Correction in mail Id - I have a small mistake in a mail id then ask to customer care to fix it and then they asked for bank statement or internet bill and i submitted all bank statements and internet bill after that i get that we can not process due to incorrect properties after that i asked to him what is wrong with the statement or bill they only again copy paste the mail.
2) About Cashback - For every transaction I never i get cashback on time, although I had already paid every installment on time for this issue, I called customer care and they said I would receive it within 10-15 days.
3) CIBIL related issues - Even i pay loan installment before the time when i saw the CIBIl report it was showing there was due of amount for that my CIBIL score got down.
Not closes my 2 loans & effected my cible from 3 years after paying 2 mobile phone also & I am defaulter my cible is 620 and I am not eligible to get loan, cheaters dont get into trap
I have seen this type of illegal work with zest.people changing there words by minute asking the EMI about to send to personal account for payment.while sending the link they remove details and when they ask to sent money you personal account they charge with penalty.even after a conversation they have put penalty and cheque bounce.these people asking for amount in person Google pay.for Mr babu account.it's a vurst appa and people are fooling us.blady idiots.

For me It's a scam. They told about interest free and only heavy processing fee. Then I came to know interest will come as cashback but till now after many months still waiting after connecting to them many time.
I took 11 loans and paid all before pay date and I thought its a very good app but after 1 year my limit got blocked even after 0 defaults and after investigation I got to know that Zest updated my loan twice on my CIBIL and even after its closure in nov 22 but still showing active even after 8 months. I raised 4 requests for NOC in 2 months but got no update. Shared my CIBIL report twice on support email. I raised 8-10 requests for callback but CS person always says that I will recieve callback in 24 hours which is still pending even after 1 month. I am really disappointed guys! !
Its a fraud company stay away from them. They will never give you loan and recovery agents will call you for no reason. And then abusing start. Never deal with them. They can't close complaint in 58 days. Cheaters
Worst customer care support. Supporting documents regarding a loan was uploaded both in their portal and mailed to their helpdesk. Mail service is the worst of all. No response on processing. Most of the time customer support is busy. When they pick up call, to each agents we should describe the problem in detail every time. Also tell to wait for 24 hours each day. Loan will be processed after a decade I guess.
Fraud fraud fraud, i am unable to redeem my voucher, if i enter the voucher id its showing that, this voucher is already redeemed by someone else.support team also not responding from past 3months.pls be aware of this.
Zero rating is what the entire app and service process actually deserve.
Moving my original review below and re-review since this is not good customer service at all.
Firstly, I created an account but did not go through the whole credit verification process since I read quite a few negative reviews. Hence, stopped the process and immediately applied for a deletion process. After repeatedly following up multiple people on the team to DELETE the account, I only got information about deactivation. I don't care that you don't have the process set up yet, but that's a fundamental feature any company NEEDS to have at this point in time. Set it up and delete my account. As I've mentioned it before on several email to your tone-deaf representatives who give no accurate response - I am not looking to "deactivate". I need my account deleted - they are 2 different things.
The cherry on the top was the fact that over the weekend I received an email saying account was deactivated but come Monday noon, I recieve a notification from the app saying my credit limit has been approved. What the actual F! = ORIGINAL REVIEW Why is there no option to delete account? If anyone chooses to leave they should be able to do so easily. How has this basic indicator of privacy control been overlooked?
Very worst app so much hidden charges and no standing words of customer support all time different answer if you want to know about your Extra charge or you can say hidden charges stay away from this app and company looting hard money of middle class ppl.
This app has single handedly screwed my credit score, I have no pending payments, yet they have reported pending payments of Rs. 353 to CIBIL for the last 10 months, which has destroyed my credit score. Worst customer service, these kind of businesses should never be entertained.

I am suffering after taking a loan from them. I closed the loan and it's now almost a year and still my cibil reflects that it's overdue. And also there are double entries in my cibil. I have contacted customer care multiple times. I have written emails to help, complaints, cxo and nodal officer of zest money along with my cibil report. But nobody even bother to reply. I am not getting other loans because of this. Now I don't even know what to do. Can somebody help me.
Worst experience they are forwarding to unknown loan apps where they charge amount and leave unable to contact them lost amount.will show that will credit you in 30 working days everytime
Zest Money is Genuine app. I use it before 1 year. It's better than other app. If loan amount is high then it will more better. Interest rate little bit high. I recommend to everyone.
Form last year I don't why rejecting my account and telling try after 90days I try also but same thing why you doing like this form last year is this way to collect someone's data
Worst experience, have prepaid all amount and some amount was remaining which has made my civil score bad. Just a bad company. No body contacts from the team, team is as bad as the company.
NACH form is a business trick of Zest money. They won't make auto debit once the EMI starts. Then Customers has to pay over due amount.
Now I'm facing a trouble that my EMI is for 12 months. So far I have paid 10 EMI's, my 12th EMI is increased with 500 Rs. As of now no one replied to mails. While calling they saying" Sir your interest amount is decreasing so you have to pay interest for ending month "
Worst service by Zest Money. Even after you pay all the dues in time, they won’t update the details to CIBIL. It will show as overdue for some time and your credit score will drop. And you have to follow up with them every day to get it rectified. All they do is they will ask for 30-45 business days time to take action and after that is they will ask for another 30-45 days to close it. It will be a never ending task. Customers will suffer because of their mistake.
Why is that everytime I have enough money in my account? And still the amount doesn't get deducted from my account? What's wrong with your services. I was Subject to fraud by Zest Money agent and one customer care guy I spoke to told me today in Hindi it's your problem you deal with it. The email address u gave below to write to you doesn't work, the email bounced back. How else does it justify your poor service.

Worst Experience with Zest Money, Don't ever go for Zest Money for any of Your Financial requirement. Within their team only they don't know what is the process and what they are communicating to customer eventually it will lead you to lot of mess with your Finance.
Zestmoney app is really one of the best loan app, i have ever got till now, so easy and simple process for sign up and approval and the best part is that u do not need any cibil score for applying credit. U can take online shopping loan 24*7 when ever want and When u pay your emi in time and become loyal customers, u will get personal loan with so minimum interst and quick disbursal without any charges. Customer care executive are very friendly and helpul in any situtions, which i really appreciate their service towards customers.i hope same process n services continue in futre too and plz make personal loan also little bit more flexible too.

DO NOT USE this app. WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT SCORE. I had taken few loan from this app and made all payments on time. But they have reported completely different report to credit bureau. My limit was 40k but they reported a loan of 90k with 4 failed repayments to CIBIL. Now my credit score is too low cause of false reporting. And I have sent multiple email and calls regrading it. They are not responding after asking for latest credit report. Im attaching screenshot of multiple email i sent and they just ignoring.
I would like to share my experience with Zestmoney this is a great aap it can helps in emergency situations, Interest rate is affordable and process to get the credit limit is also very easy. Customer service is excellent. Very good response comes to them My first experience has been good.

Worst Customer Care Service. They don't resolve issues but only tell to wait for more days. Had an ongoing zero cost EMI Loan and was told to receive interest as cashback in 7-10 days but not received cashback even after 30 days of payment.
The process to get started with ZestMoney EMI is seamless. I have been using my account for 1 year for various purchases and never faced any issues. Offers and limits provided by ZestMoney has been very useful.
Guys plzzz don't applying for loan by zest money. Because of I'm applying loan for 25k. When I'm applying for loan documentation my processing charge is debited to my account 885rs. When I'm calling customer care he was say if your processing charge is cut already then your processing charge is not debited in your first emi. But in my zest money account processing charge is showing on last date of my first emi and processing charge again debited to my account. I'm calling again to zest money team but not action about my request and not credited to my account my refund 885rs. It's very disappointing think double time processing charge cut and loan intrest is so high also.
Worst company no matter guys if u don't get any loan pls don't take from this company u will be In danger if u take it this guy's are very bad at technical updates in CIBIL and communicating with coustomer even they won't give u NBFC registration details and RBI registration details
ZEST money is an EXCELLENT app instead of bogus and toture ICICI and other Credit Cards, its very useful for every middle class people with very very low interest and often gives without interest. I used to avail loans and shoppings with very very low interest. Iam using this app since 3 years. I requst CEO and the company to start CREDIT card with higher limits. Iam very very happy with the service of ZEST money and referred many of my friends to avail such zest money providers. I requst one and all to use zest money and be satisfied with its services.

Although ZestMoney is fast in extending loans, their support to customers is very bad! I have taken a loan of 1.1L from Zest money in 2019 and cleared it 2020. They have ignored updating it in CIBIL and for past 1 year my credit score has suffered as it shows that the EMI payments are defaulted. When I bought it to their notice, they have lied to me that they have cleared it and it will get adjusted in 30 days and this was in early June. To this date, the status on CIBIL is the same is hurting my average score. I am surprised that a reputed organization like ZestMoney is so lethargic and negligent of a customer's plight.
I am regretting after applying for 20,000 INR loan, and i had to call 10 times to seek confirmation on the approval of loan.i will never be using Zestmoney for any Loan in future.

Hello All, I want to make you all aware about this fraud company Zest Money. I took one loan on recommendation from institute and paid full loan on time with no delay on any EMI. But they destroyed my CIBIL by showing some over due amount and late EMI payments. I have been following up with them since 3 months but they haven’t provide any solution. So please please stay away from this Zest money and suggest me any solution in this case.
Zestmoney was the best lending app before introduction of down payment and processing fee. That why I gave 4 star. For me it is like transition from democracy to authoritarian.
They will charge you so called Technology usage charges, which is not clearly mentioned anywhere. They charged me 11.36% processing charge for a NO Cost Emi. A standard EMI through a Credit Card would have been cheaper. Also, for every new product they check your credit score hence be sure if you are using Zestmoney your credit score will surely go down even if you keep repaying on time. Customer service is awful. Rude unruly people. Even after I asked to close and delete my account, they simply ignored.
Early 2019 I was given 5 star rating for ZestMoney for its hassle free service but today taking back my word due to support has harass the customers. I have taken personal loan and 12+ consumer loans and all are paid, its been months following up ZestMoney support to update and close all the accounts but support does ever properly respond to mails or calls and still not updated my accounts.
It's been many months support is harassing, very bad experience with ZestMoney support.
