Very bad service done on my Seiko watch. Wrong part added to my watch as the the original part has misplaced by the service team. No accountability by service team. Seiko says this is the official service centre. Very upset by the servicing done by them

Reasons:
1. I think the watches are old, after 1 month only the battery died. They tried to explain me that it takes time for watches to arrive in India, etc etc. However, my take is the inventory is old.
2. When went to store for service they did not have technician, for some emergency reasons. Although they guided me to visit the ub city store where technician was available.
3. They said the battery replacement is free of cost (which costs around 1k), but the thing is i had to spent around Rs. 700 for to and fro cabs, plus to ub city, plus the effort.

I think my updated review is justified.

Went to get the battery of a Fossil watch changed along with the strap. Not sure what they did, a day later the watch stopped working. When I went to fossil service centre in Indiranagar, they said the mechanism was broken, most likely during the battery change procedure. Mistake coming here.

This place has a nice collection and when I went there looking for a particular model from Tissot, they dint have it but actually went an extra mile and arranged it for me within a few mins.how nice of them! The execs here are wonderful knowledgable and very professional, particularly one Mr. Jameel who assisted me and arranged to get the watch and gift wrap it for me at such short notice! Thanks so much!

I am very much satisfied with the services and presentation by Mr. Irfan at the zimson watches outlet today where I came to buy a watch for my friend. I got a Armani Exchange watch and the hospitality was very nice. We would like to visit here once again in future.

We visited the place, and it is located inside Garuda Mall on the ground floor. The shop has a good collection of watches with high-end brands. There is one more facility they provide is that they repair the watches as well. I consider it as a very good service to be provided. The staff members are very supportive. It's definitely a place to visit for.
