The worst car rental service ever.
They will only fight for gasoline to be filled back full wherein their cars are worst to drive. Tyres were shown as tubeless wherein they have tube inside, headlights weren’t working after 20 km, brakes got heated up, horn wasn’t working. They are providing the worst service and will cry for petrol. Zero humanity, zero respect, zero everything. Lot many things to say but at last i would say they are worst.

Well mannered staff and low cost cars. Well maintained car and staff will responce in case of emergency

Cars are old and unreliable
There was a scratch on already damaged bumper, guy asked 1500 and after negotiating 600.for a 100 rs work
It's a chor company.save yourself and they will wish you have a scratch and they will loot you.

Pros.will give you call 300 rs cheaper than other companies which you will regret later

If you like donating your ID cards then go ahead with these folks. We had taken an i20 which had a scratch in its tyre that we did not notice during night time. On our trip it got a little bigger. On returning the car, they are demanding a fresh tyre altogether or to fix the tyre. When we got the patch work done on the tyre, then these people are demanding new tyre only. Worst staff ever to handle such a business. 
Their cars would already have some defects and they try to loot their customers by asking to replace the entire part.

It was bad experience bcz there car has no fast tags /toll balance so we pay double charge and they speak lie when you drop car that time they show little bit scratch and they ask for extra rupees.seriously never do this rent zing car.

Too costly.no proper response from staff.car condition was not good (while testing I have informed the staff that the car has problem but he told me that I need to adjust with it.how ever I paid booking advance). Fast tag was not recharged, I was required to pay double at every toll (they have told that amount will be debited from there fast tag and that will be deducted in advance). Need to pay 5k advance for ther worst service. In week days they have charged 2500/- for kwid and 350/- extra for water wash.so, total of 2850/- for kwid (without fuel). And in week end I took rent from another rental and it was charged 2000/- for i20 with great condition.

The staff and the company’s owner was absolutely and completely non-cooperating, rude and bad mouthed. There was mechanical breakdown of the car hired but the company made us pay half the amount for it while according to their clauses they should have been responsible for the same due to poor servicing. The also forfeited our deposit amount by deducting charges in it. They further did not pay heed to our saying and argued on their end about their car being fit enough, even after showing a valid certification we received from Maruti Suzuki that the car had an internal issue. Definitely never recommended.

Great experience booking a rental (Toyota Glanza). Atul was super helpful and professional and the car was in good condition. No hassles with the payment or return of the deposit. Would definitely go back and rent a car from them.

Worst, only one 1mm scratches happen while I’m taking car for that this peoples are charged me rs of 2500 for just a 1mm line. The owner are good may be the staff taking something else in this. So owner should know about this

No complicatltions. Everything was smooth except for the 100km/hr speed limit. If above they then they will get a notification in their system one less star for lying to customer:)

Very Worst and Frad, they wont tell anything before booking. They will say per days cost and once you book thy will keep the limits for distance with out fuel.

Experience was great traveling with this cabs service rental. The rates were affordable, car was good, and the overall experience was also awesome.
I have used this car rental service more than twice and have found it always convenient. I'm fully satisfied.

Never ever book your drives from this. I repeat never do it. The most unprofessional staff i have ever seen across the car rental or any business. The guy was drunk and threatened us at 11 in the night.
They deducted 3000 for a thing that is repaired at Max 1000 bucks.
Never fall trap to there cheap prices they extract more than you can imagine. No customer care nothing would help you. I still have the papers of no damage still they have deducted it from my deposit. @zing car teach your staff to do business first.

Best Car Rental in Bangalore! The entire process was so smooth, the staff was really helpful and friendly, the rental rates for the cars are very reasonable and something that impressed me was that the cars were brand new and every car was well maintained and kept in a good condition! The deposit money for the car I rented was also returned as soon as I returned the car! Wonderful experience, will rent more cars from here in the future.

Worst worst worst possible experience.worstttt.got a car booked for pickup.travelled around an hour to their location and they are so so careless.ignorant not ready to listen. I provided them with my original adhaar, driving license, pan card and because my rental agreement was digital they just refused to accept it. I explained them again and again that it is digitally signed.its original but they weren't just ready to listen. Then I told them that I'll get the hard copy printed out and give them in the evening and they didn't agree to that too.they wanted me to go back an hour, fetch it and come back again.horrible horrible service.pathetic experience.please don't book from Zing car they are as unprofessional as one can gets.pathetic.

I have submitted original adhaar card, original driving license and original pan card. For the rental agreement I had the original digitally signed document but you were not ready to listen.you want only a physical copy when I kept on telling you that due to covid most of the rental agreements are being digitally signed. Where our honorable Prime Minister have been suggesting to go digital I think you know better right.it's my mistake. I am sorry.should have kept that in mind.

Zing car rental service is a gem among others out there.
Cars are in good condition, rules and plain and simple, and pricing is unmatched.
They currently don't have pickup and drop services, hope that will be added in the future.
Do check them out before going for other rental services, definitely recommend them.

Had taken baleno for long drive with family, vehicles was well maintained and customer support is good.

Past 4 years I have been using zing cars whenever required. I highly recommend this place as they have never disappointed me regarding the condition of cars. Owner ands staffs are friendly.

They charged 6500 for one single scratch.hace been using zingcars for quite some time.dont ever book your car from here.save your money.manager was drunk while talking.zoomcar is way better

I am a regular user of self drive cars, I switch over to zing car and been using there service for few years. The team and cars are well manered and maintained. Few of my trips where pathetic but still I was charged reasonable. Overall happy with their service.

Everything was superb till we at the time of payment they charge you 'washing fees' which is Rs. 350! They do not inform you about it at the start. If you are gonna charge it might as well inform in advance.

Don't know how they are running business with white number plate. All their vehicles are white board and they will ask to tell that it is friend's vehicle if there is an inspection. Moreover they will charge you for all the damage rather than insurance claiming, even if the amount is big. Doesn't look authentic business setup.

Bad behaviour of the executive. The person was veery rude and require number of absurd terms to be fulfilled by the customer.

It was worst experience. We never expected this kind of service. No vehicles were in condition, we received a suv with completely worn out tyres and Stepheny tyre was more worst.pls check the car completely before you pay. Location is very far from Airport and railway stations. Entire management of zing cars is worst.
