Great support staff and responsible doctors. Specially Dr. Deepanshu has been a of great help. Both my family and I visit Zion for regular check ups. Thanks to the whole team for their tireless efforts.

I had undergone a surgery at this hospital last week.

I wish to convey my special thanks to Dr Ebenazer Daniel, a doctor who comes with a lot of experience, and always seen with a comforting smily face, and also to Dr. Srinidhi. I also convey my gratitude to the humble and simple head nurse of OT Veronica, simply talking with her made my BP normal.a special mention about the nurses at the ward Mincy, Sherly, Dinu, Bharathi and all the house keeping staff, my thanks to each individual.and finally from the bottom of my heart a Special thanks to RK Sir

3yeaes back, during corona periods I had done my father treatment in this hospital they took charge arbitrary manner for Lab, medicines and operation.but they didn't success in Operation. I consulted same things in other hospital and dactor said again has to operation. In this hospital they are robbing of money but not doimg any good to patents.

My wife was admitted to the emergency section with vomiting, nausea, gas and acute pain in the abdominal region. The doctors were quick to identify the root cause being gallbladder stones and we had to undergo the Laparoscopic procedure for gallbladder removal.
The admission process was simple and the staff were courteous and helpful especially the coordinator Bushra for being able to understand and address many of my questions.

Doctor Ritesh GV was fantastic at his job, able to clear out all of our doubts and available in case of emergency.

Within 4 days my wife was discharged being able to walk (but with slight pain).
Room was clean and well maintained thanks to the cleaning staff.
Nurses were very helpful and prompt once a call is made.

The experience was amazing with good treatment.thank you co ordinators and all for the help

My aged parent had come for a consultation with Dr Dipanshu. The hospital staff was very rude, they made us wait till 8pm for a consultation with the doctor, while we came at 4pm. Dr was least interested in patient but more in a hurry to leave. Why do you guys take appointments if you don't have time? No online appointment as well. It is a complete harassment. 4hours wait? ! You require 4hrs to attend just 20 patients? The nurse sitting outside Dr's room n the staff at the reception need to understand that when there is a senior citizen you need to show some respect. Not visiting this hospital after the harassment my parent had to go through.

If you want to be alive, don't visit this hospital, only money making hospital. Doctors will fool you.
One of the worst hospital I have seen.

Very Bad service and also over charged. They don’t have a good manners. They are wasting our time and energy.receptionist don’t know how to behave they will chit chat when we are waiting in the cue.very pathetic experience from the reception.never ever go there

Did the Knew surgery for my father-in-law, all are very co-operative and properly taking care everything. No need to do any thing from our side, every thing is taken care by Nurses and Doctors.

We had very good experience and Zion hospital Dr deepanju das had given a good treatment
And my wife had dengue a platelets was very very low and she's better now always we had a good response in the same hospital.hospital staff are very good and hospitals maintain standard hygienic. They made as very comfortable like home. Bushra and Nikith all way worried about the hygienic and comfort zone of us.

This review was given by giving little discount in total bill 45k discount was given 3k and medicine was not purchased in hospital pharmacy because they don't give single rupees discount because hospital rules is not to give discount but discount u get in specialist pharmacy which is good.
Medicine caustic me 32 k I got 15% discount.
And now I have very bad experience from Zion hospital.plz not visit the hospital.
We visit the hospital for gall bladder treatment they know that after getting blood test and then only they will decide for operation but they made us to get admitted unwanted for one day. Wasting a time and money
And next day the doctor said to get operated after 4 weeks after see the blood report.
I am asking the management one question I have seen anytime same hospital as soon as we go to casualty the next few minutes check and tell them to get admitted needed it might have normal fever or a viral fever patient to get admitted the same day I think this is the 100% business I know hospital do business but 10 to 20% the management understand the health condition. I went almost all hospital near by kammanahalli and kalyan nagar but I like service of zion hospital as a patient you want to see a doctor who diagnose clinically and then advice relevant blood examination or other test for confirmation of diagnosis. Hospital is located behind Empire hotel kammanahalli. From reception staff to Er department doctors, nursing staff to ward boys. All are happy to help you 24/7. Affordable hospital with good service and genuine care.

I went to see my aunt on Sunday. She was suffering since 3 days with high grade fever with chills. Doctor explained me the provisional diagnosis UTI and gave basic medicine and adviced me some blood investigation and urine test. Now she is fine and doing well. Thanku Er doctor.

Have been coming to this hospital for the past 7-8 years. Never ever have I thought to go visit another one even though I stay far away from this one and there are 3-4 in my vicinity.

WORST hospital experience ever!

Today I had been to Zion hospital for abdomen scan to radiology department at 2 pm. Dr Nanditha was good but the STAFF girl who wears black blazer uniform and takes the reading of the scan had NO BASIC MANNERS. That girl YELLED AT ME in front of all the patients and others while I'm in the waiting hall. It was very INSULTING for me.

She says all lies. I have never had such a worst experience in any other hospital. Here there is no hospitalilty at all. We take time from our worka book appointment to go to hospital and if we are yelled at like as if we are criminals or her slave, why would anyone go to Zion hospital again?

It spoiled my entire day. And she says unforgettable ACCUSATIVE WORDS TO PUT US DOWN. She spoke as though she has rights to scold patients.

I had been to Zion hospital some years back and it was good. But now the quality of service has become worst because of their new staff. I will never step into Zion hospital again and I will never recommend anyone to this hospital. Why would anyone go there when there are so many other hospitals in the same locality with well mannered staffs?

They have a private room which does not have a TV, no hot water, Walls are with lots of scratches and patches, no bathroom supplies, no room amenities, dirty linen & toilet does not have a healthfauct, we used bucket and mug till discharge which is completely unhealthy.
The doctor visits as per their wish, there is no proper timings!
Poor nurse service, poor maintenance
If you have a health insurance you will prescribe a lot of unnecessary things. Lots of medicines I have disposed as it was not refundable.complete waste of money.
The discharge procedure of an insurance holder takes 3/5 hours. Running like a govt.office. They are always busy with themselves and neglecting to respond the customer.

There are lots of competition in market, it might get shut down due to poor customer service and over charging.

Took my Dad to Zion hospital in a critical condition, they shifted us to second floor, The nursing care was excellent, I can see them so professional and humble towards the patient, Thanks to The nursing staff and Dr. Deepanju who is highly qualified.

Worst experience ever!
I took my mother to Zion hospital for emergency. The doctor incharge didn't diagnise her properly. She actually had a stroke with proper diagnosis in right time her condition wouldn't have become so serious.

They took a CT scan and sed there is no issue seen in the report and suggested us to get her admitted and wait till evening until the neuro doctor come.

Yesterday showed to yur hospital today discharge 1day. I got fever 103.ni cough nothing.in one day all medicine scan.xray.ecg.all taken amount 20500 I payed. I return to home same 102 degree fever today.iam asking one thing yur making business we poor people we believe and come to u but u unless scan xraybut not clear same fever wat s use we pay 20500wen people come u fever u take treatment for fever.including pharmacy also business. 20500 no problem but same fever 102tell wat use ok one day 20000 2nd day 20000.3rd day 20000.dr srinidi writing lot of tablet. Scan all vry disappointed

The hospital is clean an healthy to visit. The staff are very helpfull. Dr RITESH & Dr ASHA & Dr DEEPAANJU is very concerning and care for the patient. Wishing them the best, may god bless them.
The coordinator's (RENUKA & BUSHRA) guided us through the procedure, they are very polite, soft spoken and professional.

Very bad experience, Doctors are not on time, patients have to wait for more than an hour. It's not the same Zion as years back.

I took my daughter here to consult with ENT Doctor. Doctor's consultation fee is Rs. 600/- and they charged only Rs. 250/- for cleaning the ear to take the tissue paper stuck in her ear.

Horrible approach road. No Parking Facility. Very narrow road. Heavy Traffic on the approach road. Hard to get in.

Unethical hospital:
I visited hospital for high fewer and headace.

Cons:
1. If you have insurance they will suggest you to do many unnecessary tests.
2. Prescriptions are not readable.
3. Not organized. To consult doctor you need to keep shifting on chair till your turrns comes up. They don't call patients in order.
4. Visited Dr Srinidhi for consultation. Doctor had no time to listen. In 2 mins he explained treatment and prescription. He took 2 phone calls as well in that 2 mins.
5. Dr Srinidhi told me that I have both Dengue and Typhoid. Kind of scared me. Blood test report didn't indicate typhoid positive and i had no symptoms of typhoid. I visited other hospital, who confirmed i have only dengue.

Had a bad experience in Zion hospital 2nd floor. Please look into this seriously. The housekeeping staff give pathetic services and dont even change bedcovers daily. The nurses are badly behaved. The only nurses really hard working Ms Abigail, a foreigner and Ms Dhinu. They were very caring and considerate.

Worst experience. Second floor (day shift) on 11/07/2022 nurse are sooo rude expect a bengali and malyalli nurse. Rest they don't understand patients pain they keep screaming, giggling and commenting on patients with there name and health conditions. They could better stop their gossips and mind their own business specially Nurse Anusha. Don't spoil the hospital reputation.

One of the worst manager i have come across. Name (veena) she act's like she's the boss Very bad experience. I had admitted my son as he fractured his hand but that lady Veena acted so weird. And the charges are so high than any other hospitals Would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

For the first time we visit this hospital. Over experience and treatment was good and they have stables my husband for the issue we had come.
The hospital nurse was pleasant ful and friendly. The Doctors who treated him both (Dr. Srinidhi and Ebenezer) was really blessed by their service and it was successful.
The house keeping, adminstrative and the management was cooperative till the end.

Pathetic doctor, Dr. Srinidhi. Gave unnecessary medicines without proper diagnosis. Also hospital lacks basic ent check facilities for patients. Dr shiv kumar does not have necessary equipments required for a proper ent check up.

Additionally, I was given unnecessary anti biotic and unnecessary medicines by doctor srinidhi and there was no physical check up done properly. The medicines caused further allergies and impacted my tsh and t4 due to an iodine spray prescribed. The medicines were so heavy, they caused me diarrhea and weight loss.

Avoid going please.

Friend went there today with his mom at 1: 45. Was told doc will come at 2pm. Then told will be there in few minutes. Waited 1.5 hours and was told doc was on rounds. Asked reception to call doc. Doc shouted and said she was in meeting. Patients can wait. Could be a good hospital but 1 rating tho bantha hai for hardships caused.

Went for vaccination for a family member after registering on cowin app based on the slot provided for the hospital.

The staff sent us back saying that there are not enough people and government of India has put up the slot and Zion had nothing to do with it.

Who will compensate for the time and money wasted?

Do not buy medicine in the pharmacy inside the hospital.no discount provided. Just step out and buy it from outside.you will save some money

Sir was about 4.00 am due to my son's health issues and shocking for me was. - Immediately after the first ring Sir attended my call, and advised me to reach the hospital with my son.by the time i reached hospital again the same i was shocked because all things was arranged and co ordinated by sir and advised to Doctor to take care of my son, all went well in a span of time and he got admitted for further treatment advised by Dr, Srinidhi.
My Wife and Son were admitted to your hospital for a few days. Dr. Srinidhi was the consultant who looked after my wife and Child. The doctor was very cordial and humble. Dr. Srinidhi made me learn one more lesson about humanity, caring and nobility during the hospital life. He has an awesome personality and a great Medical Practitioner whom I really experienced. Overall experience with Zion hospital was amazing and thoughtful because each and every staff from Security, Ayas, Attenders, Technicians, Accounts, Pharmacy and real hero's our Nurses and Doctor's were excellent in their prospective works.and now my family is at home taking rest and medication as advised by the doctor and they are very much happy and healed.

I Prasanna would be glad to share my review, on the entire team of Zion hospital for the service. My wife was hospitalised and we were provided with a very good care and excellent nursing staff, good team of doctors, very good guidance from the front office team. The best part what we liked about the hospital and the team of doctors was that each and every health condition was explained in detail and the director T. P. RadhaKrishna was in the loop throughout the process. Thank you and wishing all the good luck for the entire team.

One of the worst experience worst doctor Srinidhi. N and worst worst behaviour by the manager lady Veena.
Got my mom addmitted there when she was admitted her infection levels wr very low after three days they wanted her to get discharged but her oxygen levels dropped hence they continued to keep her on oxygen saying she is all fine she needs oxygen for 24 to 48 hrs for few of them this happens when medicine is working so we agreed till this we wr not informed to do a covid test nor informed that she is infected with covid they wr allowing attenders and we wr staying with her in hospital later the dr said she is completely alright get her discharged all she needs is oxygen but we requested them saying there is no oxygen available plz give us a day we will make the arrangements and discharge her but the manager inhuman lady Veena said no that room is already booked for someone else so we wr in search of oxygen and beds with oxygen which was very difficult for us to find that is when one of the staffs there told us plz don't take ur mom home she is in critical condition plz find a icu bed for her believing the doctor what If we would have got our mom home and in the summary the doctor has mentioned saying that my mom needs better treatment. How much this doc lied to us we feel on his feet to give us time but they did not.
People plz wake up do not go to this hospital they r not following any protocol of covid even after having beds and oxygen they do not to provide to people I am not going to leave this here.

Worst hospital and rude staff specially one guy is there.his name is Celestin.he thrown my file after I reject CT scan. He also used some local bad word for me which I dint understand but I know it's bad word. Dr suggested XRay but he was forcing me for HRCT scan.dear management pls take action against him

Doctors are able to diagnose chest infection without using stethoscope even once. And then convert patients into recurring customers by making them take a series of unnecessary tests which includes HRCT worth 5k without any justification or explanation. Kudos to management for hatching such a lucrative business model.

One of the best hospitals in the area with wel trained doctors. Especially Dr Pradeep who is very kind and polite to patients.

I've been visiting Zion for quite sometime and they provide a very pleasant and promt service. Dr. Pradeep DV is one such Doctor who provides expert services especially in the Casualty. He is well experienced, soft spoken and handles any situation well.

One of the worst hospital. Because of these doctors from typhoid I got Ulcerative Colitis I am suffering from 2018 till today. Please please please please please don't go to this hospital

Last month I was admitted for stroke right side part of the body in Zion Hospitals, Kammanahali. My doctor suggested dr.karthikeyen as a consulting doctor for neurological advice. He came to visit me on Wednesday, checked the scan reports. He didnt even bothered to look at the patient s face. He spoke only 3 sentences by looking at ceiling. "You got stroke on the left side of your brain.lucky it's a mild one, can be treated by few exercises. " The nurses told the exact same since the night I was admitted.
I needed no super specialist telling the same exact thing.

Then he charged rs. 1500 for professional visit super specialist. That was unethical, unprofessional. Would never ever reccomend this doc in any case. Wish there was "zero stars"option.

I have no bad reviews against hospital. Nurses were good, did their job with kindness, and polite.

I became aware of this hospital after it became a Vaccination centre. Today was my turn to go there and get vaccinated. Experience was very good. A senior staff was monitoring and taking care of the needs of the senior citizens. Overall I liked their attitude. Wish them all the best.

Worst ultrasound is done here. Doctors make their own assumptions.also they are not on time.
The consultants are super funny evening they will say different things and morning they will say different. If you will ask reason then they will say we are full anyway if you want you can go

Very carefree attitude towards patients, recommend tests that aren't required, every trip to the pharmacy will cost minimum 10k. I had taken my grandmother who has multiple issues although they made us sign a form stating the patient is a critical patient they did not monitor her in that manner. The tests and reports are not communicated well. We have to pay for PPE kits almost 2000 rs per day. We forced a discharge and brought her home. With home IV and medication she is doing much better. I do not recommend visiting this hospital to get admitted. The issue is not that the doctors do not know.the doctors are learned and know everything which is why it is easier to scare patients into staying longer. After being admitted for 7 days they inform us on the day the patient is discharging that her blood count is low, which goes to show the CBC was never done. Please do not visit.

Please don't go this hospital. I had been for complete package test and to be honest the pysichian din't even see the reports properly and for which i suffered with pain even after all checkup and then i had been to another hospital where they explained properly and wrote further tablets for my pain.
Im fulled disappointed with the hospital management they don't treat people like patients; they do things carelessly.

Worst in terms of cleanliness and doctors have the most carefree attitude. It's like even if doctors see you in pain. They ask you to just hang in there and nobody clearly explains to u as to what is happening.

I don't even like to give one Star.we just visited the hospital for back pain, both general physician and ortho is fighting among themselves. They're not giving attention to patients.
