This is a fraud company more than 200-250 people getting cheated by the Owner Ahmed Ali Baig. He is a cheater and Fraudster. Never believe this company. May he will get arrested soon.

The worst company ever. Number one cheaters in Bangalore. They make contract with the homeowners to sub rent and then sub-lease for very hefty amount depending upon the size of the flat. They never pay the rent or return the lease amount to their clients. Ahmed Ali who shows off that he is rich and multimillionaire is actually living on peoples' money. None of their staff recieve the phone calls or respond to any messages. They issue bogus cheques and give false dates. More than 150 customers are suffering with these people. The good reviews you see here are their employees. Fact is they are FRAUDS.

Have rented out my flat to Ziyu 2 yrs back. None of thier employees including thier bosses Ahmed Ali, Akram, Rehaman, do respond to calls.also never ever rent comes on time.and whenever they pay rent, its always through Gpay / Phonepe (that too every month from different different account details / phone numbers). There is no accountability & responsibility from anyone in Ziyu there.

I gave 3 of my flats to Ziyu homes from past 12 months in HBR Layout. They gave rent on time without negotiations on carona time also. After the 11 months agreement completion they called themselves and increased rent by 5%.

WORST Very very very WORST housing management I had ever experienced in ma life. I would suggest no one to opt for this company.plz plz plz you guys you will loose your money if you fall under this company. Very bad experience, the way the ppl dressed looks very professional but dont look into the outer appearances and fall, think twice if guys are taking any decisions on them, even they have their family mother and wife sons and daughters before looting the amount they must think twice, even they have family, that one or the other day same thing will happen to them. 100% sure Allah will not forgive them.they have to give answers to almighty god-Allah one or the other day. You ppl who stole our money sure god is watching over you guys who ever involved in this sure you guys have to pay debt to god.let your family also read this and feel ashamed of themselves that what are the values they tought to their children.really its heart burning who ever involved in this really you guys have to answer to god.
