Wifi data is limited 150 gb per month. Many users r complaining after reaching the data limit from 20th of the month. Room rent shown in the app will be without EB and food. If u subscribe food as well. Then for a 2 sharing it will go around 10k without lunch. Wifi is very bad

They increased the 2 sharing room rent from 5k to 6.3k by just giving 15 days notice. But if we want to leave them they need 30 days notice. They keep increasing rent but internet speed is worst. On average 600 kbps not even 4 MBps not Mbps.

This is getting worse. I got 750 electricity bill just for fan and tubelight. They didn't even send any mail to notify that we r changing fixed EB charges 300 to this attrocity.

I was lucky enough to find Zolostays. Their listings are accurate and the process was seamless.

Initially everything was good. From August, nothing is good. There is no basic things working properly like water, heater, washing machine and Wifi. It's difficult to stay in this kind of environment. "For the money we are paying. We are not getting the right value".

Services are good but you will rarely get the food you subscribed for and probably missing everyday

Pros:

Maybe good for interns and freshers who are very new to Bengaluru

Okay for a very short period of stay.

Availability of Vending Machine at the entrance.

Foosball.

Good range of amenities around the building.

YULU motorcycles.

Good location for shooting horror/thriller movies as the interiors look like that of a "Bhooth Bungalow"

Cons:

Mediocre Maintenence.

Found a lizard inside the washing machine hose.

Ropes for hanging wet clothes on the terrace are always occupied.

Min 8K + extra electricity charges for a dark and dingy room.

Single beds are not really comfortable.

Rooms are not as seen in the pictures.

Approx. 15-20 mins to Infosys and Wipro

Less space inside cupboards.

Worst place to live, cockroach infested rooms (numbers in 50's roaming all around the room). Dingy walls with dirt patches, very bad experience and the maintenance staff have a very bad attitude.

Worst experience ever for 5000 RS + 300 RS electricity (not including food) can easily find better PG to Live in. (Very expensive for the Neiborhood)

The rooms are very worst. The pic they show for ad is different frm what is actually is. Worst service too. They say the cost is all inclusive bit when we go there they seperately charge for food and electricity which is too high.

Scammer don't go
They will say to pay deposit and rent like 8000 deposit per month and rent 6400 + 300 for current bill and for food u need to pay 3000 per month
Then from next month u have to pay 6400
In the end deposit will return 5000
3000 will cut for maintenance

It deserves one star because of its rooms only. Worst place for food lovers. If you want to stay for searching another place to stay then it's good but for permanent I will not prefer. A had a bad experience, they have lot of hidden charges, except Security Deposit. They will return full security deposit when you will stay there for one year and in the starting they will say like after 3 months they will return full security deposit.

When you are not in your room, housekeeping staffs will do the cleaning and will steal things from your room.this thing happened to me twice.and noone does anything about this issue.
