Not a good place to waste your money most of the times some or the other thing docent work and food is always smelly I stayed there for 2 months I regret my decision to go with ZOLO

Pros:
- Good location
- Single rooms are spacious
- Restaurants and auto's are easily accessibly from this area
- Caretaker is decent
- Very close to Bosch Koramangala Office, Forum Mall etc.

Cons:
- Upper Management is terrible. Most concerns will never get resolved. It's a single person handling everything, without really having any idea what he does.
- No dedicated security person, although there are camera's around the place. If you're getting anything delivered, make sure it's at a time you or the caretaker is around. I've seen footage of someone's food parcel being stolen from the property (and it was never reported for some reason?)
- Common amenities are quite poor. Fridge, washing machine, induction stove, utensils are on the open terrace. No idea what kind of pests might roam around there at night, use at your own risk. During my 7 months of stay, I've never seen the washing machines being serviced or cleaned, despite it having issues.
- Floor design is quite claustrophobic, neighboring buildings are couple feet away from your window, if this affects you, stay away.
- WiFi is bang average. They have a 20 mbps up/down connection, which has regular outages, connectivity issues to the router etc. Connection has a datacap that runs out quite regularly and management takes multiples days to fix it at times. If you plan to work from your room, beware, as mobile connectivity is poor as well.
- I was charged 1000 extra during joining and 2200 (including GST) during exit, due to 'Zolo policy'. Room was in better condition when I left than when I joined, no idea the reason behind the charge. Never seen other places do this.
- Rent was hiked multiple times during my stay (without prior notice) as people started returning to offices. At current rates, single rooms are a rip off. You can find semi-furnished 2 BHK houses for the same price around BTM, Jayanagar etc.
- The DTH connection to the provided TV as part of the available amenities was never provided despite multiple requests.

Overall:
Only recommended for short term stay till you find a better place to live at more affordable prices.

Don’t prefer this place for staying, There is no safe for your personal things, caretaker- Milan is very unprofessional and he is very rude

Good service. Power cut is an issue, especially when you are using the lift. Common refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, few utensils and induction cook top are available. Attached bathroom with hot water available all the time. Room might be a little small for more than 2 people to share.

They are fraudsters.they show you rent as 13k.when u pay it they take move in charges 2k, 500 extra chrges.and for leaving they charge 2000 rs to leave their property.they charge you alsmost 5k more than wht they show you in app.
Total fraudsters.

The property manager misinformed of the rent. They've essentially committed fraud. The customer service never resolved the issue. Besides the fraud, the service is terrible. I found dead cockroaches on my first day. The food is substandard. Ideally move somewhere else. There are better and cheaper options available nearby.

The place was a little small but secure. The food was edible but not something you can put up with for a long time. The place was well maintained but I was not here for a long time and I'm thankful for it. But definitely doesn't let you down when you're in a bit of a budget. The people were courteous and generally helpful.

Didn't inform about 1500 sanitation charges on leaving the PG, No one charges exit amount. Just introduced it for all without informing.
Lift is not working from last 40 days and there is no intention of management to get it repaired.

I was in this pg for 4 months. Pg is new building and location is good but food is worst, They loot the money in name of bills. Management is bad. Normal pgs is far better.

A very Worst PG ever seen in BLR.u will not understand the reality while see the reviews once u get in u will come to know all the experience.

They will keep on add the money in your bill u have to keep on pay, if you ask the question with customer care their answer will surprise you.

Never go to this PG in life.

I visited this place but didn't like. Now, I've been bombarded with calls daily. Have been telling that I've moved to a different place please remove my contact but no help.

Best caretaker, awesome time I had in zolo hazel. Food is okay, but not that bad, otherwise best zolo pg.

Services are good. But there is no transparency in electricity bill. According to app everything included. When fixed the room asked 100 to 200 max as electricity bill. Now added 300 per head for three sharing. 400 for two sharing. And 700 for one sharing.very disappointed: (

Pros:
1. Great location in Kormangala. 250-300mts from main road.
2. Lots of gyms nearby
3. Rooms are decent.
Cons:
1. Only 1 fridge, microwave and induction stove for the entire zolo.
2. Washrooms are very small.
