Zolo Heaven PG

First they will show a good looking better room. After 3 days they will show their original face. They give another room with less space. They wont come to clean the room daily.

I'm zolo resident, I always have issue with EB bill. They keep looting the money showing incorrect readings and customer care agents only care about closing the ticket and are very rude. Please don't join here

I have been living in Zolo Heaven Bangalore for the last 5months and every month I have faced multiple issues. Recently a few days back at 12.30 AM caretaker rang the house bell multiple times in a drunk condition to inspect the house. As per the rules, it's illegal to ring the bell of the tenant at odd hours that too in drunk condition. I have raised the issue with the property manager and he has been not responding at all. Avoid Zolo coliving its not good nor safe. They don't care about their tenants. For couples and females, it's not safe at all. Stay away from zolo properties in Banagalore.

Well worst than other zolo property
Room Is good and spacious. However other amneties are worse.
Internet speed is capped at 10mbps with most of time you won't be able to take even zoom call
Talked about it to the manager. He said this is maximum speed zolo gives. However this is not true with other properties.
This property will definetly look cheap but will come with other great cost

It is much cheaper to live in a PG than pay the rent for a flat. In a typical PG, the rent is calculated on a per-bed basis and therefore, you know how much you will need to pay as rent every month.

I liked Zolo heaven very much and it’s clean and hygiene stay. Food is very good and hygiene. Food is like home food.

Stayed in Zolo heaven for 2 months last year. The stay was good with standard rooms and accessories. Cleaning was done on all alternative days. That was all good. Food given here is average and at times insufficient.

The main drawback is about the security deposit we give at the beginning of the stay. Just forget about the amount you pay as the security deposit. They may give many offers at the beginning of your stay. That is just to attract you to stay here which they will collect it back before you finish your stay there. Even if you inform them one month before you are leaving the stay, you are never going to get that amount. They will tell many reasons for that and in place of 10,000, u will get some 200 or 300 as security deposit. They will tell some fake reasons for not giving the security deposit. Even if we raise many tickets against this, they will never respond and if we call them in their customer care number, they will ask for some time and they will return back telling the same fake reasons. I tried raising tickets and calling them for about 7 to 8 times. Still no use was there. So if you are so rich and you don't mind 10,000 you pay as your security deposit please move forward and stay here.

As a whole it was such a bad experience and so disappointing staying at zolo. Requesting all to think twice before you book a room with zolo and do not fall for the offers they provide you at the beginning of the stay.

Too tiny for 2 people ok for 1 person. Open floor plan means kitchen is visible and very tiny. Balcony is one good aspect of the room. Food provision for breakfast and lunch is also ther. Good security. Best for Single ladies.
