Zolo Iris Co-Living Redefining PG

Would give 0 stars if possible. If you are looking for a real review, here it is. It's not a good pg. The rooms are cramped up with no ventilation. Bathroom is as dirty as you can imagine it to be. Kitchen stinks with flies everywhere around. You pay 7k for the room and you have to pat extra for the food. Not worth the money. Worst experience.

Worst place for anyone to stay. The place stinks and it's looks like ghost house. If anyone is not worried on getting any kind of infection then you can stay at this place.

Do not put your hard earned money here, look elsewhere, dont trust the reviews, sub par place not worth staying

The place is good except for the room which has some odour which I didn't personally like.pretty old infrastructure too.

ZOLO iris is very good. All facility is good. Maintenance is good. Staff also good. Alternate day's cleaning property. Caretaker is talking shortly with all customer's. No issue is there.all good.

Nice service. Good facilities. And comparitively rent is pretty affordable. Would recommend this pg.caretaker & HK all staff also very good help full.

The Worst service given ever to the tenants. Earlier it was good but now the care takers are not at all responsible. It's been 1day and 8 hrs we are staying without water and electricity, literally not a single drop of water is there and we are struggling. The CTs are so careless, they don't even have the seriousness of the situation. But luckily after so many struggling hours finally we got electricity thanks to the Manager, he took time but did it. Apart from it for 6 months, we stayed without lift, they didn't repair we have to use stairs to reach 5th floor. Earlier, Iris was the best in the town but now it is the worst.

Partiality with treatment when first moved in, with respect to their old tenants. No proper issue resolution. Some old residents were manipulative and mentally abusive and management kept disturbing me without addressing the issue properly. They checked me out of the flat with payment in the app without asking permission, which they later reasoned as confusion with another person and demanded that money back. Once I moved into another flat where my friend stayed, it was better. Didn't seem worth it. Unless we know someone there to help us out, no mental peace.

It's just a gimmick. Real room Pricing starts from 4500 for 4 sharing can go upto 9000. Cockroaches can be found in the rooms. And they Won't even provide regional TV channels. Apart from these, else it's good. Btw food is avg.

Definitely don't go by the pics available on the Zolo App. It's a scam.
I'm staying here, luckily I got a single room so it is good. The facilities they are giving is really good, and the staff is polite as well.
The food isn't upto the mark. But again you can cook your own food.
If you are considering your stay at zolo, do consider checking the room once before moving in.
Overall it's a good place to stay if you have good roommates and all. I'm lucky I have one.

The property is under CCTV Surveillance 24x7, making it the most secured PG in the area. With the availability of individual rooms together with double and triple sharing rooms, included in the monthly rent are services such as housekeeping and shared facilities like a lounge area, dining hall, washing machine, and refrigerator.open terrace or recreational space provided for celebrations and indoor games. Food is ok.

Cheaper but like the old saying goes, Not everything that's cheap is worth spending on.

Lack of accountability, poor customer issues redressal system, too much delays, bad food for the amount you pay, poor maintenance.

Housekeeping was good before the lockdown, it's gone south in last 2 months wrt frequency, proper cleaning.

If you get a good pg mate you are somewhat Lucky, or else this PG is not worth staying for long

Worst experience by subscription for food here. Anyone wishes to stay, it's ok they are maintained. But can be improved on cleanliness and kitchen is so ugly they don't clean. Food subscription is a waste of money 2199 rupees. Food served is so bad, no taste, too bland. Not at all hot. Boring menu. It's like jail. Everyday chapathi. Mindless people deciding menu. 2 small vadas only for breakfast? Idiots. No proper maintenance, every day or other day service issues. I would definitely not likely to recommend here anyone to stay or subscribing food.
