Zolo Pepper - PG in Marathahalli Bangalore

This property is well kept, clean and awesome place to live.
I would love to mentione the name of caretaker Mr. Deepak for his excellent services and polite behaviour with the guest. He is super amazing with the guest and all my friend loved his behaviour.
I will recommend this property to everyone (if u are lucky enough to get the free space).

Excellent experience with this PG in spice garden.
Amenities are all well maintained and staff are very co-operative and well behaved. Overall experience was nice. I think it's the best PG in Spice Garden.

Zolo is nice property.cleaning and everything is good.staff was very friendly. ACEM Sachin is also friendly

I am staying in Zolo for around 5 years now. Earlier it was a good place to stay. But now days it's pathetic. Experience staying here is now a nightmare. Everything is broken. Appliances and lift is out of order. Lift is not working properly from past 3 years every time you raise ticket either they will do some minor fix or sometimes without doing anything they will close ticket. Multiple times people got stuck inside lift still they don't give any attention. Same with washing machine atleast from last 1 year it broken but they keep just some minor repair and again in a week or two it will be out of order. Disgusting service Zolo is providing.

I have been staying here since last 2 months and the stay has real nice, I don't know about how it was earlier but experience has been great, staff are really helpful and friendly, room are cleaned on frequent basis

Room & service is good, no complaints. But price is very high for single room.you will get 2bhk unfurnished at this price.you might find small cockroaches in room, I faced

They have got poor management, we are 20 people staying here last 7 months and they have not fixed the stare on entry many peoples have fallen down there and got injured

Overpriced pg, they were asking 8k for 2 sharing bed without food and electricity even though the room looked terrible. In the zolo stay app price was showing as 5k for 2 sharing, don't fall in this trap,

They are pro scammer. Initially they will say that their is no extra charges at the end of the month you will get your bill with all the extra charges.

Very good service i am staying in zolo pepper from.past 1 month i like the service. And the staff service is very impressive specially jeevan who is managing the zolo is very good and i recommend to stay

Awesome experience. Truly satisfied with the services and behaviour of the staff is very good. Very friendly. He (jeevan ji) helped me to check in with ease and he is there for help all the time. Cleaning of the room is done within time and the property is always maintained with cleaniness. The best part about it is that the manager (jeevan ji) is very friendly and they will be at your help anytime. Loving the stay.

I should not even a star! It's worst totally! The zolo property are cheap in Bangalore comparrd to chennai!

Zolo papper is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, , large almirahs for the bigger backpacks, free wireless internet in the lounge. 24/7 water and electricity facilities. You can cook your own food as well.

I have worst experience in this pg here there food is not good and here lift not working properly it's almost 1 month they are not reparing it and there water is also not come properly weekly twice or thrice water problem will compulsory washing machine was also again agin will get problem they will not rectify that immediately also, but maintenance people's were good two days once they clean the room and maintenance guy's were very supportive.

A decent pg to live in.the food is more of north indian menu but the quality isnt upto the mark.housekeeping service and other facilities like wifi water heater refrigerator are great

Serious water problem. Very poor management. Food is very bad. Without water for more than 24 hour is just impossible to live.

Worst maintenance, food not good, tv is just for showcase not working.response for complaints is poor.

Worst management. Not yet got refund of my security deposit. It has been 21 days since i left. According to policy it can take maximun 7 days to get refund. If you pay rent late then they will take penalty but if they are late then they will only say sorry. I stayed there for almost 2 years and I don't recommand zolo pg to anyone.p. S: finally got the security deposit back today after calling them more than 10 times. It took 28 days for them to return my deposit.

Its a very nice place to stay, very comfortable n also staff are friendly, i mostly recommend to everyone who wants sharing pg. In Bangalore visit the Zolo ginger pg.

Not satisfied at all. They provide only 1 day meal that too also too bad and after that they didn't provide any meal.

One of the best strategically located place in Bangalore. Nicely managed colive PG.only concern is food faculity needs little improvement.

Best PG for Women. The security is good. Sorrounding areas aslo good for walk. For women, students this Pg will be better.

It is certainly not one of the best PG under Zolo brand. The location is in a bit odd place, hard to find. The rooms are very small, the foods are very bad and there is a voltage fluctuation problem. In short it is not worth the money they are asking for.

This is the current scenario of zolo. If you stay here, be prepare to order from restaurant almost everyday.

Infron of this pg a drainage water flows road is horrible whenever it rains literally you can't walk.

The people who are taking care of the Pg and guest are nice and friendly, Good and peaceful place to live Friendly staff

Actually doesn't deserve even one star.chalo Lelo ek.no response from mgmt. Not at all like a zolo stay

This place is clean but too many issue to live with.
1. Approach road is horrible.
2. No parking.
3. If you have a problem. You will be asked to raise a ticket, which will never be addressed but gets closed automatically after a while.
4. There was water problem, but has been better recently (don't know how long)
5. Security, don't expect. Heard from other residents that CC tv do not work or you will not have access to footage if you need.
6. Food. Be prepared to change your daily routine to find it.
7. Manager name is Mohit. After asking to fix a issue with appliance, he stopped answering my calls.

Don't even think about staying here. There are lot of good places around with better facilities and price.

This is the way to zolo pepper the rooms are small. They have power backup and place seems neat but definitely not worth the premium they are charging

Guys I would strongly advise not to join Zolo especially near Marathalli area as there are too many problems associated i.e. Everytime there is a water shortages, most of the time electricity problems are there & most importantly one of the worst & tasteless foods are getting served. There is no improvement even after escalating multiple times. I would recommend to do your search properly before looking for any PG's around. When Zolo started their operations, their service was amazing but now it has gone down and they are providing terrible service. In one line "This is not worth for the amount we are spending, think wisely".

The reviews are paid and the pg is very bad.they say that we provide good food and services but are all lies.used-bandaids, insects come in food and even theft is a problem here. They dont provide security footage and when u ask for the same They say cameras arent working. They demand a hefty rent of 8.3k but provide services equal worst then to 4.5k taking pg.better avoid this pg as when u go for first time they will show u everything good cleaned stuffs bt reality is worst when u start living in it
